Istruzioni di Montaggio del sistema Airoh AW-Conn sul Modello Miro XRP *,
*Attenzione! questo accessorio non e' applicabile alla versione Sport.
Attenzione! I guanciali di comfort necessari per assemblare questo sistema devono essere acquistati separatamente nella misura
specifica del tuo casco.
Composizione del Kit; il kit AW-Conn, indicato in Fig. 1, e' composto da:
1)Sistema di trasmissione completo,(con microfono separato), assemblato ai guanciali interni specifici,
2)Coperchio tastiera esterno con la sede specifica per la tastiera di comando,
3)Trasformatore per ricarica batteria.
4)Base tastiera
Preparazione del casco,
-Procedi a disporre tutto il materiale su un tavolo in posizione comoda.
-Prima di iniziare, sgancia e solleva il mentone ed alza la visierina interna, come da istruzioni specifiche.
Per procedere con il montaggio, e' necessario rimuovere parzialmente la cuffia di comfort interna, mentre i guanciali di comfort vanno rimossi
completamente, come di seguito indicato:
1)Tira il primo guanciale verso l'interno del casco e sgancia i bottoni automatici posti sotto lo stesso e rimuovi il guanciale Fig. 2 ; effettua la
stessa operazione anche sul lato opposto. Attenzione: per poter completare l'assemblaggio di questo sistema sarà necessario avere
acquistato separatamente gli specifici guanciali, differenti da quelli appena rimossi .
2)Tira verso l'esterno del casco e sgancia le tre linguette di fissaggio posteriori della cuffia di comfort, prestando attenzione a non esercitare
troppa forza nello sgancio, Fig. 3.
3)Ripiega la cuffia verso la parte anteriore interna del casco,Fig. 4.
4)Rimuovi ora il coperchio AW-Conn, esterno alla calotta, spingendo i ganci interni verso l'esterno del casco, Fig. 5.
Montaggio del sistema AW-Conn;
Attenzione! le varie parti del sistema sono collegate tra loro tramite fili elettrici; durante le successive operazioni procedi con cura e cautela
e controlla sempre il corretto posizionamento dei vari componenti, prestando la massima attenzione a non “forzare” in nessun caso
l'assemblaggio al fine di evitare rotture accidentali del sistema.
1)Montaggio Microfono: inserisci la spina bianca, il filo ed il microfono, nella feritoia specifica sulla calotta nella parte interna lato destro;
infila questi componenti sino a che la spina esca dal retro, Fig.6A. Spingi poi il terminale flessibile del microfono dentro l'apposita sede fino a
che ¾ del nastro nero (Fig.1.A) sia entrato nella feritoia, come mostrato in figura Fig.6B. In questa posizione, la parte finale del microfono,
combacia con la sede prevista sulla mentoniera, come mostrato in Fig.6C.
Attenzione! Per un funzionamento ottimale, il microfono deve essere orientato verso la bocca, facendo attenzione che il rettangolo con la
scritta sia rivolto verso l'interno del casco Fig.6B.
2)Posiziona il sistema completo dentro al casco, come indicato in Fig.7.
3)Collega ed aggancia la spina di collegamento del microfono alla relativa parte femmina, Fig.8.
4)Inserisci il sottogola nel foro centrale del primo guanciale completo di auricolare e batteria Fig.9A; inserisci il guanciale completo nella
rispettiva sede tra la calotta ed il polistirolo interno; spingilo verso il basso fino al completo alloggiamento, facendo molta attenzione a non
“schiacciare” in alcun modo i fili di collegamento Fig.9B
5)Sull'altro lato, infila il nastro sottogola attraverso il secondo guanciale Fig.9C. Attraverso il foro specifico presente sulla calotta, fai passare
la tastiera di comando all'esterno, prestando attenzione che il filo verde di collegamento alla tastiera si infili sotto il passante in stoffa del
cinturino Fig.10A ; fai poi scorrere il filo di collegamento della tastiera fino a farlo uscire dalla calotta di 3-4 cm, Fig.10B e 10C.
6)Dall'esterno del casco, inserisci la base tastiera sul filo di collegamento, come mostrato in Fig. 11A. Posiziona ed aggancia la base tastiera
nella sede specifica a scatto posta sulla calotta e bloccala Fig. 11B; togli quindi la protezione dell'adesivo sul retro della tastiera di comando,
Fig. 11C , e fissala sulla base Fig. 11D, avendo cura di inserire prima all'interno della calotta il filo di collegamento in eccesso.
7)Posiziona ed aggancia il coperchio esterno della tastiera a scatto nella apposita sede sulla calotta, Fig. 12.
8)Infila il polistirolo completo di auricolare e scheda, posizionalo nella rispettiva sede tra la calotta ed il polistirolo interno, facendo molta
attenzione a non “schiacciare” in alcun modo i fili di collegamento Fig.13.
Montaggio del comfort interno del casco.
1)Posiziona il filo di collegamento fra i due lati sopra il bordo del polistirolo come mostrato in Fig. 14A. Riporta la cuffia nella corretta
posizione dentro al casco; infila il connettore per la ricarica della batteria nell'asola presente nella parte posteriore della cuffia, sotto
l'imbottitura del paranuca, Fig. 14B.
2)Inserisci e fissa i 3 agganci del telaio posteriore della cuffia nelle rispettive sedi, Fig.15, facendo attenzione che i fili di collegamento non
vengano schiacciati fra calotta e polistirolo, ma rimangano sopra il bordo del polistirolo Fig.14A.
3)Sul lato destro, procedere con l'inserire, con molta attenzione al non danneggiare i collegamenti, la lastrina della cuffia fra guanciale e
calotta, se del caso aiutandosi sollevando un poco il guanciale dalla sua sede. Solleva poi la punta del guanciale e fai passare il microfono,
piegando l'asta flessibile, nell'apposita asola posta sulla lastrina della cuffia; riporta poi il guanciale e il microfono nella posizione precedente.
Prendere ora il guanciale (acquistato separatamente) e agganciarlo ai bottoni di fissaggio Fig. 16.
4)Sull'alto lato; verificare per prima cosa che la lastrina della cuffia presenti lo “scarico” mostrato in Fig.17A. In caso contrario, procedere a
crearlo tagliando semplicemente con delle forbici quella zona, come mostrato in Fig.17B. Procedere poi con l'inserire, con molta attenzione a
non danneggiare i collegamenti, la lastrina della cuffia fra guanciale e calotta, se del caso aiutandosi sollevando un poco il guanciale dalla
sua sede. Riportare poi il guanciale nella posizione corretta. Prendere il guanciale (acquistato separatamente) e agganciarlo ai bottoni di
fissaggio Fig. 17C.
Infine, verifica il corretto posizionamento della cuffia calzando il casco; eventualmente procedi ai necessari aggiustamenti.
Attenzione! Assicurarsi che, con mentone chiuso, il microfono si posizioni nell'apposita sede prevista all'interno della mentoniera, Fig.18.
Attenzione! Dopo ogni montaggio ripeti le prove di calzata e scalzamento.
Attenzione! la tastiera e' fissata alla calotta con un coperchio; in caso di smontaggio ricorda sempre di rimuoverlo e sfilare la tastiera prima
di procedere alla rimozione del sistema.
Il sistema integrato di comunicazione AW-Conn e' installato; procedi alla programmazione e regolazione come da indicazioni specifiche
riportate nel libretto istruzioni dedicato.
La società Locatelli S.p.A., non si ritiene responsabile in caso di assemblaggio e/o di utilizzo improprio del sistema.

Instructions for Assembly of the Airoh AW-Conn System on the Miro XRP Model *.
*Warning! This accessory is not to be assembled on the Sport version.
Warning! The cheek pads required to assemble this system should be purchased separately, in the specific helmet size.
Kit Composition: The AW-Conn kit, as shown in Fig. 1, consists of:
1)Full transmission system (with separate microphone), inserted into the specific cheek pads,
2)External control pad cover plate with specific seat for the control pad,
3)Battery charger adapter,
4)Pad base.
Helmet Preparation.
-Place all the material on a table within arm's reach.
-Before starting the assembly, release and lift the chin guard and raise the inner visor according to the specific instructions.
For a correct assembly procedure, the inner comfort liner should be removed in part, while the cheek pads should be removed completely,
as specified below:
1)Pull the first cheek pad towards the inside of the helmet, unhook the lower snap buttons and remove the cheek pad Fig. 2. Repeat the
same operation on the other side. Warning: To complete the system assembly, you should have purchased the special cheek pads
separately. These cheek pads are different from the ones you have just removed.
2)Pull towards the outside of the helmet and unfasten the three fastening flaps on the back of the comfort liner. Make sure you do not
unfasten with excessive force, Fig. 3.
3)Fold the liner towards the inside of the helmet, Fig. 4.
4)Now remove the AW-Conn cover plate, outside the shell, pushing the internal hooks towards the outside of the helmet, Fig. 5.
AW-Conn System Assembly.
Warning! All the parts of the system are connected to each other by electric wires. Perform the following operations with care, constantly
checking that the parts are correctly positioned. Do not force assembly in any way as this may lead to accidental breakage of the system.
