BUNGALOW RESERVATION: Reservetion are
only accept it confirmation (With the booking card) is
immediatily followed by a guarantee deposit af 30%
of the total amount.
DELIVERY: The Bungalow and Mobil Home is available from 4,00
p.m. on the day of arrival, until 9,00 a.m. af the day of departure.
PAYMENT OF STAY AND GUARANTEE DEPOSIT: upon arrival, customers are requested to read prices and stay regulation, and
settle the entirestay price, 30,00 Euros for final cleaning fee and
100,00 Euros guarantee deposit in advance.
FACILITIES: The prices includes: parking for one car, hot shower,
electricity, gas, animation in July and August.
LINEN: Bungalows are not provided with linen; contact the
Management for linen rental.
RESERVIERUNG BUNGALOWS:
Die Reservierung wird erst dann gültig, wenn nach
erhaltener Bestätigung eine Anzahlung von 30% des
Gesamtpreises gezahlt wird.
ÜBERGABE: Der bungalow wird um 16,00 Uhr des Anreisetages
übergeben und muss spätestens um 09,00 Uhr des Abreisetages verlassen werden.
KAUTION UND RESTZAHLUNG: Bei Anreise muss der Gast
nach Einsicht des Preises und den damit verbundenen
Aufenthaltsbedingungen den gesamten Preis für den vorgesehenen
Aufenthalt zahlen. Außerdem sind eine Kaution von 100,00 Euro
sowie Endreinigungskosten von 30,00 Euro zu entrichten.
LEISTUNGEN: Im Preis enthalten sind ein reservierter Parkplatz,
warme Dusche, Licht und Gas und Animation im Juli und August.
BETTWÄSCHE: Die Bungalow sind nicht mit Bettwäsche ausgestattet, sie kann aber in der Direktion gemietet werden.

RINUNCE:
Verranno addebitate le seguenti penalità, con trattenuta automatica dell’importo del deposito cauzionale:
• Fino al 45° giorno prima dell’arrivo: 30% della quota di
soggiorno, + € 10,00 per diritti di prenotazione non rimborsabili.
• Fino al 30° giorno prima dell’arrivo: 50% della quota di
soggiorno + € 10,00 per diritti di prenotazione non rimborsabili.
Dopo tali termini nessun rimborso spetterà a chi rinuncia al
soggiorno.

RÜCKTRITT:

PRENOTAZIONE BUNGALOW: La prenotazione
sarà ritenuta valida solo se l’atto della conferma
(mediante scheda di prenotazione) sarà seguito da un
immediato invio di un deposito cauzionale pari al 30%
dell’importo totale.
CONSEGNA: I bungalows e case Mobili saranno consegnati entro le
ore 16,00 del giorno di arrivo e dovranno essere libarate entro le 09,00
del giorno di partenza.
PAGAMENTO DEL SOGGIORNO CAUZIONALE: Il cliente al
momento dell’arrivo, dopo aver preso visione dei prezzi e delle condizioni di soggiorno, dovrà pagare anticipatamente l’intero importo del
soggiorno previsto, la pulizia finale di Euro 30,00 e la cauzione di Euro
100,00.
SERVIZI: Le tariffe sono comprensive di un posto auto, doccia calda,
luce, gas, animazione solo a Luglio e ad Agosto.
BIANCHERIA: I Bungalow non sono dotati di biancheria, è possibile noleggiarla rivolgendosi in Direzione.
