1. Oggetto
Le presenti condizioni generali di contratto disciplinano il deposito dell’autovettura presso le strutture
di parcheggio di Ciao Parking Holding (di seguito definite) per il periodo concordato, oltre al trasporto
gratuito di persone e bagagli da e per l’aeroporto ovvero ad altre destinazioni precisate.
2. Definizioni
Alle presenti condizioni generali di contratto si applicano le seguenti definizioni, restando inteso che le
definizioni al plurale si applicheranno al relativo termine al singolare e viceversa:
Ciao Parking: è Ciao Parking Holding S.r.l., società a responsabilità limitata, con sede legale in Torino
(TO - c.a.p. 10122), Via Assarotti n. 7.
Parcheggio Ciao Parking: si intende uno qualunque dei parcheggi gestiti in proprietà o in conduzione
da Ciao Parking o da una delle sue società controllate.
Deposito: la consegna dell’autoveicolo dal Cliente a Parcheggio Ciao Parking attestata dal tagliando di
ricevimento (data e ora).
Cliente: è il soggetto che accettando le presenti condizioni generali di contratto procede al deposito
presso uno qualunque dei parcheggi Ciao Parking.
Posteggio coperto: per “posteggio coperto” si intende fabbricati, quali capannoni, strutture e/o
tettoie, anche aperte sui lati, ove vengono parcheggiati gli autoveicoli.
3. Conclusione del contratto
Il contratto si riterrà concluso nel momento in cui il Cliente avrà consegnato l’autoveicolo al personale
autorizzato di Parcheggio Ciao Parking, ritirando il relativo tagliando di ricevimento che costituirà
mezzo di riconoscimento e titolo di legittimazione, che abilita, in via esclusiva, il possessore al ritiro
dell’autoveicolo.
4. Pagamento
Il pagamento del servizio dovrà essere corrisposto anticipatamente all’ingresso nel parcheggio secondo
le tariffe concordate. Eventuali voucher prepagati, buoni sconto o quant’altro che attesti un credito da
utilizzare dovranno essere immediatamente consegnati al personale di Ciao Parking al momento
dell’arrivo al parcheggio.
L’auto potrà essere riconsegnata esclusivamente dietro presentazione della ricevuta rilasciata, che
costituisce unico mezzo di riconoscimento e titolo di legittimazione al ritiro della medesima.
In nessun caso potranno essere rimborsati i giorni di sosta non usufruiti dal Cliente.
5. Modalità di posteggio dell’autoveicolo
Salva diversa pattuizione, da concordarsi direttamente con la Direzione, i veicoli in parcheggio devono
essere lasciati aperti, con bloccasterzo libero, corredati di libretto di circolazione e delle chiavi di
accensione (D.M. 31/07/1934 e disposizione VVFF).
Le auto verranno condotte nelle aree di parcheggio “coperto” e o “scoperto” solo ed esclusivamente da
parte personale addetto di Parcheggio Ciao Parking.
6. Posti auto coperti o scoperti
Il deposito potrà avvenire su scelta del cliente, e nei limiti della disponibilità di posti, in aree coperte o
scoperte. Le auto potrebbero essere parcheggiate provvisoriamente, per qualche ora, allo scoperto,
anche se previsto il parcheggio coperto, in attesa di essere sistemate nel posto prenotato. Potranno,
inoltre, essere spostate momentaneamente allo scoperto qualora e ogni volta ne sorga la necessità, a
titolo esemplificativo e non esaustivo, per la preparazione per data di rientro e altre esigenze logistiche.