1) Microphone Assembly: Insert the white plug, wire and microphone in the specific slot on the inner right side of the shell. Push these
components until the plug comes out from the rear side, Fig. 6A. Then push the flexible end part of the microphone into the specific seat
until ¾ of the black band (Fig. 1.A) are inside the slot, as shown in Fig. 6B. In this position, the end part of the microphone matches the
special seat provided on the chin guard, as shown in Fig. 6C.
Warning! For optimal operation, the microphone must be angled towards the mouth ensuring that the rectangle with the wording is turned
towards the inside of the helmet Fig. 6B.
2)Position the complete system inside the helmet, as shown in Fig.7.
3)Connect and plug the microphone connecting plug to the correspondent female connection, Fig. 8.
4)Insert the chin strap in the central hole of the first cheek pad complete with earphone and battery, Fig. 9A. Insert the complete cheek pad
in the relevant seat between the shell and the inner polystyrene and push it downwards until fully fitted. Pay attention not to "crush" the
connecting wires in any way during the operation, Fig. 9B.
5)On the other side, insert the chin strap band in the second cheek pad, Fig. 9C. Slide the control pad outwards through the special hole on
the shell and make sure that the green wire connected to the pad passes under the fabric loop of the strap Fig. 10A. Then slide the pad
connecting wire out of the shell until 3-4 cm extend out, Fig. 10B and 10C.
6)From the outside of the helmet, insert the pad base onto the connecting wire, as shown in Fig. 11A. Place and clip the pad base to the
special seat on the shell, and then lock it Fig. 11B. Remove the protection of the adhesive placed on the back of the control pad, Fig. 11C,
and fix it onto the base Fig. 11D. Make sure to firstly insert any excess connecting wire into the shell.
7)Position and snap the external clip-on cover plate of the pad into its seat on the shell, Fig. 12.
8)Insert the polystyrene complete with earphone and card, place it in the relevant seat between the shell and inner polystyrene. Pay attention
not to "crush" the connecting wires in any way during the operation, Fig. 13.
Assembly of the Helmet Inner Comfort.
1)Place the connecting wire between the two sides over the polystyrene edge, as shown in Fig. 14A. Bring the liner back to its correct
position inside the helmet, insert the battery charger connector in the slot on the back of the liner, under the roll neck padding, Fig. 14B.
2)Insert and fix the 3 fastenings of the liner rear frame in the respective seats, Fig. 15. Make sure the connecting wires are not crushed
between the shell and the polystyrene, but remain above the polystyrene edge, Fig. 14A.
3)On the right side, insert the liner plate between the cheek pad and the shell, slightly lifting the cheek pad from its seat if necessary. During
this operation, pay high attention not to damage the connections. Now lift the cheek pad edge and slide the microphone through the special
slot on the liner plate, by folding the flexible stick. Then bring the cheek pad and microphone back to their previous positions. Take the
separately purchased cheek pad and fasten it to the snap fasteners Fig. 16.
4)On the other side, check firstly that the liner plate features the "extracting element" shown in Fig. 17A. If this is not the case, use your
scissors to make a cut in that area, as shown in Fig. 17B. Insert the liner plate between the cheek pad and the shell, slightly lifting the cheek
pad from its seat if necessary. During this operation, pay high attention not to damage the connections. Then, bring the cheek pad back to its
correct position. Take the separately purchased cheek pad and fasten it to the snap fasteners Fig. 17C.
At the end, wear the helmet and check that the liner is correctly fitted. If this is not the case, carry out the required adjustments.
Warning! Make sure that, with the chin guard closed, the microphone is positioned in the specific seat provided inside the chin guard,
Fig.18.
Warning! Wear and take off the helmet after every assembly to see if it fits correctly.
Warning! The pad is attached to the shell with a cover plate. Always remove the cover plate when disassembling the pad, and remove the
pad before removing the whole system.
The AW-Conn integrated communication system is now installed. Program and adjust it according to the specific instructions described in the
leaflet.

*Achtung! Dieses Zubehör ist nicht für die Sportversion geeignet.
Achtung! Die erforderlichen Komfort-Wangenpolsterungen für die Montage dieses Systems müssen separat in Ihrer jeweiligen
Helmgröße gekauft werden.
Umfang des Kits; das Kit AW-Conn, das in Abb. 1 gezeigt wird, besteht aus:
1) Komplettem Übertragungssystem (mit separatem Mikrofon), montiert auf den speziellen inneren Wangenpolsterungen;
2)Außenabdeckung der Tastatur mit spezieller Aufnahme für die Bedientastatur;
3)Transformator für Batterieaufladung; 4)Tastaturplatte.
