un mezzo sviluppato allo scopo. La Serie IBIS 2514 - 3045 M con una potente
trasmissione finale meccanica, è il mezzo per affrontare le condizioni difficili.
A self-propelled machine designed for special crops.
IBIS 2514 and 3045 P, self-propelled machines designed and developed for
horticulture and cereal crops where weight, manoeuvrability and power are the
winning features for an efficient yield.
Treating rice in the water or working up the hills requires ability but most of all a
tool developed for these purposes. IBIS 2514 - 3045 M Series, thanks to a powerful
mechanic final transmission, is the suitable vehicle to cope with challenging conditions.

Il robusto telaio è stato oggetto di particolare attenzione nella
protezione contro la corrosione. Il ciclo di verniciatura completo
comprende oltre alla sabbiatura, 8 cicli di lavaggio, 2 passaggi di
antiruggine, 2 passaggi di vernice a polvere epossidica e cottura a 190°.
The sturdy frame undergoes a particularly careful process for the
protection against corrosion. The complete varnishing cycle includes,
besides sandblasting, 8 washing cycles, 2 anti-rust treatments, 2 epoxy
powder varnish coats and 190° baking.
Independent triangle front and rear suspensions.
IBIS P is extremely comfortable and safe on roadway
and during work. A result of the accurate fine tuning
of the innovative independent hydraulic suspensions
by Mazzotti.The suspensions are hydraulically linked
on each axle and controlled by a hydraulic junction box
which modifies the excursion and rigidity according
to the load.

Una trasmissione SAUER - POCLAIN, con trazione alle 4 ruote, pensata per
risolvere tutte le situazioni di difficile trazione. Avanzamento con quattro
velocità da 0 a 39 km/h e sistema antislittamento Smart Drive Poclain
di serie.
Peso contenuto a soli 6500kg, che, con un appropriato posizionamento
delle cisterne e dei componenti sul telaio raggiunge una eguale
distribuzione del 50% su ogni assale nelle peggiori condizioni, con barra
aperta e cisterne piene.
La distribuzione dei pesi è fondamentale per una buona trazione in lavoro
e per ridurre al minimo il calpestamento del terreno.
A SAUER-POCLAIN transmission with 4-wheel drive, designed to solve
challenging traction situations. Four-speed advancement from 0 to 39
km/h and standard Poclain Smart Drive anti-skid system.
The weight is limited to 6500kg only.
And through an appropriate positioning of the tanks and components
on the frame, it is equally shared - 50% on each axle - in the worst
conditions, with open booms and full tanks.

TRACK AND GROUND CLEARANCE
IBIS P Series can be customized on your needs, with different tracks and clearances,
on the base of the treatments of extremely different crops.
1500 to 1800mm track with 1000mm clearance.
1800 to 2250 track with optional 1300, 1500 or 1700mm clearance.
The IBIS P Series assembles 270/95 R42 front and rear tyres, but a wide
choice of alternative tyres is also available.
Le carreggiate si regolano alzando il semovente con
un pratico sollevatore Idraulico e allargando gli assali a
mezzo cilindri Idraulici ( Foto A ).
Per i cambi frequenti di carreggiata, è disponibile sia per la
carreggiata mm 1500/1800 che per quella mm 1800/2250,
un sistema automatico azionabile dalla cabina ( Foto B e C ).
Con le 4 ruote sterzanti si riducono i tempi di inserimento su campo
e non si danneggiano le colture, le ruote posteriori seguono infatti
sempre le ruote anteriori.
Il raggio esterno di sterzata della serie IBIS serie P è molto
contenuto a soli mm 5300 con carreggiata mm1800.
La carreggiata si modifica in due posizioni predefinite.

Il passo di soli mm 3000 abbinato alle 4 ruote sterzanti permette alla
serie IBIS P di ottenere raggi di sterzata estremamente contenuti.

MANOEUVRABILITY
TRACK ADJUSTMENT
The tracks can be adjusted by lifting the self-propelled machine through a handy hydraulic lift and by
broadening the axles through hydraulic cylinders (Picture A ).
For frequent track changes, an automatic system controlled from the cockpit is available for both the
1500/1800mm and 1800/2250mm tracks (Picture B, C ). The track can be modified into two pre-set positions.

The 3000mm wheel base, coupled with
4 steering wheels, allows the IBIS P Series to get extremely narrow
steering angles, a crucial feature for small manoeuvre spaces.
Thanks to the 4 steering wheels, the time needed to enter the field
are reduced and the crops are not damaged, as the rear wheels
always follow the front wheels.
The outer steering angle of IBIS Series P is very narrow, only
5300mm with 1800mm track.

I radiatori montati a lato evitano i fastidiosi intasamenti dovuti
all’avanzamento del semovente in coltura, ed i circuiti separati
di raffreddamento per motore, olio idraulico ed aria condizionata,
garantiscono una perfetta efficienza.

