The building is located in Via de
‘Bardi at only 60 steps from the
famous Old Bridge. The street
takes its name from one of the
richest families of the Florentine
bankers who owned several
palaces and land in this area in the
fourteenth century . The building
faces east on Piazza Santa Maria
Sopr’Arno and north the Arno
River with terrace and three large
windows with wonderful view.
The view is breathtaking for the
presence of the Ponte Vecchio just
a few meters away and the Uffizi
Palace on the other side.

a 60 passi dal famosissimo Ponte
Vecchio. La via oggi prende il nome
da una delle più ricche famiglie di
banchieri fiorentine che in questa
zona possedevano numerosi
palazzi e terreni nel XIV Secolo. Il
palazzo si affaccia a est su piazza
Santa Maria Sopr’Arno e a nord
con la terrazza e tre ampie vetrate
sul fiume Arno. Il panorama è
mozzafiato vista la presenza
del Ponte Vecchio a pochi metri
e il palazzo degli Uffizi che