Vorbereitung des Helms
-Legen Sie das gesamte Material übersichtlich auf einen Tisch.
-Vor der Montage das Kinnteil öffnen und anheben sowie das Innenvisier entsprechend den spezifischen Hinweisen nach oben stellen.
Um die Montage vorzunehmen, müssen die innere Komfortpolsterung teilweise und die Komfort-Wangenpolsterungen vollständig entfernt
werden, wie nachfolgend erläutert:
1)Die erste Wangenpolsterung zur Helminnenseite ziehen, die darunter liegenden Druckknöpfe öffnen und die Wangenpolsterung herausnehmen
Abb. 2; denselben Vorgang auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite wiederholen. Achtung: Um die Montage dieses Systems abschließen zu können,
ist der separate Kauf der entsprechenden Wangenpolsterungen notwendig, welche sich von den eben entfernten unterscheiden.
2)Zur Außenseite des Helms ziehen und die drei hinteren Befestigungslaschen der Komfortpolsterung lösen; dabei beachten, dass nicht zu viel
Druck auf die Entriegelung ausgeübt wird, Abb. 3.
3)Die Polsterung zur vorderen Helminnenseite umlegen, Abb. 4.
4)Die AW-Conn Außenabdeckung auf der Schale abnehmen, indem die inneren Hacken zur Helmaußenseite gedrückt werden, Abb. 5.
Anbringen des Systems AW-Conn
Achtung! Die verschiedenen Teile des Systems sind untereinander durch elektrische Kabel verbunden. Bei den nachfolgend beschriebenen
Vorgängen ist mit Vorsicht vorzugehen und immer die richtige Lage der verschiedenen Bestandteile zu kontrollieren; gehen Sie vorsichtig vor,
üben Sie nicht zu viel Druck beim Zusammenbau aus, um einen versehentlichen Bruch des Systems zu vermeiden.
1) Anbringen des Mikrofons Den weißen Stecker, das Kabel und das Mikrofon in den entsprechende Schlitz im rechten Innenteil der Schale
einführen; diese Teile so weit hineinschieben, bis der Stecker auf der Rückseite austritt, Abb. 6A. Anschließend das flexible Ende des Mikrofons
in die entsprechende Aufnahme hineinschieben, bis ¾ des schwarzen Bandes (Abb. 1A) im Schlitz steckt, wie in Abb. 6B gezeigt. In dieser
Position passt das Ende des Mikrofons genau in die entsprechende Aufnahme am Kinnteil, wie in Abb. 6C gezeigt.
Achtung! Das Mikrofon muss für eine optimale Funktion zum Mund gerichtet sein. Achten Sie darauf, dass das Rechteck mit der Schrift zur
Helminnenseite gerichtet ist, wie in Abb. 6B gezeigt.
2)Das komplette System im Inneren des Helms positionieren, wie in Abb. 7 gezeigt.
3)Den Mikrofonstecker an der entsprechenden Buchse anstecken und befestigen, Abb. 8.
4)Den Kinnriemen in das mittlere Loch der ersten, mit Freisprecheinrichtung und Batterien kompletten Wangenpolsterung hineinstecken Abb.
9A; die komplette Wangenpolsterung in die entsprechende Aufnahme zwischen Innenschale und Polystyrol einsetzen und bis zur kompletten
Aufnahme nach unten ziehen. Dabei ist besonders darauf zu achten, dass die Anschlusskabel nicht eingeklemmt werden Abb. 9B.
5)Auf der anderen Seite den Kinnriemen durch die zweite Wangenpolsterung einfädeln Abb. 9C. Die Bedientastatur durch das entsprechende
Loch in der Schale nach außen führen; dabei darauf achten, dass das grüne Anschlusskabel zur Tastatur unter der Stofflasche des Riemens
verläuft Abb. 10A; das Anschlusskabel der Tastatur so weiterschieben, bis es 3-4 cm aus der Schale heraussteht Abb. 10B und 10C.
6)Die Tastaturplatte auf das Anschlusskabel von der Helmaußenseite einführen, wie in Abb. 11A gezeigt. Die Tastaturplatte einrichten und hörbar
in der entsprechende Aufnahme an der Schale einrasten lassen und verriegeln Abb. 11B; anschließend die Schutzfolie von der Rückseite der
Bedientastatur abziehen, Abb. 11C und an der Platte befestigen, Abb. 11D; dabei darauf achten, dass zuerst das überstehende Anschlusskabel
in das Innere der Schale geleitet wird.
7)Die per Druckverschluss befestigte Außenabdeckung der Tastatur in der entsprechenden Aufnahme auf der Schale positionieren und
anbringen, Abb. 12.
