Österreich. Vom Schnittholz bis zur
verlegefertigen Diele liegt die gesamte Wertschöpfung im Inland.
Wir kaufen keine Halbfertig- oder Fertigprodukte zu, sondern stellen die Böden
zur Gänze in Österreich her. Produziert
werden die Dielen von zuverlässigen,
erfahrenen Mitarbeitern unter Einsatz industrieller High Tech-Verfahren
im TRAPA Werk in St. Veit in Kärnten,
einem hochmodernen Parkettwerk.
Dort steht auch unsere Thermodruck-Anlage, die uns die Möglichkeit gibt, den Böden dunkle, elegante Farbnuancen zu verleihen.
In der TRAPA Holzbodenmanufaktur in Traunkirchen (OÖ) schließlich werden die Dielen oberflächenbehandelt,
gleichsam
„veredelt“:
naturgeölt,
gelaugt,
gebürstet,
strukturbetont,
handgehobelt
etc.
TRAPA natural wood floors are entirely produced in Austria. From sawn
timber to ready-to-lay planks – the
total value chain is located in Austria.
We do not buy in any semi-finished or
finished goods, but invariably prepare the floors ourselves in Austria. The
plank production is located at the TRAPA plant in St. Veit, Carinthia, where reliable, skilled employees complement
with high-tech industrial machinery.
This state-of-the-art parquet industry
accommodates one of the first thermal
pressure chambers veiling local lumbers in elegantly dark colour shades.
At the TRAPA manufacture in Traunkirchen, Upper Austria the raw planks are
refined by a variety of surface treatments: crystallising natural oil, lye, brushing, structuring, handscraping etc.
