Calze Pyrotex®
Descrizione
La calza a base di fibra di vetro trecciata è rivestita da un
alto strato di gomma rossa al silicone. Il colore rosso è
dovuto all’alto contenuto di FE 203. Porta alla riduzione
di perdite energetiche e buona resistenza all’abrasione.
Resiste ad una temperatura di 260°C.
Applicazioni
Il rivestimento esterno a base di gomma siliconica rossa ha un’elevata resistenza all’abrasione ed è particolarmente indicata per la protezione dei tubi di raffreddamento idraulici, cavi per circuiti elettrici, movimentazione
e manipolazione di metalli e scorie fuse altamente surriscaldati. Protegge gli operatori dal rischio di ustioni causate dall’intenso calore radiato dai tubi contenenti metalli
fusi delle acciaierie per la produzione di acciai speciali.
Può essere utilizzata nei forni ad induzione, per la protezione dei circuiti di raffreddamento dei cavi elettrici di alimentazione. È largamente utilizzata inoltre nelle fonderie
sia di alluminio che non, piattaforme petrolifere, settore
navale ed automobilistico. È eccellente per la riduzione di
eventuali perdite energetiche grazie al basso coefficiente
di trasmissione termica.

Pyrotex® sleeves
Description
Based on braided glass fibres, the Pyrotex® sleeve is covered with a thick layer of red silicone rubber. The red
colour is due to the high content of Fe 203. The product
leads to a reduction in loss of power and good resistance to abrasion. It resists temperatures up to 260°C.
Applications
The outside coating based on red silicone rubber provides a high level of resistance to abrasion and is used
particularly to protect hydraulic cooling pipes, cables for
electric circuits and for the movement and handling of highly overheated metals and molten slag. It protects workers from the risk of burning due to the intense heat given
off by pipes containing molten metals in steelworks for
the production of special steels. The product can also be
used in induction furnaces, to protect the cooling circuits
of electric power cables. It is widely used in foundries
for aluminium and other metals, on oil rigs and in the
ship-building and car industries and it is also excellent for
reducing any power loss thanks to the low coefficient of
heat transmission.

Calze Aramtex®
alluminizzata cucita
Le calze Aramtex® sono dei manufatti tessili in fibra aramidica discontinua alluminizzata in grado di sopportare
fino 1000°C di calore radiante. Si tratta di calze adatte per
la protezione contro rischi meccanici (abrasione, taglio,
strappo e perforazione) e termici (comportamento al fuoco, calore da contatto, calore convettivo, calore radiante,
piccoli spruzzi di metallo fuso). Le calze Aramtex® sono
un’alternativa economica per la protezione termica di tubi
e cavi di accensione per moto e auto, ma anche per proteggere cavi elettrici e cablaggi.
Applicazioni
Oltre al settore automobilistico è un prodotto valido

Aramtex® sleeves
The Aramtex® sleeves are textile products made of aluminised discontinuous aramidic fibre that can resist radiating
heat up to 1000°C. The sleeve is suitable for protecting
against mechanical risks (abrasion, cutting, tearing and
perforation) and heat risks (reaction to fire, contact heat,
convective heat, radiating heat, molten metal splash).
The Aramtex® sleeves are an economical alternative for the
heat protection of motorbike and car ignition pipes and
cables, but also for protecting electric cables and wiring.
Applications
Apart from the car sector, the sleeves are a valid product
for industry in general, for handling hot components,
objects with sharp, rough or abrasive edges and for welding and cutting operations.

Calza vetro alluminizzata

La calza in vetro alluminizzata è un manufatto tessile rivestito da un foglio di alluminio laminato ad alta riflessione
termica (sopporta fino a 1000°C di calore radiante) e cucito esternamente con filato Aramtex®.
Lo speciale strato d’alluminio crea un eccellente effetto
schermatura contro l’irraggiamento infrarosso, mantenendo all’interno della calza temperature relativamente
basse.
Applicazioni
La sua grande facilità di installazione, combinata all’ottima resistenza agli agenti chimici, la rende perfettamente idonea per la protezione di cablaggi elettrici, circuiti
idraulici, tubi carburante per l’industria automobilistica.

Sewn aluminised glass
sleeve
The aluminised glass sleeve is a textile product coated
with a sheet of rolled aluminium with a high level heat reflection (it can withstand up to 1000°C of radiating heat)
and it is sewn on the outside with Aramtex® yarn.
The special layer of aluminium creates an excellent screening effect against infra-red radiation, maintaining relatively low temperatures inside the sleeve.
Applications
The great ease with which the product is fitted, combined
with the excellent resistance to chemical agents make it
very suitable for protecting electric wiring, hydraulic circuits and exhaust pipes for the car industry.

