The philosophy behind FairPlay is, as the name implies,
playing fair: we are trying to convey to learners values
such as respect for themselves and for other people, the
abilities to face challenges, to overcome one’s own fears
and to enjoy sport and friendship.

FairPlay Amateur Sports Association was born putting
together several decades of expertise of a group of ski and
sailing instructors who share the same teaching ideas, as
well as a vision of sport as a mean to have fun and grow
up. Our staff is made up by teachers and instructors specialized in different activities; for specific activities we refer
to specialized partners such as alpine guides, waterskiing
and motocross instructors.

Where we work
During the so-called “golden age” between 6 and 12 years
of age, children easily learn and memorize movements: it
is therefore essential to give them the opportunity to try
out as many techniques as possible.
FairPlay works mostly in Cortina d’Ampezzo, Trieste and
Grado.
The A mateur Sports Association
Our method is based on teaching a great variety of sports,
aiming to promote in children both physical and personal
development, by encouraging their individual abilities.

The real FairPlay protagonists are the children and young
adults from 3 years onwards, venturing trough many sport
activities, from sea to mountains.
Winter activities:
Learning by having fun, while comparing oneself to others, is the best way to engage the learners and get them
enthusiastic about various sports.
FairPlay helps children to:
Enhance motor expertise Improve coordination and
conditional capacities, according to their age Enhance
self-control and self-mastery, in situations of risk and
effort Learn how to read sports: be familiar and evaluate
regulations and limits
Respect for diversities, our work in the social field
FairPlay adults and children share their responsibility towards social issues and their respect towards people in
need: integration is at the heart of a path of growth affecting
teachers, children and families.
In our groups, we motivate children so that they can eliminate barriers due to diversity, by planning activities where
everybody has the opportunity to feel appreciated and
develop one’s own abilities.
The projects developed so far have involved hyperactive
FairPlay - Amateur Sports Association “Massimo Bertoni”
Article 4 of our statute states:
“This is an apolitical, non-profit amateur sports association,
with the following objectives:
Developing and spreading sport activities, conceived as
a means of psycho-physical and moral education of its
members, by managing any form of competitive and leisure
activity, or any other kind of physical activity;
Sailing and winter skiing in particular, will be analyzed in
detail;
Establishing training, specialization and refresher internal
courses for teachers and learners;

I veri protagonisti di FairPlay sono loro: i ragazzi e i bambini
dai 3 anni in poi, che si avventurano tra le numerose attività
sportive proposte, dalla montagna al mare.
Attività invernali:
sci alpino tradizionale sci alpino freestyle snowboard
telemark freeride in ogni disciplina sci nordico
L’insegnamento: per noi vuol dire imparare divertendosi
Nella cosiddetta “età d’oro”, compresa fra 6 e 12 anni, i
ragazzi apprendono e memorizzano i movimenti con grande
facilità, ed è quindi fondamentale che abbiano la possibilità
di sperimentare il maggior numero possibile di tecniche.
Il nostro metodo didattico si basa sull’insegnamento di
una grande varietà di discipline: l’obiettivo è favorire lo
sviluppo personale e motorio dei ragazzi stimolandone le
capacità individuali.
Imparare giocando, confrontandosi con gli altri, è il miglior
modo per coinvolgere gli allievi ed appassionarli alle varie
discipline.
FairPlay aiuta i ragazzi a:
arricchire il loro patrimonio motorio
affinare le capacità coordinative e condizionali, in base
alle fasce sensibili accrescere l’autocontrollo e la padronanza di sé nelle situazioni di rischio e di sforzo
imparare a leggere lo sport: conoscere e valutare regole
e limiti

L a passione: primo requisito del nostro staff
L’Associazione Sportiva Dilettantistica FairPlay nasce
dall’esperienza pluridecennale combinata di un gruppo di
maestri di sci e istruttori di vela che condividono le stesse
idee riguardo l’insegnamento e la visione dello sport come
strumento per divertirsi e crescere.
Lo staff è composto da maestri ed istruttori specializzati
in diverse discipline; per le specifiche attività facciamo
riferimento a collaboratori specializzati quali guide alpine,
istruttori di sci nautico e motocross.
I luoghi dove operiamo
FairPlay opera principalmente a Cortina, Trieste e Grado.
L’associazione sportiva dilettantistica
FairPlay - Associazione Sportiva Dilettantistica ‘Massimo
Bertoni’, associazione di promozione sociale aderisce al CONI
ed è affiliata alla FISI -Federazione Italiana Sport Invernali.
Dall’Articolo 4 dello statuto:
“L’associazione sportiva dilettantistica è apolitica, non ha
scopo di lucro e si propone le seguenti finalità:
a) sviluppo e diffusione di attività sportiva intesa come
mezzo di formazione psico-fisica e morale dei soci, mediante
la gestione di ogni forma di attività agonistica, ricreativa o
di ogni altro tipo di attività motoria;
b) saranno approfondite in particolare le discipline sportive
della vela e dello sci invernale;
c) istituire corsi interni di formazione, addestramento e
perfezionamento, aggiornamento per allievi ed insegnanti;
d) partecipazione ad altre associazioni o enti sportivi e
culturali in genere;

Grandi e piccoli a FairPlay condividono la responsabilità
verso le problematiche sociali ed il rispetto nei confronti
delle persone in difficoltà: l’integrazione è alla base di un percorso di crescita che tocca i maestri, i bambini e le famiglie.
The association future prospectives envisage an increasing
number of learners associated, implementing new projects
in the social field, collaborating with other associations or
organizations in order to create a network of specialized
professionals.
Responsabilità rispetto
Nei nostri gruppi motiviamo i ragazzi ad eliminare le barriere
create dalle diversità programmando attività nelle quali
ognuno possa sentirsi apprezzato e sviluppare le proprie
abilità. Fino ad oggi i progetti realizzati hanno coinvolto
