La pista AVUS è uno di quei circuiti leggendari che hanno segnato un’era gloriosa nella storia del mondo delle corse. Un circuito mitico dove i migliori
piloti scrissero i loro nomi con caratteri
d’oro. Due lunghi rettilinei culminanti in
due curve a 180° sull’asfalto di Berlino
coronavano una pista dove velocità, rischio e passione diedero l’impulso finale ad uno degli sport più appassionanti.

1 - Orders
Gli ordini da parte del cliente sono impegnativi e irrevocabili dopo 3 giorni dal ricevimento.
RVS si riserva la facoltà di accettare o meno gli ordini
ricevuti, la comunicazione dell’avvenuta accettazione
avviene tramite l’invio di conferma scritta a mezzo
e-mail o fax.
All orders are intended to be confirmed and irrevocable after three days from the date of receiving.
RVS has the right to accept or decline the orders
received, a written communication confirming the acceptance would be sent by e-mail or fax.
2 - Consegna della merce
2 - Delivery of merchandise
La consegna della merce avviene nei tempi indicati
nella conferma scritta. RVS non è responsabile di
eventuali ritardi causati da eventi ad essa non imputabili. Le spedizioni vengono eseguite secondo quanto
accordato con il cliente e comunque confermato per
iscritto nella conferma d’ordine. In nessun caso RVS
è responsabile di eventuali danneggiamenti avvenuti
durante il trasporto. Nel caso di spedizioni in porto
franco, il cliente è tenuto a verificare lo stato e la
quantità della merce all’atto dello scarico: se dalla
verifica risultassero ammanchi o materiali danneggiati, il ricevente è tenuto a segnalare per iscritto sul
documento di trasporto quanto riscontrato, dando
in questo modo la possibilità ad RVS di avviare la
pratica di risarcimento danni. Nel caso non vi siano
segnalazioni scritte RVS non potrà riconoscere alcuna contestazione.
Delivery of merchandise would be executed according
to the date indicated in the written confirmation. RVS
is not responsible for any delays due to circumstances not related or controlled by the company. Shipping would be processed according to the instructions agreed with the customers and indicated on
the order confirmation letter. RVS is not responsible
for any damages that could occur during transportation. In case of Delivered Duty Paid shipments the
customer must verify the condition and the quantity of the merchandise received, if some products
are missing or damaged the receiver must notify it
in writing on the shipping documents therefore RVS
can start processing the reimbursement insurance
procedure. If there are not any written reports RVS
won’t accept any claim.
3 - Garanzia
3 - Warranty
Tutti i cerchi AVUS sono rintracciabili e garantiti da
difetti di origine per due anni dalla comprovata data di
vendita. La garanzia decade in caso di manomissione,
danneggiamento o riparazione del cerchio stesso.
Each Avus wheel is guaranteed from factory defects
for two years from the date of purchasing. The warranty is voided in case of manumission, damaging or
repairing of the wheels.

Rvs si riserva la facoltà di variare i prezzi in qualunque
momento per ragioni non dipendenti dalla propria volontà, quali cambiamenti di tassi di cambio, variazioni
costo materia prima o specifici interventi fiscali da
parte del governo Italiano o della Comunità Europea.
Rvs has the right of changing the price list in any
moment for causes not related to the company such
as fluctuation of the exchange rate, fluctuation in the
price of the raw materials, or other fiscal or monetary policy that may affect our prices.
5 - Pagamenti
5 - Payments
I pagamenti devono essere effettuati secondo quanto
confermato in fase d’ordine e riportato in fattura.
In caso di ritardi nei pagamenti, RVS si riserva la
facoltà di sospendere l’evasione di ogni ulteriore ordine, di applicare l’interesse di mora pari al tasso
Euribor maggiorato di 7 punti. Le spese relative al
ritorno e all’eventuale riemissione delle tratte non pagate saranno a completo carico del cliente.
Payments must be made according to what agreed
on the confirmation order and indicated on the invoice. In case of payment delays RVS has the right
to suspend the delivery of any further order, and to
charge the customer of the Euribor interest plus 7
interest points. The handling costs of the bank documents would be fully charged to the customer.
