Con il DISPOSITIVO D’INNESTO AUTOMATICO DEL CARDANO, l’esclusivo prodotto realizzato da ARIES, inserire l’albero cardanico nella presa di forza del trattore oggi è FACILE E SICURO.
Il sistema di innesto automatico del giunto
cardanico sulla PTO permette di agevolare
enormemente l’esecuzione di tale operazione, ma soprattutto CONSENTE DI SALVAGUARDARE LA SICUREZZA DELL’OPERATORE sia durante l’azione di inserimento, sia quando risulta necessario interrompere la trasmissione di potenza.
Infatti, l’operatore nelle frequenti fasi di
controllo della funzionalità dell’attrezzo
(verifica di rotture, ingolfamento dell’attrezzo, ecc) non deve più, dopo aver disinserire la PTO del trattore, avvicinarsi pericolosamente all’attrezzo, ponendo a forte
rischio la sua o l’altrui incolumità.
Il disinserimento, facile ed automatico,
dell’albero cardanico dà assoluta garanzia dell’interruzione della trasmissione di
potenza, eliminando così anche eventuali
rischi di ripresa accidentale del moto e
quindi del movimento degli organi dell’attrezzo.

SHAFT CONNECTOR, exclusively
produced by ARIES, connecting the
PTO SHAFT to the tractor power take
off is now EASY AND SAFE.
By automatically connecting the shaft
knuckle to the PTO the operation is
much
easier,
but
mainly
this
SAFEGUARDS THE OPERATOR,
during connection or removal, as well
as when the PTO needs to be stopped.
In fact, the operator no longer needs to
disengage the tractor PTO when
checking implements, as he should
currently, to eliminate risk of injury to
himself and others. The automatic
disconnection of the PTO shaft at the
touch of a button ensures a significant
reduction of risk of injury with minimal
effort.

L’operazione di inserimento del giunto
cardanico su una presa di forza generica
di trattori, mietitrebbie e di altri mezzi simili, presenta notevoli difficoltà e può
nascondere rischi elevati per l’incolumità
dell’operatore.
Infatti, per eseguire il collegamento si
devono combinare una serie di manovre
in spazi angusti, come l’azione di sostentamento dell’albero cardanico, l’allineamento tra scanalature e denti dei particolari da collegare, la pressione del perno di
bloccaggio assieme alla spinta verso la
presa di forza per fare avvenire l’innesto.
Se si considera la posizione nella quale
l’operatore è costretto durante queste
manovre, pesantemente condizionata dai
limitati spazi a disposizione (ad esempio
nei pressi del trattore, con la presenza
dell’attrezzo agricolo sul retro, delle ruote
dello stesso trattore sui fianchi e delle protezioni intorno alla PTO ed al giunto cardanico) si comprende perché questa operazione sia non solo molto faticosa, ma
soprattutto altamente rischiosa.
Coupling a PTO shaft to the standard tractor power take off on tractors, combines
and other similar equipment, can present
surprising difficulty and can be a significant risk to the operator.
The operator must combine a series of
manipulations of the shaft connectors
within limited space. Examples include
balancing the PTO shaft, lining up the
grooves and teeth to enable the connector
to slide onto the power take off spline and
squeezing the locking bolt while pushing
the shaft onto the power take off. Not only
has the operator got to manage all of this
within a confined area, but he must also
contend with accessing the shaft with the
implement already on the three point linkage, the tractor wheels on either sides
and guards protecting both the PTO and
the PTO shaft.
This is not only a difficult operation but
also a serious health and safety risk.