Il nastro caramellizzato Texpack® è fabbricato interamente con filati di vetro Texpack® 6-9 μ, filati che fondono

The Texpack® caramelised tape is produced entirely with
Texpack® glass yarns 6-9 μ which only melt at very high
temperatures. The main feature is the caramelisation
which consists in burning the tape making it completely
non-irritating and light brown in colour.

Nastro in vetro trattato
vermiculite per scarichi e terminali di auto, moto e barche
Il nastro in vetro trattato vermiculite resiste ad alte temperature (650°C diretta / 1000°C radiante), ha la proprietà di trattenere più a lungo il calore e conservare la durata del materiale nel tempo. Avvolto sui tubi di scarico,
consente di mantenere il calore all’interno, riducendo di
un reale 50% la temperatura del cofano motore e aumentando la velocità di uscita dei gas dal motore stesso
e dall’impianto di scarico. Ne consegue maggior potenza
e protezione del motore ma anche comfort al pilota e al
passeggero.

The vermiculite treated glass tape resists high temperatures (650°C direct / 1000°C radiating heat) and retains
heat longer while the material is longer-lasting. Wrapped
around exhaust pipes, it enables the heat to be kept inside, reducing the heat of the engine bonnet by a good
50% and increasing the speed of output of the gases
from the engine itself and from the exhaust system. This
leads to greater engine power and protection, but also
improved comfort for the rider and the passenger.

materassini in fibra ceramica con alluminio.
È dotato di una pellicola adesiva che lo rende estremamente facile da applicare e gli conferisce un’ottima adesività iniziale.
Description
The aluminium tape is difficult to set fire to and is characterised by good thermal stability, excellent resistance
to tearing and stretching and a high level resistance to
infiltrations of damp. It is widely used in combination with
lamellar felts, rock wool pipe coverings and small ceramic
mattresses with aluminium.
It is provided with an adhesive film that makes it extremely
easy to apply and gives it excellent initial adhesiveness.

Self-adhesive Aluglass
Description
The Aluglass tape laminated with aluminium is a self-back
adhesive tape with high mechanical resistance, flame
retardant, heat resistant, for fire protection.
It is a thick glass tape, laminated with aluminium and silicone adhesive back, to resist up to 200°C.
Applications
High temperature masking and insulating, heat insulation
in ship engine and boilers; treatment as plasma coating.
7000M Mousse
Description
Mousse is a flat gasket made of soft closed cell expanded rubber, which is vibration damping and impermeable, making it suitable for heat and sound insulation. Easy
to fit on all surfaces where a solid, safe and long-lasting
seal is required, it has a self-adhesive surface that facilitates application. Mousse is the ideal solution for a liquid
and gastight seal on doors and windows and for the production of weather strips for motorbikes and cars and for
insulation purposes.

Il tessuto Aramtex® alluminizzato è costituito da un lato in
aramidico Aramtex® a tessitura piana e da un lato di alluminio in rilievo, che copre la superficie esterna e riflette
le radiazioni termiche fino al 95%, compresi i raggi UV.
Il tessuto Aramtex® alluminizzato è prodotto con telai
all’avanguardia e possiede caratteristiche tecniche eccezionali, che offrono buona resistenza agli olii, ai grassi,
agli acidi, alle basi e ai solventi a bassa concentrazione,
ma anche maggior efficienza nell’isolamento termico,
ottima resistenza al taglio, all’abrasione e allo strappo,
eccellente morbidezza e flessibilità.
The aluminised Aramtex® cloth consists on one side of
flat woven aramidic Aramtex® yarn and on the other side
of raised aluminium which covers the external surface
and reflects the heat radiation by up to 95%, including
UV rays.
The aluminised Aramtex® cloth is produced on highly
advanced looms, it is easy to cut and boasts exceptional
technical features that offer good resistance to oils, greases, acids, bases and low concentration solvents, but
also improved insulation, excellent resistance to cutting,
abrasion and tearing as well as outstanding softness and
flexibility.

1290 Feltro agugliati in silice
Descrizione
Il feltro agugliato in silice è un feltro in fibra di silice amorfa, agugliato meccanicamente e privo di leganti chimici,
particolarmente adatto per l’isolamento termo-acustico.
L’alto tenore di silice conferisce al prodotto una maggiore
compattezza, flessibilità e resistenza alla massima temperatura d’impiego. Il diametro delle fibre è superiore ai
6 micron e la lunghezza dei filamenti è pari a circa 50
mm. Inodore, di colore bianco, non infiammabile, è chimicamente stabile e offre un buon assorbimento acustico. Grazie alle sue caratteristiche di isolamento termico,
è utilizzato sottoforma di materassini per isolare turbine,
camere di combustione e scarichi.
Applicazioni
Nautico e navale: isolamento termico (imbottitura materassini collettori, turbo, scarpone, fasciatura tubazioni,
valvole, flange, giunti), isolamento acustico (strato di composti multistrato per insonorizzare delle sale macchine)

