team intereuropei, composti da
tutti i collaboratori della sezione
marketing; ogni gruppo controlla, elabora e ottimizza le nostre
attività da un particolare punto
di vista. I quattro ambiti che vengono continuamente aggiornati
sono: le attività nei punti vendita
dei nostri clienti (POS), la promozione, Internet e l’informazione
sui prodotti.

stati presi in considerazione?
Come valutate i risultati relativi al
marketing?
Già prima che lo studio fosse
completato abbiamo iniziato una
ristrutturazione totale della nostra
organizzazione, per orientarla
al 100% alle esigenze dei clienti.
Così, ad esempio, abbiamo potenziato la gestione del prodotto
e ci siamo concentrati molto di
più sulle vendite, per evadere più
efficacemente e velocemente le
richieste dei paesi in cui operiamo. L’obiettivo è quello di presentare misure, progetti e prodotti
mirati, che soddisfino le esigenze
dei nostri clienti.

Lo studio di portata europea esamina tutti i settori che riguardano
da vicino i nostri clienti: il prodotto, l’assistenza, il nostro sistema
di riciclaggio, gli ordini per via
telematica, la logistica, il prezzo e
naturalmente anche il marketing
di supporto alla vendita.
Come si è tradotto tutto questo in
pratica?
Il lavoro di questi 4 team ha già
dato i primi risultati?
I team si sono messi immediatamente al lavoro e i primi risultati
sono già sotto gli occhi di tutti.
Gli utenti della nostra funzione
di ricerca batteria ricevono, su
richiesta, un nuovo opuscolo con
informazioni sui prodotti quali
dati tecnici, foto delle batterie,
istruzioni per effettuare gli ordini,
disegni tecnici e spiegazioni
della tecnologia utilizzata. Inoltre
abbiamo modificato il webshop in
modo tale che, fin da ora, anche
i nostri clienti possano operarvi
per ordinare in modo semplice e
autonomo i materiali per il marketing. Nell’area download del sito
si possono scaricare certificati,
newsletter e articoli di PR. In molti
casi anche questo semplifica
l’assistenza sul posto.
Inoltre abbiamo reso più intuitiva
la funzione di ricerca batterie veicoli commerciali nel sito, modificando il design. Il catalogo moto è
stato integrato con numerosi tipi
di batterie e ora contiene il doppio
delle informazioni, e abbiamo ampliato il catalogo TecDoc

il mercato delle batterie StartStop cresce rapidamente. Per
far fronte alle vostre esigenze
odierne e future, e soddisfare le
richieste del mercato, Johnson
Controls investirà più di 100
milioni di euro nell’ampliamento della capacità produttiva.
Inoltre stiamo lavorando a
numerosi programmi, per poter
rispondere in modo ancora più
mirato alle esigenze del mercato.
In quest’ottica e’ stato realizzato il
primo sondaggio della soddisfazione del cliente su larga scala. Ne
abbiamo valutato i risultati e oggi
vi presentiamo le innovazioni più
importanti che abbiamo intrapreso
sulla base del vostro feedback.
Per noi è importante che tutte
le attività vi siano di sostegno e
producano effetti sul mercato.
Ma, oltre ai team strutturati in
modo nuovo, saranno i nostri
prodotti a mettervi in grado di
entusiasmare i vecchi clienti e
di guadagnarne di nuovi. Con
l’introduzione della nuova gamma
VARTA Professional, il nuovo e
potente assortimento per i settori
nautica e caravan, avrete sempre
una soluzione adeguata da proporre quando vi chiederanno una
batteria per servizi. Inoltre, nella
gamma è stata integrata l’intera
linea OPTIMA®, così potrete fornire
la soluzione ottimale anche per i
requisiti più particolari. Numerosi
servizi sono stati migliorati: ad
esempio, abbiamo realizzato
un nuovo opuscolo informativo
sui prodotti, perfezionato la
funzione di ricerca batterie veicoli
commerciali e aggiornato TecDoc,
nel quale ora troverete anche
argomentazioni di vendita e informazioni tecniche più esaurienti.

esperienza. Con la creazione dello

opportunità di mercato totalmente nuove. Dal punto di vista del
prodotto, i punti di forza sono

completamente rinnovata, e la

Hannover e Zwickau entro i prossimi 18 mesi: da 2,5 a 7,5 milioni
di unità l’anno!
Sia le case automobilistiche, sia
i consumatori che acquistano
un’auto nuova credono nell’innovativa tecnologia Start-Stop e
sono favorevoli allo sviluppo di
sistemi Start-Stop sui veicoli. Con
questa innovativa tecnologia si
riducono i consumi di carburante
e al contempo si adempie alle leggi sempre più severe per la tutela
dell’ambiente. Leader sul mercato
europeo, Johnson Controls forni-
sce batterie per il primo impianto
per circa 900 modelli di auto dotate di tecnologia Start-Stop. Case
automobilistiche rinomate come
Volkswagen, Mercedes e BMW si
affidano all’alta tecnologia delle

crescita della domanda con un ulteriore investimento di 100 milioni
