PTA ELECTIONS
Thank you to each parent and guardian who supports our students and teachers every day with the many wonderful
scheduled events and the unscheduled events. Many parents help us in the classrooms, in setting up events, organizing events.
It is this support that helps create a community.
As with every year, it is time to elect the executive committee of the PTA. This year we plan to have two days Wednesday 10th
June and Thursday 11th of June where parents will be able to collect the ballots and cast their votes. We plan to have the
ballots and a box to collect the ballots at the school entrance. I take this opportunity to say thank you to the existing PTA
executive committee Ms. Giovanna Barbasio ,Ms. Jenny Brown, Ms. Julia Montforte, Ms. Roberta Rainoldi for all their hard work
in making this a successful year.
This year's candidates are
Ms. Tonya Dill for President, Ms. Juliana De Carvalho for Vice President , Ms. Vicky Cumming for Secretary.

International Day Saturday June 6th, 2015
We are very much excited and looking forward to seeing you tomorrow for our annual International day event. Please bring
your picnic blanket, sun tan lotion, hats and we will provide the food and the drinks. The BBQ will start at 11:30. We will
however, have our display at school ahead of that. We have set the displays up so that you can wonder around the school and
take a look at any time you arrive at the school between 10:00 and 11:30.
In order for us to be able to use the field, parents must be sure that children are always in their direct supervision.
MacBooks rental for next academic year
As you are aware we will be a 1-1 technology school next year in the secondary school. 34 Parents of the 112 secondary
students have indicated that they would like to be part of the school’s rental plan that we set up with Apple. 58 students
already own an apple MacBook and other students own a laptop.
We have secured an excellent plan with apple that will mean payments by installments of 44 Euros per month. This will cover
a three year warrantee, a cover for the MacBook in addition to all the software needed.
We will be sending the specific details to the parents who have opted to join the plan over the next few days.
The 2014-2015 YEAR BOOK has arrived
The yearbook has arrived and will be on sale at school starting tomorrow during the International day.
The price will be the same as last year of 35 Euros.

ELEZIONI PTA
Ringraziamo tutti i genitori che aiutano i nostri studenti e docenti ogni giorno con i meravigliosi eventi programmati e non. Molti
genitori ci aiutano nelle classi, nella realizzazione ed organizzazione degli eventi. Questo tipo di supporto contribuisce a creare
una comunità.
Come ogni anno, ci saranno le elezioni del comitato esecutivo del PTA. Quest'anno le elezioni saranno Mercoledì 10 Giugno e
Giovedì 11 Giugno dove i genitori potranno raccogliere voti e votare. All’ingresso della scuola ci saranno le schede elettorali e una
scatola per raccogliere i voti.
Colgo l'occasione per ringraziare il comitato esecutivo PTA esistente: la Sig.ra Giovanna Barbasio, la Sig.ra Jenny Brown, la Sig.ra
Julia Montforte e la Sig.ra Roberta Rainoldi per tutto il loro duro lavoro e per i successi di quest’anno.

Giornata Internazionale Sabato 6 Giugno, 2015
Non vediamo l’ora di vedervi domani per il nostro evento annuale International Day. Vi preghiamo di portare una coperta da
picnic, la lozione solare, cappellini noi penseremo al cibo e le bevande.
Il barbecue inizierà alle 11.30.Prima ci sara la nostra esposizione a scuola. Abbiamo impostato l’esposizione in modo tale da farvi
girare per la scuola in qualsiasi momento dalle 10:00-11:30.
Per poter utilizzare il campo i genitori devono assicurarsi di supervisionare i figli in ogni momento.
MacBook per il prossimo anno accademico
Come sapete dal prossimo anno, la scuola secondaria inizierà il programma con la tecnologia 1-1. 34 genitori su 112 hanno
indicato il che vorrebbero usufruire del piano di noleggio della scuola con Apple. 58 studenti già possiedono un MacBook Apple e
altri studenti possiedono un computer portatile.
Abbiamo ottenuto un piano eccellente con Apple con pagamenti rateali di 44 euro a mese. Inclusa di garanzia di tre anni, una
cover per il MacBook e i software necessari.
Inoltreremo i dettagli specifici a coloro che hanno scelto di aderire al programma nel corso dei prossimi giorni.
YEAR BOOK 2014-2015 anno è arrivato
L'Year Book è arrivato e sarà in vendita a partire da domani con l’International Day. Il prezzo sarà la stesso dell’anno scorso, 35
euro.