Powerful Perkins 145HP engines, or, as an alternative, JCB 165 HP Tier 3.
The engine is positioned on front side, to allow wide view over the front wheels as
well a to facilitate maintenance operations.
The radiators are positioned on side to avoid annoying obstruction problems caused by
the advancement of the machine on the crop, and separate cooling circuits for engine,
hydraulic oil and air conditioning guarantee a perfect performance.

Spacious cab with excellent front, rear and side view. The cab comes with
standard level 4, the highest safety level required by European regulations. It
is pressurized and equipped with active carbon filters for a perfect air recycle
system in the cockpit.
Air-conditioned and sound proof, equipped with ergonomic joystick on the driver’s
seat arm and computer, both within a hand’s reach.
The view over the wheels allows an easier access onto the field, and the positioning of
the boom does not obstruct the view over the road.

UPLOADING AND MIXING OPERATIONS
There are two compartments on the sides of the machine.
The right-side compartment contains a 280lt/min. pump with 6 membranes.
The left-side compartment contains all the functions for uploading water and chemicals, controlled by a handy panel.
A fast and big pre-mixer with hydraulic lifting system and a capacity of 40lt uploads the chemical products to be mixed in the tank, and includes
jets for cleansing the containers. Uploading water into the main tank occurs through 2” spouts by means of the pump or straight into the tank.
Dampened parallelogram lifting system with high
stroke to lift the boom from 500mm to 2100mm
from ground.
The parallelogram assembles booms up to 28m-long
and is dampened through a calibrated pressure
accumulator to facilitate, along with the suspensions and
the self-levelling system, fast and accurate treatments.
I modelli 2514 e 3014 M sono stati pensati per un utilizzo in condizioni di difficile
trazione o pendenza. Applicando i differenziali alla trasmissione finale, l’aumento
di coppia ottenuto permette di lavorare in condizioni di fango o montagna.

La versione M con differenziali meccanici è disponibile con altezza
mm 1000, carreggiata 1800-2250 e sospensioni frontali.
Versione 2515/3014 M
I differenziali Mazzotti sono un progetto
sviluppato a partire dal 2005 con lo scopo di
equipaggiare i semoventi destinati a lavorare in
condizioni estreme, troppo impegnative per una
trazione Idrostatica tradizionale.
La serie M può montare ruote alte sino a 48”
ed è equipaggiata di serie con il blocco elettronico dei
differenziali stessi, oltre che con l’inserimento elettronico
della trazione sulle 4 ruote motrici.

The mechanical differentials are a Mazzotti project developed
since 2005 with the aim of equipping self-propelled designed
to work in extreme conditions, too demanding for a traditional
hydrostatic transmission.
The M series can be fitted with high wheels up to 48 “and it is equipped
as a standard with electronic locking differentials, as well as with the
electronic engagement traction on 4-wheel.
The models 2514 and 3014 M have been designed
for use in conditions of difficult traction or incline.
By applying differential gears to the final
transmission, the increased torque allows
to work in muddy soils or mountain areas.
The M version with mechanic differentials
is available with 1000mm height,
1800-2250mm track and front
suspensions.

La serie IBIS P monta barre a traliccio della serie Ti-M equipaggiate
di serie con bracci a geometria variabile con accumulatore
di azoto ed un efficace sistema auto livellante.
La chiusura indipendente dei bracci permette il superamento
di ostacoli in lavoro, e lo snodo di sicurezza protegge la barra
in caso di urto. I getti rimangono ampiamenti protetti
all’interno della struttura della barra.
BOOMS
The IBIS P Series assembles lattice booms of the series Ti-M,
which come with standard variable geometry arms, nitrogen
accumulators and an efficient self-levelling system.
The independent closing of the arms allows easy
overcoming of hurdles during work, while the safety joint
protects the boom in case of impact.
The jets are protected inside the boom structure.

per chiudere l’irrorazione dove già trattato.

Mazzotti has selected a Bravo 400s computer and
included it in the standard equipment, to offer a complete
visualisation of all main data on its 5.7” screen.
The same screen can be optionally integrated with an
efficient GPS system which allows the automatic closing
of the sections, to stop spraying after treatment.
User-friendly data storage, 2GB inner memory, 2 USB

The massive central self-levelling frame
has a hydraulic block system. The efficient
self-levelling system, coupled with a dampened
parallelogram, allows accurate and efficient
treatments.
Particular attention is paid to the protection of the
booms through a cataphoresis (immersion) coating
cycle which includes sandblasting, 2 washings, antirust, 2 varnish coats and baking.
The booms are 18 to 28m long, with electric closing of
the sections, or automatic closing operated by the GPS
accessory.
Le Barre Ti-M sono disponibili anche con bracci in acciaio INOX.
Assolutamente esente da qualsiasi forma di corrosione,
l’acciaio INOX evita il formarsi di ossidazioni che, a lungo
andare, possono indebolire la struttura della barra.
The Ti-M booms come also with arms in stainless steel.
Totally free from any form of corrosion, stainless steel
prevents from the formation of oxidation, which can,
in the long term, weaken the boom structure.

La regolazione dei giri turbina dalla cabina permette
di dosare l’aria secondo le necessità del trattamento
