First Communion
Parents’ Meeting
There will be several meetings for the parents
on First Holy Communion.
It is mandatory to attend
one of these two meetings in the Parish Hall
During the meetings, we will hand out
“We Share in the Eucharist” books for the
children. Parents will use this book to prepare
their child for First Holy Communion.

Kindergarten registration begins January 4, 2016

Celebration of Memory and New Life
A Mass with a Candlelight Service in memory of
our loved ones who have died will be held on:

The service begins at 8:00 pm. Please register
that same night by coming early.

CARNIVAL WITH PASTA & FAGIOLI AND
DISK JOCKEY
On Saturday, February 6th, after the English
Family Mass, there will be a feast in celebration
of the Carnival in the church hall. The pasta
and beans will be prepared by a group of
parishioners. All funds collected will be used to
support the missions.
CWL Meeting
CWL members you are invited to join
the General Meeting on January 18th. We will
begin at 7:30pm in our church hall guests
are welcome.
Tickets are available in the foyer of the church
after some masses or in the church office.

alle ore 7,30 di sera, nel salone parrocchiale

ST. BLASE
We offer antipasto, pasta and fagioli, second
course with 2 kinds of meat, veggies and
dessert, wine and pop.

After the 8:00 am and 7:00 pm mass
on Wednesday February 3rd, there will be
the traditional blessing of the throat. According
to this ancient tradition, St. Blase is the Saint
invoked by those suffering with a throat illness.
CARNEVALE CON PASTA E FAGIOLI E DISK
JOCKEY
Sabato 6 Febbraio, dopo la Messa in inglese, nella
nostra sala parrocchiale si festeggerà
il “carnevale”. Un gruppo di nostri/e
parrocchiani/e preparerà la pasta con i fagioli.
Si ricorda che tutto il ricavato andrà in favore
delle missioni della Congregazione.
I biglietti si potranno acquistare nell'atrio
della chiesa dopo alcune messe oppure in ufficio
nei momenti di apertura.
Costo dei biglietti: $45.00 per adulti
$25.00 per bambini da 4 a 10 anni.
Offriamo: antipasto, pasta e fagioli, due tipi di
carne, contorno, dolce, vino e bibite.
Quanti desiderano dare una mano
nella preparazione e nel servizio sono pregati

SAN BIAGIO
Mercoledì 3 Febbraio, immediatamente dopo
le Messe delle 8:00 am e 7:00 pm, ci sarà la
tradizionale benedizione della gola.
Secondo un’antica tradizione, San Biagio è
il santo invocato durante le malattie
che interessano la gola.
Could God be calling you?
As John the Baptist introduced the people of
his time to Jesus a voice from heaven said,
“You are my Son, the Beloved, with you I am
well pleased.” Perhaps God is calling you to do the
same in our time as a priest, deacon or religious.