8)Das komplette Polystyrol mit Freisprecheinrichtung und Karte einführen, in die entsprechende Aufnahme zwischen Innenschale und Polystyrol
einsetzen und dabei besonders darauf achten, dass die Anschlusskabel nicht eingeklemmt werden Abb. 13.
Anbringen der Komfort-Innenpolsterung des Helms
1)Das Anschlusskabel zwischen den zwei Seiten oberhalb des Polystyrolrandes positionieren, wie in Abb. 14A gezeigt. Die Polsterung wieder in
die korrekte Position innerhalb des Helms bringen; den Stecker für die Aufladung der Batterie in die Schlaufe an der Hinterseite der Polsterung ,
unter dem Nackenpolster, einziehen, Abb. 14B.
2)Die 3 Einrastmechanismen des hinteren Befestigungsrandes der Polsterung in die entsprechenden Aufnahmen einsetzen und befestigen,
Abb.15; dabei darauf achten, dass die Anschlusskabel nicht zwischen Schale und Polystyrol eingeklemmt werden, sondern oberhalb des
Polystyrolrandes bleiben, Abb.14A.
3)Auf der rechten Seite die kleine Platte der Polsterung zwischen Wangenpolsterung und Schale besonders vorsichtig einsetzen, ohne die
Anschlüsse zu beschädigen; gegebenenfalls kann dabei die Wangenpolsterung etwas aus ihrer Aufnahme angehoben werden. Dann die Platte
der Wangenpolsterung anheben und das Mikrofon in die entsprechende Schlaufe auf der kleinen Platte der Polsterung hineinschieben und dabei
den flexiblen Bügel umbiegen; anschließend die Wangenpolsterung und das Mikrofon wieder in die frühere Position zurückbringen. Nun die
(separat gekaufte) Wangenpolsterung nehmen und an den Befestigungsknöpfen fixieren Abb. 16.
4)Auf der anderen Seite; zuerst überprüfen, dass die kleine Platte der Polsterung den "Auslass" aufweist, der in Abb. 17A gezeigt wird.
Andernfalls diesen Bereich einfach mit einer Schere ausschneiden, wie in Abb. 17B gezeigt. Dann die kleine Platte der Polsterung zwischen
Wangenpolsterung und Schale besonders vorsichtig einsetzen, ohne die Anschlüsse zu beschädigen; gegebenenfalls kann dabei die
Wangenpolsterung etwas aus ihrer Aufnahme angehoben werden. Die Wangenpolsterung anschließend wieder in die richtige Position bringen.
Die (separat gekaufte) Wangenpolsterung nehmen und an den Befestigungsknöpfen fixieren Abb. 17C.
Abschließend, den Helm aufsetzen und die richtige Lage der Polsterung kontrollieren. Diese gegebenenfalls korrigieren.
Achtung! Sicherstellen, dass das Mikrofon bei geschlossenem Kinnteil in der entsprechenden, dafür vorgesehenen Aufnahme im Inneren des
Kinnteils angebracht ist, Abb. 18.
Achtung! Nach jeder Montage das Aufsetzen und Abstreifen des Helms erneut prüfen.
Achtung! Die Tastatur ist mit einer Abdeckung an der Schale befestigt. Bei der Abnahme muss diese stets entfernt und die Tastatur
herausgenommen werden, bevor das System entfernt wird.
Das integrierte Kommunikationssystem AW-Conn ist installiert. Nun können die Programmierung und die Einstellung gemäß der in der
Gebrauchsanweisung aufgeführten Hinweise vorgenommen werden.

Instructions de Montage du système Airoh AW-Conn sur le Modèle Miro XRP *,
*Attention ! cet accessoire n'est pas applicable à la version Sport.
Attention ! Les mousses de joue de confort nécessaires pour assembler ce système doivent être achetées séparément dans la
même taille que le casque.
Contenu du Kit ; le kit AW-Conn, indiqué à la Fig. 1, se compose de :
1)Système de transmission complet, (avec micro séparé), assemblé aux mousses de joue internes spécifiques,
2)Couvercle du clavier externe avec logement spécifique pour le clavier de commande,
3)Transformateur pour chargeur de batteries.
4)Base du clavier
Préparation du casque,
-Placez tout le matériel sur une table dans une position pratique.
-Avant de commencer, décrochez et soulevez la mentonnière et levez le petit écran interne, comme indiqué dans les instructions spécifiques.
