SI RICHIEDONO PINZE DI TIPO V PER LA PRESSATURA.
O-RING FABBRICATI IN EPDM (COLORE NERO UTILIZZO ACQUA)
Tagliare il tubo in rame utilizzando l’apposito
tagliatubi. Durante l’operazione mantenere
il tagliatubi in posizione perpendicolare alla
tubazione stessa
Sbavare con cura il tubo sulla parte esterna
utilizzando l’apposito utensile. Si consiglia di
detergere in modo accurato il tubo nella parte
esterna utilizzando un panno.
Sbavare con cura il tubo nella parte interna
utilizzando l’apposito utensile.
Nel caso in cui vi sia ancora presenza di bava
sul tubo, eliminarla utilizzando l’apposito
utensile
Prima di inserire il tubo nella valvola, verificare
che l’O-Ring sia stato inserito correttamente
nella propria sede
Inserire la valvola a battuta con il tubo
Contrassegnare la posizione di battuta del tubo
sulla valvola
Prelevare la ganascia adatta e inserirla sulla
pressatrice.
Prima di eseguire la pressatura controllare che
la ganascia sia correttamente installata sulla
pressatrice
Aprire la ganascia e posizionarla
perpendicolarmente sulla valvola.
Prima di eseguire la pressatura controllare che
il tubo non si sia sfilato dalla valvola
ESEGUIRE LA PRESSATURA
Aprire le ganasce e controllare la corretta
pressatura

THE EURO-PRESS VALVE IS SUGGESTED FOR ALL THE APPLICATIONS WHERE SAVING TIME AND
LABOUR ARE A MUST; THE VALVE HAS BEEN DESIGNED ACCORDING TO THE CURRENT STANDARDS FOR
USE WITH WATER, WHILE THE PRESSING CONNECTIONS HAVE BEEN DESIGNED ACCORDING TO THE
UNI EN 11065 STANDARD, CLASS 1( for water). THE EURO-PRESS VALVES ARE SUITABLE FOR USE WITH
COPPER AND STAINLESS STEEL PIPES WHICH COMPLY WITH THE UNI EN 1057 STANDARD.
THE PRESSING SYSTEM REQUIRES JAWS TYPE V.
O-RINGS MADE OF EPDM (BLACK COLOUR FOR WATER SERVICE)
Cut the copper pipe with a pipe cutter.
During this process hold the pipe cutter perpendicular to the pipe.
Debur the outer pipe layer with a deburing
mandrel suitable for pipe dimension.
Clean the outer pipe layer with a cloth
accurately.
Debur the inner layer pipe with a deburing
mandrel.
Should there be still deburing on the pipe,
clean it off with the suitable tool.
Before inserting the pipe into the valve, check
the O-Ring is properly assembled.
Push the valve into the pipe as far as it goes.
Mark the end position on the pipe
Select and insert the suitable jaw into the
pressing machine.
Before carrying out the pressing, ensure that
the jaw is correctly fitted to the pressing.
Open the jaw and place it perpendicular to the
valve. Before carrying out the pressing check
that the pipe has not moved.
CARRY OUT PRESSING
open the jaw and check the pressing has been
carried out correctly.