7. Ritiro dell’autoveicolo
Il ritiro dell’autoveicolo in data e ora precedenti a quella indicata in origine sulla ricevuta d’ingresso
dovrà essere comunicato almeno 24 ore prima dell’arrivo in parcheggio del Cliente; in caso contrario,
saranno addebitati i costi orari della manodopera necessaria per lo spostamento dei veicoli retrostanti
con un minimo di Euro 50,00 orarie indivisibili per ogni persona impiegata - minimo un ora.
8. Spostamento degli autoveicoli
In periodo di alta stagione, le auto potranno essere custodite e consegnate in altri parcheggi limitrofi
con standard e caratteristiche Ciao Parking.
9. Limitazioni di responsabilità e diritti di Ciao Parking
Parcheggio Ciao Parking risponde esclusivamente del furto totale dell’autoveicolo e limitatamente al
suo valore commerciale; risponde, inoltre, riservandosi il diritto di contestare eventuali abusi, per il
furto parziale o totale di accessori che costituiscono elementi essenziali del veicolo.
La struttura dispone di cassette di sicurezza per il deposito di beni di valore, fino ad esaurimento posti.
Sono espressamente esclusi dal rimborso tutti gli oggetti che non hanno alcun legame funzionale e
continuativo con il bene (ad esempio: capi di abbigliamento, gioielli, occhiali, denaro contante o altri
valori, cellulari e accessori, palmari, analoghi apparecchi ed accessori, videocamere, macchine
fotografiche e accessori, navigatori satellitari, riproduttori audio-video e accessori, penne stilografiche,
biro e simili, telecomandi non inerenti all’utilizzo dell’auto, compact disk, computer, portachiavi, ed
ogni altro bene di valore) per il quale il Cliente dovrà provvedere preventivamente
a rimuoverli dall’autoveicolo, riponendoli nelle apposite cassette di sicurezza del parcheggio (se
disponibili) ovvero a custodirli a propria cura e spese, in tal caso con totale esonero di responsabilità
per Posteggio Ciao Parking.
10. Danni agli autoveicoli
Parcheggio Ciao Parking, non può considerarsi responsabile dei danni alle vetture se l’integrità delle
stesse non è stata verificata all’atto del deposito ovvero di qualunque danno che sia stato segnalato al
personale autorizzato all’atto del ritiro.
Parcheggio Ciao Parking non può considerarsi responsabile per danni e/o guasti agli autoveicoli di
natura meccanica o elettronica, che non dipendono dalla movimentazione delle auto, ma dalla cattiva
manutenzione delle stesse o da caso fortuito.
11. Disposizioni generali
Non si accettano contestazioni postume all’uscita dal Parcheggio.
Per motivi di sicurezza è tassativamente vietato alla clientela l’accesso alle aree di parcheggio coperto e
scoperto.
Per tutto quanto non previsto si rinvia espressamente alle norme del codice civile in materia di deposito
(artt. da 1766 a 1782) e, laddove in vigore, alle normative speciali in materia.
Nell'eventualità che una o più clausole delle presenti Condizioni Generali di Parcheggio fossero per
qualunque ragione nulle, annullate, invalide, illegali o inapplicabili a qualsiasi titolo, esse si avranno per
non scritte e ciò non inficerà la validità e l’applicabilità di alcun'altra disposizione delle presenti
Condizioni Generali di Parcheggio.
Ciao Parking si riserva, in via unilaterale, il diritto di modificare, in ogni momento le presenti
Condizioni Generali di Parcheggio.
12. Foro competente
Competente a decidere per qualsiasi controversia concernente la validità, l'interpretazione, l'esecuzione
e la risoluzione delle presenti Condizioni Generali sarà in via esclusiva il Foro di Torino.

13. Trattamento dati personali
Il Cliente autorizza Ciao Parking, a sensi e per gli effetti del D. Lgs. n. 196/03 e succ. mod., al
trattamento dei propri dati personali.

approvato espressamente le seguenti clausole: (1) Oggetto; (3) Conclusione del Contratto; (4)
Pagamento; (5) Modalità di posteggio dell’autoveicolo; (7) Ritiro dell’autoveicolo; (9) Limitazioni di
responsabilità e diritti di Ciao Parking; (10) Danni agli autoveicoli; (11) Disposizioni generali; (12) Foro
competente; (13) Trattamento dati personali.