Pour procéder au montage, il faut enlever partiellement la coiffe de confort interne, tandis que les mousses de joue de confort doivent être
complètement enlevées, comme indiqué ci-dessous :
1)Tirez la première mousse de joue vers l'intérieur du casque et décrochez les boutons-pression situés sous celui-ci et retirez la mousse de
joue Fig. 2 . Effectuez la même opération sur l'autre côté. Attention : pour pouvoir compléter l'assemblage de ce système, il faut acheter
séparément les mousses de joue spécifiques, différentes de celles à peine retirées.
2)Tirez vers la partie extérieure du casque et décrochez les trois languettes de fixation avant de la coiffe de confort, en veillant à ne pas
exercer trop de force lors du décrochage, Fig. 3.
3)Repliez la coiffe vers la partie avant et interne du casque,Fig. 4.
4)Retirez maintenant le couvercle AW-Conn, à l'extérieur de la calotte, en poussant les crochets internes à l'extérieur du casque, Fig. 5.
Montage du système AW-Conn ;
Attention ! Les différentes parties du système sont reliées entre elles au moyen de fils électriques. Lors des opérations suivantes, faites très
attention et vérifiez toujours le bon positionnement des différents composants. Ne « forcez » jamais l'assemblage afin de ne pas casser le
système.
1) Montage du Micro : insérez la fiche blanche, le fil et le micro dans la fente spécifique présente sur la calotte dans la partie interne du côté
droit. Enfilez ces composants jusqu'à ce que la fiche sorte à l'arrière, Fig.6A. Ensuite, poussez l'extrémité flexible du micro dans le logement
prévu à cet effet jusqu'à ce que ¾ de la sangle noire (Fig.1.A) soit entré dans la fente, comme indiqué à la figure Fig.6B. Dans cette position,
la partie finale du micro, coïncide avec le logement prévu sur la mentonnière, comme indiqué à la Fig.6C.
Attention ! Pour obtenir des performances optimales, le micro doit être orienté vers la bouche : veillez à ce que le rectangle portant la
mention soit tourné vers l'intérieur du casque, comme indiqué à la figure Fig.6B.
2)Placez le système complet à l'intérieur du casque, comme indiqué à la Fig.7.
3)Reliez et accrochez la fiche de connexion du micro à la partie femelle correspondante, Fig.8.
4)Insérez la jugulaire dans le trou central de la première mousse de joue avec écouteur et batterie Fig.9A. Insérez la mousse de joue
complète dans le logement prévu à cet effet entre la calotte et le polystyrène interne et poussez-la vers le bas jusqu'à ce qu'elle soit
complètement logée, en veillant à ne pas « écraser » les fils de connexion Fig.9B.
5)Sur l'autre côté , enfilez la jugulaire à travers la deuxième mousse de joue Fig.9C. À travers le trou spécifique présent sur la calotte, faites
passer le clavier de commande à l'extérieur, en veillant à ce que le fil vert de connexion du clavier s'enfile sous le passant en tissu de la
sangle Fig.10A . Puis, faites glisser le fil de connexion du clavier jusqu'à ce qu'il sorte de la calotte de 3-4 cm, Fig.10B et 10C.
6)À partir de l'extérieur du casque, insérez la base du clavier sur le fil de connexion, comme indiqué à la Fig. 11A. Positionnez et accrochez la
base du clavier dans le logement spécifique à cran situé sur la calotte et bloquez-la Fig. 11B. Enlevez la protection de l'adhésif à l'arrière du
clavier de commande, Fig. 11C et fixez-la sur la base Fig. 11D, en veillant à bien insérer d'abord le fil de connexion en excès à l'intérieur de la
calotte.
7)Placez et accrochez le couvercle externe du clavier à cran dans le logement correspondant sur la calotte, Fig. 12.
8)Enfilez le polystyrène avec écouteur et carte, positionnez-le dans le logement correspondant entre la calotte et le polystyrène interne, en
veillant à ne pas « écraser » les fils de connexion Fig.13.
Montage de la mousse de confort interne du casque.
1)Positionnez le fil de connexion entre les deux côtés sur le bord du polystyrène, comme indiqué à la Fig. 14A. Mettez la coiffe en position
correcte à l'intérieur du casque. Insérez le connecteur pour recharger la batterie dans la boutonnière prévue à cet effet située dans la partie
arrière de la coiffe, sous la mousse du protège nuque, Fig. 14B.
2)Insérez et fixez les 3 crochets du châssis arrière de la coiffe dans les logements correspondants, Fig.15, et veillez à ce que les fils de
connexion ne soient pas écrasés entre la calotte et le polystyrène, mais restent sur le bord du polystyrèneFig.14A.
