1. Produktbeschreibung
Qu-resin ist ein schnell aushärtender, autopolymerisierender Prothesenreparaturkunststoff auf Diacrylatbasis, der in drei
Minuten aushärtet.
2. Indikation
Qu-resin ist sowohl intra- als auch extraoral anwendbar und in den Farben rosa und dentin lieferbar. Qu-resin wird für
Reparaturen von Kunststoffprothesen und Erweiterungen verwendet.
3. Kontraindikation
Qu-resin ist ein Kunststoff auf Basis von Methacrylaten, anorganischen Füllstoffen sowie Initiatoren und Katalysatoren.
Bei Verdachtsmomenten auf Unverträglichkeit darf dieses Produkt nur nach vorheriger allergologischer Abklärung und
Nachweis des Nichtbestehens einer Allergie verwendet werden.

P403+P235 Kühl an einem gut belüfteten Ort aufbewahren.
6. Verarbeitung / Anwendung
Den Kartuschenverschluss durch Drehen entfernen und Material, bis beide Pasten gleichmäßig ausgebracht sind, verwerfen.
Um eine optimale Durchmischung des Materials sicherzustellen, dürfen nur die mitgelieferten Mischkanülen verwendet
werden. Die Mischkanüle verbleibt als Verschluss bis zur nächsten Anwendung auf der Kartusche.
Den zu reparierenden Bereich mit 110µm Aluminiumoxyd abstrahlen, entfetten und mit Qu-connector benetzen (Gebrauchsanweisung von Qu-connector beachten). Danach das entsprechende Material, rosa- oder dentinfarben, applizieren und
eventuell mit einem Spatel verteilen. Die Reinigung der Kunststoffoberfläche kann mit Ethylalkohol erfolgen.

Qu-resin is a quick-setting, self-curing denture repair resin based on diacrylate which hardens in three minutes.
2. Indication
Qu-resin is suitable for intraoral and extraoral (direct and indirect) use and available in pink and dentine colors. Qu-resin
is used for repairing acrylic dentures and extensions.

3. Contraindication
Qu-resin is a resin based on methacrylates, inorganic fillers as well as initiators and catalysts. The product should not
be used for patients with a suspected allergy until allergy tests have been completed to confirm that the patient is not
allergic to the materials contained in the product.

5. Storage and durability

6. Processing - use
Remove the cartridge cap (by turning it) and discard material until both pastes are dispensed evenly. To ensure perfect
mixing of the material, use only the enclosed mixing cannulas. The mixing cannula in use is used to seal the cartridge
until it is used again.
Use 110 µm aluminium oxide to sandblast the area to be repaired, degrease and wet with Qu-connector (observe instructions
for use of Qu-connector). Then apply the respective material, pink or dentine-colored, and, if necessary use a spatula to
spread the material. Ethyl alcohol can be used to clean the resin surface.

6. Mise en œuvre - utilisation
Enlever la fermeture de la cartouche par un mouvement de rotation. Jeter le début du matériau jusqu’à ce que les deux
pâtes en sortent régulièrement. Afin d’assurer un bon malaxage du matériau, uniquement utiliser les canules de mélanges
livrées avec le produit. Laisser la canule de mélange utilisée sur la cartouche jusqu’à la prochaine utilisation du produit.
Sabler la zone à réparer avec de l’oxyde d’aluminium de 110µ, dégraisser et humidifier avec du Qu-connector (veuillez
observer le mode d’emploi de Qu-connector). Ensuite, appliquer le matériau correspondant en rose ou teinte dentaire
et répartir éventuellement avec une spatule. Procéder au nettoyage de la surface en résine avec de l’alcool éthylique.

2. Indicazioni
Qu-resin è indicata sia per un uso intraorale che extraorale ed è disponibile nel colore rosa e colore della dentina. Qu-resin
viene utilizzata per realizzare riparazioni ed estensioni di protesi in resina.
3. Controindicazioni
Qu-resin è una resina a base di metacrilati, riempitivi inorganici, iniziatori e catalizzatori. Nel caso di sospetto di intolleranza
a queste sostanze, questo prodotto deve essere utilizzato solo previo controllo allergologico e la successiva attestazione
dell’inesistenza di eventuali allergie.

5. Avvertenze per la conservazione e la durata
Conservazione:

6. Lavorazione / Modalità d’impiego
Rimuovere il tappo della cartuccia con una rotazione. Estrudere il materiale fino a che entrambe le paste fuoriescano
in modo omogeneo. Per garantire una miscelazione ottimale, si devono utilizzare solo le canule da miscelazione fornite
nella confezione. La canule da miscelazione utilizzate rimangono come tappo di chiusura fino al successivo riutilizzo
della cartuccia. Sabbiare le superfici da riparare con 110 µm di ossido di alluminio, sgrassare ed applicare Qu-connector
(leggere attentamente le istruzioni d’uso di Qu-connector). Successivamente applicare il corrispondente materiale di
colore rosa o colore della dentina, ed eventualmente distribuirlo con una spatola. La pulizia delle superfici in resina può
essere eseguita con alcol etilico.

Qu-resin es una resina a base de metacrilato, con materiales de relleno inorgánicos, así como iniciadores y catalizadores.

6. Modo de utilización, aplicación
Retira girando el tapón del cartucho y retirar material hasta que ambas salgan homogéneas. Para conseguir una mezcla
correcta, se deberán utilizar las cánulas mandadas con el material. La cánula utilizada servirá como tapa hasta su
próxima utilización.
La zona a reparar arenar con óxido de aluminio de 110µm, eliminar posible grasa y humedecer con Qu-connector (tener
en cuenta la hoja de instrucción del Qu-connector). A continuación aplicar el material correspondiente rosa o dentina y
repartir si fuese necesario con una espátula. La limpieza de la superficie de resina se podrá realizar con alcohol etílico,
