Prenotazioni e cancellazioni:
Per arrivo ritardato o partenza anticipata della
prenotazione calcoliamo il soggiorno completo
previsto. Le prenotazioni s’intendono confermate
con l’invio di una caparra pari ad € 200,00 per
appartamento a settimana. In caso di disdetta della
prenotazione, a meno di 30 giorni dall’arrivo, la
caparra verrà trattenuta.
Consigliamo quindi l’assicurazione storno viaggi
come da nostro sito.
Ci riserviamo di variare i prezzi se strettamente
necessario.

Stornierungskonditionen:
Bei verspäteter Ankunft oder bei vorzeitiger Abreise der
Buchung wird der komplette Aufenthalt in Rechnung
gestellt. Die Buchung ist nach einem Angeld von € 200,00 pro
Woche pro Appartement verbindlich. Bei Stornierung der
Buchung, nach 30 Tagen vor der Ankunft, behalten wir uns das
Recht vor, das angezahlte Angeld zu behalten.
Wir empfehlen daher unsere Reise-Storno-Schutz Versicherung
laut unserer Internetseite.
Cancellation Policy:
In case of delayed arrival or early departure, we charge the
whole booked period.
Bookings are confirmed as soon as we receive the deposit of
€ 200,00 per week per apartment. In case of complete
cancellation, less than 30 days before your arrival, we withhold
the deposit.
Wir müssen uns eventuelle Preisänderungen vorbehalten.
Therefore, we recommend the trip cancellation insurance from