3)Sur le côté droit, insérez, en veillant à ne pas endommager les connexions, la plaquette de la coiffe entre la mousse de joue et la calotte, en
soulevant éventuellement un peu la mousse de joue de son logement. Soulevez la pointe de la mousse de joue et faites passer le micro, en
pliant la tige flexible, dans la boutonnière prévue à cet effet sur la plaquette de la coiffe. Puis, mettez la mousse de joue et le micro dans la
position précédente. Prenez maintenant la mousse de joue (achetée séparément) et accrochez-la aux boutons de fixation Fig. 16.
4)Sur l'autre côté, vérifiez tout d'abord que la plaquette de la coiffe présente l'« évacuation » indiquée à la Fig.17A. En cas contraire, créez-la
en découpant cette zone avec des ciseaux, comme indiqué à la Fig.17B. Insérez, en veillant à ne pas endommager les connexions, la
plaquette de la coiffe entre la mousse de joue et la calotte, en soulevant éventuellement un peu la mousse de joue de son logement.
Remettez ensuite la mousse de joue en position correcte. Prenez la mousse de joue (achetée séparément) et accrochez-la aux boutons de
fixation Fig. 17C.
--Vérifiez, en enfilant le casque, que la position de la coiffe est correcte, effectuez éventuellement les ajustements nécessaires.
Attention ! Avec la mentonnière fermée, veillez à ce que le micro se trouve dans le logement prévu à cet effet à l'intérieur de la mentonnière,

Attention ! Après chaque montage, répétez les essais en mettant et en ôtant le casque.
Attention ! Le clavier est fixé à la calotte par un couvercle ; en cas de démontage, n'oubliez pas de l'enlever et ôtez le clavier avant d'enlever
le système.
Le système intégré de communication AW-Conn a été installé. Effectuez la programmation et le réglage en vous rapportant aux spécifications
du manuel correspondant.

Instrucciones de Montaje del sistema Airoh AW-Conn en el Modelo Miro XRP *.

¡Atención! Las almohadillas laterales de confort necesarias para montar este sistema se deben comprar por separado de acuerdo a la
medida específica del casco.
Composición del Kit; el kit AW-Conn, que se muestra en la Fig. 1, está compuesto por:
1)Sistema de transmisión completo, (con micrófono por separado), ensamblado en las almohadillas laterales interiores específicas.
2)Tapa de teclado exterior con el alojamiento específico para el teclado de mando.
3)Transformador para el cargador de baterías. 4)Base del teclado
Preparación del casco.
-Coloque todo el material sobre una mesa en una posición cómoda.
-Antes de empezar, desenganche y levante la mentonera. Levante la pantalla interior, como se indica en las instrucciones correspondientes.
Para realizar el montaje se debe quitar parcialmente el acolchado interior de confort, mientras que las almohadillas laterales de confort, se
deben extraer completamente, como se indica a continuación:
1)Tire de la primera almohadilla lateral hacia el interior del casco y desenganche los botones automáticos situados bajo la misma y extraiga la
almohadilla lateral Fig. 2; repita la misma operación en el lado opuesto. Atención: para poder completar el montaje de este sistema es
necesario haber comprado por separado las almohadillas laterales específicas, que son diferentes de las que se acaban de extraer.
2)Tire hacia afuera y desenganche las tres lengüetas de sujeción traseras del acolchado interior de confort, prestando atención a no ejercer
demasiada fuerza al desengancharlas, Fig. 3.
3)Repliegue el acolchado interior hacia la parte delantera interior del casco, Fig. 4.
4)Quite ahora la tapa AW-Conn en el exterior de la calota, empujando los ganchos interiores hacia el exterior del casco, Fig. 5.
Montaje del sistema AW-Conn.
¡Atención! Las varias partes del sistema están conectadas mediante cables eléctricos. Durante las operaciones siguientes proceda con la
máxima cautela y atención y compruebe siempre que los distintos componentes estén en la posición correcta. Preste la máxima atención para
no "forzar" en ningún caso el ensamblaje y evitar que el sistema se rompa por accidente.
1)Montaje del Micrófono: introduzca el enchufe blanco, el cable y el micrófono, en la ranura correspondiente de la calota en la parte interna
del lado derecho, introduzca estos elementos hasta que el enchufe salga por la parte trasera, Fig. 6A. Después, apriete la parte terminal
flexible del micrófono dentro del alojamiento correspondiente hasta que ¾ de la cinta negra ( Fig. 1.A) haya entrado en la ranura, tal y como se
indica en la figura Fig. 6B. En esta posición, la parte final del micrófono encaja con el alojamiento previsto en la mentonera, como se muestra
en la Fig. 6C.
¡Atención! Para un óptimo funcionamiento, el micrófono debe estar orientado hacia la boca, prestando atención a que el rectángulo con el
texto esté dirigido hacia el interior del casco, Fig. 6B.