1. OBJECT
These general terms and conditions are governing the deposit and storage of the car at the parking
facilities of Ciao Parking Holding (defined below) for the agreed period, in addition to free
transportation of people and luggage to and from the airport or other specified destinations.
2. DEFINITIONS
To these general terms and conditions the following definitions shall apply, being understood that
the definitions in plural apply to the relative singular term and vice versa:
Ciao Parking: meant is Ciao Parking Holding Srl, a limited liability company with its registered
office in Turin (TO - zip 10122), Via Assarotti n. 7.
“Ciao Parking” car park: means any of the parking lots owned or managed by Ciao Parking
directly or indirectly by one of its subsidiaries.
Deposit: the deposit of the vehicle by the Customer to “Ciao Parking” car park, attested by the
corresponding receipt (date and time).
Customer: shall mean those individuals who enter into a contract with the Ciao Parking for the
provision of car parking facilities.
Indoor car park: by "indoor parking" one means buildings, such as sheds, structures and / or
canopies, also open on the sides, where vehicles are being parked.
3. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
The contract will be considered concluded when the customer will have delivered its vehicle to the
authorized personnel of Ciao Parking car park, withdrawing its receipt which shall be the means of
recognition and proof of identity, which enables, exclusively, the owner to the withdrawal of the
motor vehicle.
4. PAYMENT
The payment for the said services will need to be paid in advance at the parking reception according
to the agreed rates. Any pre-paid voucher, discount coupons or whatever stating a credit will need
to be delivered to the staff of Ciao Parking immediately at arrival to the car park.
The car can only be returned to the client upon presentation of the issued receipt, which represents
the sole means of identification and proof of legitimacy to the withdrawal of the vehicle.
In no case unused (deposit) days can be reimbursed the Customer (in case of an anticipated
withdrawal of the vehicle).
5. HOW TO DEPOSIT THE CAR
Unless otherwise agreed, directly with the Car Parking Management, the vehicles deposited in the
car park shall be left open, with free lock, together with its registration papers and ignition keys
(D.M. 31/07/1934 e disposizione VVFF).
Cars will be conducted into the parking areas "covered" and or "open" only by the personnel of the
Ciao Parking car park.
6. COVERED OR OPEN CAR PARK
The deposit can be made according to the customer's preference or choice, subject to the availability
of places in selected covered or open areas. Cars may be parked temporarily for a few hours in the
open, even if covered parking is booked, waiting to be placed on the booked place. Vehicles can
also be temporarily moved into the open if and whenever the need arises, for example but not
limited to, when being prepared for the return date or any other logistical requirements.

7. WITHDRAWAL OF THE VEHICLE
The withdrawal of the vehicle earlier in date and time than originally indicated on the receipt of
entry must be notified at least 24 hours before arrival at the car park of the customer, otherwise, the
latter will be charged relating costs of labour required to move vehicles behind, with a minimum of
Euro 50,00/hour per employee – however at least an hour.
8. MOVEMENT AND RELOCATION OF THE VEHICLE
In high season, cars may need to be stored and delivered at other neighbouring parking with Ciao
Parking standards and features.
9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RIGHTS OF CIAO PARKING
Ciao Parking car park is only liable for the total theft of the vehicle total and limited to its
commercial value; Ciao Parking also responds, reserving itself the right to challenge any abuse, for
the partial or total theft of accessories that are essential components of the vehicle.
Ciao Parking car park has a safe deposits for storing valuables, subject to availability.
Expressly excluded from any responsibility and thus any refund are all objects which have no
connection with the functional operation of the vehicle and good (for example: clothing, jewellery,
sunglasses, cash or other valuables, mobile phones and accessories, PDAs, similar equipment and
accessories, camcorders, cameras and accessories, satellite navigation systems, audio-video
accessories, fountain pens, pens and similar, remote controls not related to the use of the car,
compact disk, computer, key holders or chains, and any other valuable asset) for which the
Customer shall foresee to remove them from the car, placing them in the appropriate safe deposit
cases (if available) or to keep them at their own expense, in this case with total exemption from
liability for Ciao Parking car park.
10. DAMAGE TO VEHICLE
Ciao Parking car park, can not be considered responsible for damages to cars if the integrity of the
same have not been verified at the time of deposit or of any damage that has been reported to
authorized personnel at the time of withdrawal.
Ciao Parking car park can not be held liable and responsible for any damage and / or problem to the
vehicle of mechanical or electronic nature, which is not linked to the movement of the car, but to
poor maintenance thereof, or by accident.
11. GENERAL PROVISIONS
If the Customer believes that there is a claim against the Company, such claim should be notified to
the Company prior leaving the car park – any claim presented afterwards cannot be accepted.
For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to clients to access to the areas of indoor and outdoor /
open parking.
For all matters not specifically mentioned one needs to expressly refer to the provisions of the Civil
Code in the filing (Articles 1766 to 1782) and, where applicable, to special regulations.
In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Parking should for any reason be
inapplicable, invalid, void, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, they will have to be unwritten
and this shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any ' other provision of these Terms and
Conditions of Parking.
Ciao Parking reserves itself the right, to unilaterally modify at any time these Terms of Parking.

12. PLACE OF JURISDICTION
Place of Jurisdiction to present and decide upon any dispute concerning the validity, interpretation,
performance and termination of these Terms and Conditions shall be settled exclusively the Court
of Turin.
13. TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA
The Customer authorizes Ciao Parking, in accordance with and for the purposes of the Legislative
Decree no. 196/03 and subsequent amendments, the processing of their personal data.

Provisions, (12) jurisdiction; (13) Treatment of personal data.
