A beautiful walk from Ragusa Superiore to the center of the city: this is a special way to understand our city’s
history through streets, alleys and stairways. Our walk ends with a tasting of local products in the Ibla shop.

Al termine della passeggiata, visita al laboratorio di cioccolata modicana Don Puglisi.

Si percorre lo spettacolare sentiero ad anello del villaggio rupestre, unico sentiero a mezza costa di tutta la cava, che
offre inaspettati scorci panoramici e conduce in uno dei luoghi più suggestivi e incontaminati degli )blei: nel cuore
di Cava Ispica. Il percorso è adatto e adattabile a tutti i tipi di camminatori.
Walk along the wonderful route of this old rock village,to visit Cava Ispica we have to walk along a very nice
path: this street can offer a great view to The Iblea area: in the right center of Cava Ispica. The path is suitable and
adaptable to all types of walkers.
Escursioni anche nelle altre Cave degli Iblei e in altri luoghi di interesse naturalistico come la Riserva di Vendicari, e
archeologico, come Pantalica.
Other excursions are available to discover for example the Cave Hyblaean and other natural attractions such as the
Vendicari Reserve, and archaeological heritage, as Pantalica.

pasta! La breve e simpatica lezione non può che terminare con il pranzo o la cena a base di scacce!
The best way to learn to cook it‘s just to look your grandmother’s way. Mrs Giovanna is a young grandmother who
loves to prepare the typical receipt called “scacce.” All our guests can try to cook with her…of course ! The right end
of this lesson day is a dinner or a lunch based on scacce.
