A collection which speaks of
the world. The passions, desires
and dreams of its designers,
of its owners. Some are fleeting,
some last a lifetime. But whatever
the case, a furniture collection
brings a style to life and turns

Così nasce Wood, la collezione
di arredi per la zona living,
disegnata da Rodolfo Dordoni.
Il tavolo Where, la sedia Who
e i contenitori What formano un
nuovo, armonico paesaggio
domestico. Linee semplici,
design rigoroso, materiali naturali
come il legno, il marmo e
le lacche, accostati in modo
inedito, per creare una collezione
senza tempo.

for the living area.
The table Where, the chair Who
and the sideboards What combine
to create a new, harmonic
domestic homescape. Simple lines,
austere design and natural
materials such as wood, marble
and lacquer are brought together
in a style without precedent
to create a timeless collection.
Respiro il vento, tocco la sabbia,
ascolto le onde.
Nei ginepri, anni di questa
solitaria bellezza profumano il legno
di un aroma caldo, solare.
Amo questi tronchi, contorti come
vecchi spiriti, posati su frammenti
di vite trascorse, ora sabbia dorata.
Ho trascorso una notte con loro
e mi sembra di aver vissuto mille anni.

I breathe the wind, I touch the sand,
I listen to the waves.
In the juniper bushes, the wood
releases the scent of years
of this solitary beauty, warm and full
of sunshine.
I love these branches, twisted like
ancient spirits, resting on fragments
of past lives, now golden sand.
I spent a night with them
and it felt to me as if I had lived a
thousand years.

sensazione tattile.
La collezione Wood gioca sulla texture,
sul colore e sugli spessori per ridefinire

Materiali come il legno, il marmo,

ne sottolineano le forme e i dettagli.

have in common their tactile nature.
The collection Wood works with a play
on texture, on colour and on
thicknesses to redefine the skin of
furnishings. Materials like wood,
marble, lacquer, leather
and fabric highlight form and details.

La struttura sottile, in noce canaletto o
rovere scuro, dei contenitori What si abbina
a parti frontali in vetro fumè o in lacca,
dai colori morbidi e sofisticati. Una maniglia
verticale in legno disegna una nuova
geometria della facciata. What è un sistema
completo, disponibile in diverse dimensioni,
da utilizzare in appoggio oppure sospeso.

The slim American walnut or dark oak
structure of the What sideboards combines
with smoked glass or lacquer fronts in soft,
sophisticated colours. The vertical wooden
handle gives a new geometry to the front.
What is a complete system, available
in different sizes, and can be rested on the
floor or mounted on the wall.

I contenitori What sono curati nei dettagli
degli interni e dispongono di ripiani e
cassettiere per custodire gli oggetti più
preziosi. Un particolare sistema
di apertura delle ante, coperto da brevetto,
è inserito nella struttura, per accedere
a tutto lo spazio interno.
Particular attention is paid to the interiors
of the What sideboards which are equipped
with shelves and drawers for the
safekeeping of valued items. A special
patented opening system has become part
of the structure, allowing full access to the
whole interior.

Una forma inedita caratterizza la sedia
Who, con struttura in noce canaletto
o rovere scuro, su cui poggia
una seduta aerea, in essenza o rivestita
in pelle, applicata alla seduta senza
alcuna cucitura.
The American walnut or dark oak
structure of the chair Who takes on an
original new form, acting as support
for the light, airy seat, available in wood
or covered in seamless leather.

I tavoli Where hanno una struttura
trapezoidale, in noce canaletto
o rovere scuro. I piani dalle forme
rettangolari, fissi e allungabili o rotondi
di diverse dimensioni, hanno forte
spessore. Le superfici d’appoggio in
essenza, vetro o marmo ne amplificano
le funzioni. Il modello allungabile
dispone di due elementi, utilizzabili
anche separatamente.
Le allunghe scompaiono nel piano
del tavolo, grazie ad un meccanismo
silenzioso e invisibile.

The trapezium structures of the Where
tables are in American walnut or
dark oak. The rectangular tops are
available in both fixed and extendable
versions, and like the round tops in
various sizes, are very thick.
The top surfaces in wood, glass or
marble make them even more functional.
The two elements of the extendable
version can be used separately.
The extensions disappear
inside the table top thanks to a silent,
invisible mechanism.