1290 Needle silica felts
Description
Needle silica felt is a felt made of amorphous silica fibre
that is mechanically needled and completely free of any
chemical binder and particularly suitable for heat and
acoustic insulation. The high content of silica makes the
product more compact, flexible and resistant to the maximum operating temperature. The diameter of the fibres
is over 6 micron and the length of the filaments is equal
to 50 mm. Odourless, white in colour, non-inflammable,
it is chemically stable and offers a good level of acoustic
insulation. Thanks to its heat insulation characteristics, it
is used in the form of cushions to insulate turbines, combustion chambers and exhausts.

Il feltro agugliato Ecotex è realizzato con fibre inorganiche
di vetro E tagliate, termicamente stabili, conformi alle norme DIN1259.
I feltri hanno buone caratteristiche tessili, ottima resistenza
e stabilità meccanica.
Sono soffici, voluminosi, elastici, facili da forare, tagliare e
maneggiare.
Sono disponibili tranciature e fustellature dei vari pezzi di
feltro agugliato, secondo le particolari esigenze del cliente.
Temperatura di esercizio fino a 500°C.
Description
The Ecotex needle felt is manufactured with cut inorganic
E type glass fibres that are thermally stable and comply
with standards DIN1259.
The felt has good textile characteristics, excellent mechanical resistance and stability.
The felt is soft, voluminous, supple, easy to perforate,
cut and handle. Various punched and die-cut pieces of
needle felt are available according to customer requirements. Working temperature up to 500°C.
I feltri Ecotex possono essere, a richiesta, alluminizzati,
goffrati, adesivizzati, accoppiati e tagliati a disegno.
On request, the Ecotex felt can be aluminium coated,
embossed, adhesive coated, coupled and cut to customer drawings.

Il feltro in vetro agugliato Ecotex viene fustellato a misura
ed è indicato per silenziatori di moto, moto da cross e
da enduro in quanto resiste fino a 600°C. Per prestazioni
migliori il feltro fustellato è disponibile anche in silice, materiale che resiste fino a 1000°C.

The Ecotex needle glass felt is die cut to measure and
is recommended for the silencers of motorbikes, motocross and enduro motorcycles as it resists up to 600°C.

Filo di vetro continuo in materiale fonoassorbente per rigenerare silenziatori in: alluminio, carbonio, titanio. Realizzato con un unico filo di vetro continuo di prima qualità
il cui punto di fusione è 900°C. È in grado di garantire:
lunga durata, ottima fonoassorbenza ed alto rendimento.
Semplice da montare in quanto il prodotto è contenuto
in uno speciale sacchetto di nylon microforato che ne
facilita l’applicazione e viene eliminato, sciogliendosi, nei
primi minuti di funzionamento. Indicato per silenziatori
tondi/ovali. Confezioni da 10 e 20 pezzi da 400 gr.
La cartuccia sylent yarn bouclè contiene filato di vetro
testurizzato 9 μ, che si adatta perfettamente alle marmitte delle moto da cross e da enduro. Viene inserito
manualmente e si può comprimere molto di più di qualsiasi altro fonoassorbente, conferendo maggiore capacità
silenziante, maggiore isolamento termico nei confronti
del guscio esterno e, grazie alla maggiore durata, più
efficienza: mantiene i valori di potenza e di coppia più
costanti nel tempo. Tali caratteristiche, certificate dai test
effettuati da RIGO MOTO, la rendono la soluzione ideale

3229/C Bouclé Sylent yarn cartridge
Continuous glass thread in soundproofing material to regenerate silencers made of aluminium, carbon and titanium. Made using a top quality single continuous glass
thread with a melting point of 900°C. It is able to guarantee: a long life, excellent sound deadening and a high
level efficiency. Simple to fit as the product is contained
in a special micro-perforated nylon bag which facilitates
application and is disposed of as it melts in the first minutes of operation. Suitable for round/oval silencers. Packs
of 10 and 20 pieces of 400 gr.
The bouclé sylent yarn cartridge contains texturised
glass yarn 9 μ which adapts perfectly to the silencers of
motocross and enduro motorcycles. It is inserted manually and it can be compressed far more than any other
sound deadening material, leading to greater silencing
capacity, greater heat insulation regarding the external
shell and, thanks to its long life, greater efficiency: it keeps the power and torque values more constant in time.
These characteristics which have been certified by tests
carried out by RIGO MOTO, make it the ideal solution
for high performing motocross and enduro motorcycles.
