Cart Rubber Door RATA "C" was designed and built entirely in Italy.
Its purpose is to easily move stacks of tires for traction motor means mounted
on rims or without rims.
The key features of the cart is in its simplicity of use, in its great handling and
loads in its scope.
The label below you will find the main features of the truck related to the
weight of the truck-load (Kg.30) and the maximum capacity of the truck
(Kg.200).
The label is positioned in the coupling plate of the truck.
Under the sheets is printed serial number of the truck to be
reported in the last tab page.

Mounting Cart
Your shopping basket is delivered in a sealed cardboard box, suitable for
transporting the cart.
Open the box with a cutter along an edge on the long side, where the label is
attached identifying the product.
Inside the cart you will find a fully assembled, the frames of rotation of the
forks, as well as a smaller box in which there are: the thickness of the nylon
wheels, wheels, forks and a bag containing the assembly screws, the various
locking cotter pins, locking wheel studs and springs back rotation frames forks.

Lift the carriage assembly by placing it in a stable and robust.
Following the attached drawings assemble the cart as follows:
1 - Place the support bracket into the hole and insert the locking screws M5
side near the holes.

2 - Place the nylon spacers positioned opposite the tree bearing the cart and
push in the wheel-less rubber half full diameter of 260 mm. blocking with the
appropriate locking wheel studs, being careful to balance their tree using only
a rubber mallet to insert up to bat.
At this point you will be part of the cart that can be mounted with the wheels
positioned on the ground open to about 45 °.

3 - Take the right frame of rotation and position them in the appropriate hinge
pins by using the frame rotation and appropriate for their locking pins. Do the
same with the left frame rotation.
4 - Insert the forks of the jack socket or angular slot at the lower end of the

Using the Cart
The use of the basket is very simple and immediate.
Following the illustrative diagrams, put the truck in an upright position making
sure that the first lever and the coupling system cart are in the right position.
Open the truck chassis by rotating the rotation (1) acting on the handle, bring
into contact with the stack of wheels, close the forks will be accompanied by
rotational springs frames.
At this point you have locked the stack of tires sideways.
To raise the tires you just pull the handles to grip and push with one foot
forward thrust in the auction.
At this point the wheels will rest on the ground swinging (2) and moving the
truck forward about 20-30 cm. is ready to be moved in all directions, his hands

From this position at any time you can switch to a horizontal position (3).
The shopping cart will remain locked in a horizontal position with special
docking systems up to what you are not going to act in the auction in order to
release the truck back upright or tilted 45 ° (4).
WARNINGS:
