polivalente all’acqua
• il sistema epossidico a solvente.
Entrambe le soluzioni sono nate per
soddisfare le richieste dei rivenditori che
devono poter fornire lotti di diversi tagli
alle verniciature conto terzi, alle
carrozzerie industriali e alle piccole e
medie industrie in genere.
Inoltre il sistema ad acqua è stato
concepito per poter soddisfare
pienamente le attuali e future esigenze
legate all'evoluzione della legislazione in
materia ambientale.

Both solutions were developed to satisfy
the requests of retailers who must be
able to provide batches of various sizes
to subcontractor painters, industrial
body shops and small to medium
size companies in general.

future requirements related to the
evolution of the EU legislation about
environmental matters.

I tre sistemi tintometrici, come
base operativa minima di partenza,
necessitano di:
The three tinting systems need,
as basic working tools:
• armadio agitatore per paste standard
(tipo Tecmec)
• bilancia elettronica di precisione (con
lettura almeno di un decimo di grammo)
• agitatore da laboratorio per la dispersione
ottimale delle paste nei vari convertitori
• PC per il caricamento del software di
gestione delle oltre 5000 formule al
solvente sviluppate dal laboratorio di
colorimetria di Vernici Caldart (RAL,
PETROLIFERE, PUBBLICITARIE, SOCIETARIE,
VEICOLI INDUSTRIALI E TINTE AUTO).
• a standard mixing shelf for tinting pastes
(Tecmec type)
• a high precision electronic scale (0.1 gram
precision, at least)
• a laboratory mechanical stirrer for the
best mixing of the pastes into the various
converters ( binders)
• a PC for downloading the dedicated
software with over 5000 solvent-based
formulations, developed by Vernici
Caldart’s colorimetric laboratory (RAL,
PETROLEUM, ADVERTISING, COMPANIES’
FLEET, INDUSTRIAL VEHICLES AND
AUTOMOTIVE COLOURS).
Per i grandi utilizzatori, in sostituzione
all’armadio agitatore manuale, sono
disponibili sistemi dosatori automatici
di varie dimensioni e prezzi. Inoltre, per i
clienti più esigenti, a corredo di COLORTECH
possiamo fornire il sistema computerizzato
PAINTMAKER, che sfrutta lo spettrofotometro
per la formulazione immediata di qualsiasi
tinta pastello a campione.

COLORTECH a solvente, è un sistema
tintometrico industriale polivalente della
seconda generazione, studiato per la
realizzazione di una vasta gamma di smalti
Nato per anticipare la crescente richiesta
di prodotti eco-compatibili che soddisfino
le severe normative europee in ambito
ambientale, COLORTECH all’acqua è un
sistema tintometrico industriale polivalente
per il trattamento di superfici in metallo,
in plastica e pavimentazioni industriali.
I risultati di verniciatura che si ottengono
sono, in termini estetici-qualitativi, al pari
di quelli ottenibili con il sistema a solvente.
Recente risultato della ricerca di Vernici
Caldart, il sistema COLORTECH epossidico
è stato sviluppato per ottenere elevatissimi
standard qualitativi. È costituito da paste
concentrate monopigmentate in resina
epossidica, realizzate per l’impiego con
prodotti vernicianti mono o
bicomponenti di natura epossidica.
Le paste di questo tintometro, denominate
EPICART, sono destinate alla colorazione
di vernici trasparenti a forno per la
verniciatura delle montature di occhiali in
metallo o di altri componenti metallici.

qualitative. E’ un sistema semplice nella
operatività e molto preciso nella fedeltà e
soprattutto riproducibilità nel tempo delle
tinte. Grazie ai numerosi convertitori
disponibili, il nostro sistema offre la
possibilità di realizzare un’ampia fascia
di prodotti in grado di soddisfare diverse
esigenze di verniciatura (metalli, legno,
plastica, vetro ecc.).

Solvent-based COLORTECH is a second
generation multipurpose industrial tinting
system, developed for the production of a
wide range of matching colour-reference
paints, with high quality and performances.
Developed in order to anticipate the
growing requests of environmentally
compatible paints ,able to comply with the
strict European regulations regarding the
environment, water-based COLORTECH is a
multipurpose industrial tinting system for
the coating of metal, plastic and industrial
paving surfaces. As far as aspect and quality
are concerned, the painting final results are
perfectly comparable with the solvent-based
systems’ ones.
As a result of Vernici Caldart’s research,
epoxy COLORTECH has been developed in
order to obtain very high quality standards.
The system is based on a range of highly
concentrated pastes of single pigments
dispersed in epoxy resin.
Main destination is for use with 1 and 2
components epoxy paints.The pastes of this
tinting system, called EPICART, can be used
for colouring oven curing clear lacquers for
metallic spectacles frames or any other
metallic items.
It is an easy system to use, highly precise as
far as reliability and, above all, the over time
colours reproducibility are concerned.
Thanks to the various available converters
(binders), our system offers the possibility of
producing a wide range of products, able to
satisfy various coating needs (metals, wood,
plastic, glass, etc.).