2)Coloque el sistema completo dentro del casco tal y como se indica en la Fig. 7.
3)Conecte y enlace el enchufe de conexión del micrófono a la parte femenina relativa, Fig. 8.
4)Introduzca la correa de sujeción en el orificio central de la primera almohadilla lateral junto con el auricular y la batería Fig. 9A; introduzca la
almohadilla lateral en el alojamiento correspondiente entre la calota y el poliestireno interior; empújelo hacia abajo hasta que llegue a su
posición, prestando mucha atención a no "aplastar", de ninguna manera, los cables de conexión Fig. 9B.
5)En el otro lado, introduzca la correa de sujeción a través de la segunda almohadilla lateral Fig. 9C. A través del orificio específico presente en
la calota, haga pasar el teclado de mando hacia la parte exterior, prestando atención a que el cable verde de conexión al teclado se coloque
bajo la trabilla de tela de la correa Fig. 10A ; después haga pasar el cable de conexión del teclado hasta que salga unos 3-4 cm de la calota,
Fig. 10B y 10C.
6)Desde la parte exterior del casco, introduzca la base del teclado sobre el cable de conexión, tal y como se indica en la Fig. 11A. Coloque y
enganche la base del teclado en alojamiento correspondiente a presión en la calota bloqueándola Fig. 11B; entonces, quite la protección del
adhesivo de la parte trasera del teclado, Fig. 11C ,y fíjela a la base Fig. 11D, prestando atención a introducir primero, en la parte interior de la
calota, el cable de conexión de sobra.
7)Coloque y enganche la tapa exterior del teclado a presión en el alojamiento de la calota, Fig. 12.
8)Introduzca el poliestireno junto con el auricular y la tarjeta, colóquelo en el alojamiento respectivo entre la calota y el poliestireno interior,
prestando mucha atención a no "aplastar", de ninguna manera, los cables de conexión Fig.13.
Montaje del acolchado interior de confort del casco.
1)Coloque el cable de conexión entre los dos lados por arriba del borde de poliestireno tal y como se indica en la Fig. 14A. Vuelva a colocar el
acolchado interior en su posición dentro del casco; introduzca el conector para cargar la batería en la presilla situada en la parte trasera del
acolchado interior, debajo del acolchado del protector cervical, Fig. 14B.
2)Introduzca y fije los 3 enganches del armazón trasero del acolchado interior en los alojamientos correspondientes, Fig.15, prestando atención a
que los cables de conexión no se aplasten entre la calota y el poliestiereno y que queden colocados por arriba del borde del poliestireno Fig.14A.
3)En el lado derecho, proceda a introducir, con mucha atención para no dañar las conexiones, la placa de acolchado interior entre la
almohadilla lateral y la calota. En caso necesario, ayúdese separando levemente la almohadilla lateral de su alojamiento. Después, levante la
punta de la almohadilla lateral y haga pasar el micrófono, plegando la varilla flexible, en la presilla correspondiente colocada en la ranura del
acolchado interior; vuelva a posicionar la almohadilla lateral y el micrófono en el alojamiento precedente. Ahora, coja la almohadilla lateral
(comprada por separado) y engánchela a los botones de fijación Fig. 16.
4)En el otro lado; compruebe, en primer lugar, que la placa del acolchado interior tenga el mismo "perfil" que se muestra en la Fig.17A. En
caso contrario, proceda a crearlo simplemente cortando con las tijeras esa porción, tal y como se indica en la Fig. 17B. Proceda a introducir,
con mucha atención para no dañar las conexiones, la placa de acolchado interior entre la almohadilla lateral y la calota. En caso necesario,
ayúdese separando levemente la almohadilla lateral de su alojamiento. Vuelva a colocar la almohadilla lateral en la posición correcta. Coja la
almohadilla lateral (comprada por separado) y engánchela a los botones de fijación Fig. 17C.
Finalmente, compruebe el correcto posicionamiento del acolchado interior poniéndose el casco y realice los ajustes necesarios.
¡Atención! Asegúrese de que, con la mentonera cerrada, el micrófono se encuentre en el alojamiento correspondiente dentro de la mentonera,

¡Atención! Después de cada montaje, vuelva a probar el casco comprobando su correcto ajuste y descalce.
¡Atención! El teclado está fijado a la calota por medio de una tapa. En caso de desmontaje, recuerde siempre quitar la tapa y extraer el teclado
antes de quitar el sistema.
Ahora el sistema integrado de comunicación AW-Conn está instalado. Proceda a la programación y al ajuste siguiendo las indicaciones
específicas del manual de instrucciones.
