Una trasmissione SAUER - POCLAIN, con trazione alle 4 ruote, pensata per risolvere
tutte le situazioni di difficile trazione. Avanzamento con quattro velocità
da 0 a 39 km/h e sistema antislittamento Smart Drive Poclain di serie.
Peso contenuto di soli 4600 Kg che, con un appropriato posizionamento
delle cisterne e dei componenti sul telaio raggiunge un’ottima distribuzione
dei pesi sugli assali. Caratteristica fondamentale per una forte trazione
e per diminuire il calpestamento del terreno.
TRANSMISSION AND WEIGHT DISTRIBUTION
A SAUER - POCLAIN transmission with 4 wheel drive, designed to
solve challenging traction situations. Four-speed advancement
from 0 to 39km/h and standard Poclain Smart Drive anti-skid
system.
The weight is limited to 4600 kg only, and through
an appropriate positioning of the tanks and
components on the frame, reaches an optimal
distribution of weights on the axles.
This is crucial to a strong traction and to reduce
soil pressure to a minimum percentage.

Le carreggiate si regolano di serie alzando il semovente con un pratico sollevatore Idraulico e allargando
gli assali a mezzo cilindri Idraulici ( foto A). Per i cambi frequenti di carreggiata, è disponibile sia
per la carreggiata mm 1500/1800 che per quella mm 1800/2250, un sistema automatico
azionabile dalla cabina (foto B e C). La carreggiata si modifica in due posizioni predefinite.

The tracks can be adjusted by lifting the selfpropelled machine through a handy hydraulic
lift and by broadening the axles through hydraulic cylinders (picture A).
For frequent track changes, an automatic system controlled from the cockpit
is available for both the mm 1500/1800 and mm 1800/2250 tracks
(picture B,C). The track can be modified into two pre-set positions.

The combination with the 4 steering wheels allows to get an inner steering angle

frontalmente per lasciare ampia visibilità sulle ruote anteriori
e per una facile manutenzione, ed un perfetto bilanciamento dei pesi.
I radiatori montati a lato evitano i fastidiosi intasamenti dovuti
all’avanzamento del semovente in coltura, ed i circuiti separati
di raffreddamento per motore, olio idraulico ed aria condizionata,
garantiscono una perfetta efficienza.

Powerful Perkins 145HP Tier 3/a engines, positioned on front side,
to allow wide view over the front wheels and to facilitate maintenance
operations, and for a perfect weight balance.
The radiators are positioned on side to avoid annoying obstruction problems
caused by the advancement of the machine on the crop, and separate cooling
circuits for engine, hydraulic oil and air conditioning guarantee a perfect performance.

La cabina di livello 4 di serie, pressurizzata e con filtri a carboni attivi per
un perfetto ricircolo dell’aria nell’abitacolo. Climatizzata ed insonorizzata,
joystick ergonomico sul bracciolo sedile guida e computer tutto a portata di mano.
La visione delle ruote permette un miglior inserimento sul campo,
ed il posizionamento della barra non ostacola la visibilità su strada.
Riempimenti e Miscelazione
Due vani sono posizionati a lato macchina. Il vano destro contiene una pompa da 280 lt/min .
Il vano sinistro contiene, tutte le funzioni per il carico di acqua e del prodotto chimico.
Tutte le funzioni di riempimento, motore e pompa, sono azionabili dai pannelli del vano SX.
Un premiscelatore con sollevamento Idraulico con 40 lt completo di ugelli per lavaggio contenitori,
e due bocchettoni da 2” per il carico di acqua a mezzo pompa o diretto in cisterna.
Accessibilità con una comoda scaletta Idraulica.

Spacious cab with excellent front, rear and side view. The cab comes with standard level 4,
is pressurized and equipped with active carbon filters for a perfect air recycle system in the
cockpit. Air-conditioned and sound proof, equipped with ergonomic joystick on the driver’s
seat arm and computer, both within a hand’s reach.
The view over the wheels allows an easier access onto the field, and the positioning of the boom
does not obstruct the view over the road. Accessible through a comfortable hydraulic ladder.
Night headlights for transport and work complete the standard equipment.
UPLOADING AND MIXING OPERATIONS
There are two compartments on the sides of the machine. The right side compartment
contains a 280 lt/min. The left side compartment contains all the functions
for uploading water and chemicals. All the functions of filling, diesel engine
and water pump, are controlled by panels of left compartment.
A pre-mixer with hydraulic lifting and a capacity of 40 lt, includes jets
for cleansing the containers, and2” spouts by means of the pump
or straight into the tank.

Le barre Ti-M sono disponibili anche con bracci in acciaio INOX.
Assolutamente esente da qualsiasi forma di corrosione,
l’acciaio INOX evita il formarsi di ossidazioni che, a lungo
andare, possono indebolire la struttura della barra.
Disponibile l’equipaggiamento con manica d’aria, sia
per le barre in acciaio verniciato che per quelle in acciaio
INOX. La regolazione dei giri turbina dalla cabina
permette di dosare l’aria secondo le necessità del
trattamento e la regolazione dell’angolo di uscita
dell’aria permette di contrastare la deriva.

