The needle points, which are slightly conic and adequately polished, and the body of the needle, which is finely grounded and extremely smooth, allow the needle to penetrate the fibres without damaging the fabric. The groove on the needles guides the thread precisely and allows regular and precise points. The eye of the needle, which has no internal snags, lets the needle move easily without breakage – even on machines working at very high speeds.