Sollevamento e barre
Dampened lifting system with high stroke to lift the boom from 500 mm
to 1500 mm from ground. It assembles boom up to 21 m-long.
The massive central self-leveling frame has a hydraulic block system. Particular
attention is paid to the protection of the booms through a cataphoresis (immersion)
coating cycle which includes sandblasting, 2 washings, antirust, 2 varnish coats and
baking. The booms are 18,19 and 21 mt long, with electric closing of the sections,
or automatic closing operated by the GPS accessory and variable geometry.
The Ti-M booms come also with arms in stainless steel.
Totally free from any form of corrosion, stainless
steel prevents from the formation of oxidation,
which can, in the long term, weaken the boom
structure.
The equipment with air-hose is also available
for both painted steel and stainless steel
booms.
The adjustment of the turbine rotation
from the cab allows to measure out the
air on the base of the treatment needs
and according to the adjustment
angle of air outlet, to contrast
the driftage effect.

Mazzotti selected a Bravo 400s computer and included it
in the standard equipment, to offer a complete visualization
of all main data on its 5.7” screen.
The same screen can be optionally integrated with an efficient
GPS system which allows the automatic closing of the sections,
to stop spraying after treatment.

I differenziali Mazzotti sono un progetto sviluppato
a partire dal 2005 con lo scopo di equipaggiare i semoventi
destinati a lavorare in condizioni estreme, troppo
impegnative per una trazione Idrostatica tradizionale.

ILITY
By applying differential gears to the final transmission, the increased torque
allows to work in muddy soils, mountain areas or steep slopes.
Working in water is a continuous effort for the
transmission, with wheels sinking into the wet
ground.
EAB
The mechanical differentials are a Mazzotti project developed since
2005 with the aim of equipping selfpropelled designed to work in extreme
conditions, too demanding for a traditional hydrostatic transmission.
The 2145 M version has the same comfort and the same standard of safety
as P series from which it derives directly.

Applicando i differenziali alla trasmissione finale, l’aumento
di coppia ottenuto permette di lavorare in condizioni di fango,
montagna o forte pendenza.
Lavorare in acqua è uno sforzo continuo per la trasmissione,
con le ruote che sprofondano nel terreno bagnato.

La tecnica dei differenziali
L’azienda DROMOS ha costruito con un progetto
Mazzotti una specifica trasmissione con differenziali.
I differenziali sono equipaggiati con un cambio a due
marce, attivabile con un comando elettroidraulico
dalla cabina. La trasmissione al differenziale posteriore
è tramite un motore SAUER a due velocità con sistema
Automotive e a mezzo un cardano dal differenziale
posteriore all’anteriore.
Con il sistema automotive in prima velocità, il motore idrostatico
aumenta la pressione nel circuito proporzionalmente allo sforzo
richiesto dalla trazione. Una pressione più alta aumenta la coppia
trasmessa alle ruote, ed al raggiungimento del limite massimo
di pressione, riduce la velocità per mantenerla.
In casi estremi, si possono bloccare i differenziali con un interruttore
dalla cabina per distribuire la trazione egualmente sulle 4 ruote.
Ogni singola ruota può sopportare un carico di 180 HP, per una potente
e sicura trazione!.
Per il trasporto su strada , è possibile disinserire la trazione alle ruote anteriori
per un minor consumo di carburante e dei pneumatici.
THE TECHNIQUE OF DIFFERENTIALS
The DROMOS company built a specific transmission with differentials through
a Mazzotti’s project.
The differentials are equipped with a two-speed gearbox, activated by
an electro-hydraulic control from the cab.
The transmission to the rear differential is done through a SAUER engine
with two-speed and Automotive system and by means of a cardan from
the rear to the front differential with the automotive system in the first
speed, the hydrostatic engine increases the pressure in the circuit
proportionally to the effort required by traction.
Higher pressure increases the torque transmitted to the wheels,
and the achievement of the maximum pressure reduces
the speed to maintain it. In extreme cases, it is possible to lock
the differentials with a switch from the cab to distribute the
traction equally on all 4 wheels.
Each individual wheel can withstand a load of 180
HP for a powerful and safe drive!.
For transport on the road, it is possible to disengage
the drive to the front wheels for improved fuel
economy and tires.

GROUND CLEARANCE
Two ground clearances for professional use in specific conditions:
ground clearance 950 mm with track 1800-2250 mm and wheels 230/95 R48.
Perfect combination developed for use in rice field.
The clearance of 1000 mm prevents the flotation of the shell and
the consequent loss of traction. Ground clearance 600 mm with
track 1500-2000 mm and wheels 230/95 R36, for use in horticulture
with tracks 1500 mm, or in mountain area with a very low center
of gravity.
Treating in mountain or in water it requires specific and designed
suitably versions. Mazzotti produces them since many years and
distributes them in the areas where mechanization is essential
for the yield, as in Spain, Italy, Crimea, China, Costarica, and many
other countries.
Only Mazzotti provides machines for extreme conditions
equipped with:
