General Bruciatori è l’azienda nel settore dei bruciatori che
produce “su misura”.
40 anni di esperienza nella produzione di bruciatori industriali
ha permesso di raggiungere un riconoscimento a livello
mondiale come il partner affidabile per adattarsi alle più
esigenti richieste negli impianti di riscaldamento e di energia.
Oggi General Bruciatori offre una gamma di prodotti con
più di 1200 modelli diversi fra bruciatori monoblocco con una
gamma di potenza da 500 kW a 30 MW e duoblocco, con una
potenza da 500 kW a 120 MW.
I prodotti sono la soluzione perfetta per ogni tipo di
applicazione. Che si tratti di caldaie a vapore, a tubi d’acqua
o a tubi di fumo, di riscaldatori di olio o acqua calda ad alta
pressione, di forni, essiccatoi, forni inceneritori, General
Bruciatori ha sempre la soluzione giusta.
L’azienda è in grado di soddisfare la crescente domanda di
utilizzo di combustibili da biomassa, in polvere, in forma liquida
e gassosa, da processo industriale tipo fanghi e materiale di
scarto, che rappresentano la nuova frontiera dei combustibili
alternativi.
Questa nuova esigenza ha spinto la ricerca verso lo sviluppo
di nuovi progetti chiavi in mano per soddisfare i clienti alla
ricerca di un unico partner capace di realizzare
impianti dalla progettazione alla messa in servizio del sistema.

industry.
40 years of experience in the manufacturing of industrial burners
has allowed General Bruciatori to reach a worldwide recognition
as a reliable partner to suit and fit the requirement of the most
challenging demand in the heating and energy systems.
Nowadays, General Bruciatori covers a product portfolio of more
than 1200 different models in mono-block type with an output
range from 500 kw to 30 MW and duo-block type with an output
from 500 kw to 120 MW.
General Bruciatori products are the perfect match for all kind of
application. Whether it is a boiler, steam water tube and fire tube,
oil heater, high pressurized hot water, or kiln, dryer, oven and
incinerator General Bruciatori has the solution.
Today General Bruciatori is also tuned to meet the growing
demand of the use of alternative fuels.
Biomass fuels, in powder, liquid and gas forms, industrial process
sludge and waste material represent the new frontier in the
alternative fuel firing in which General Bruciatori company is
strongly committed.
This new area has made General Bruciatori moving towards the
R&D of turn-key projects to fit in full customers’ requirements as

La gamma di bruciatori misti a combustibile in polvere e
tradizionale, rappresenta una ulteriore evoluzione della
gamma di bruciatori prodotti dalla General Bruciatori,
permettendo di trasformare in combustibile scarti di
lavorazione.
La gamma sulla quale si può applicare questo sistema
parte da 170 kW fino ad un massimo di 120 MW.
Il sistema può essere applicato in maniera indifferente su
bruciatori che utilizzino come combustibile tradizionale
sia il gas che il gasolio che l’olio pesante, consentendo la
costruzione di bruciatori a tre combustibili, solido, liquido
e gassoso.
Il funzionamento prevede un’alimentazione del
combustibile in polvere al bruciatore mediante trasporto
pneumatico ottenuto con il sistema della aria compressa.
Il controllo di questo flusso viene comandato dal quadro
elettrico dedicato, permettendo l’upgrade di impianti
esistenti.
The burner range made of the combination of dust and
traditional fuel, represents an evolution of the burner
portfolio made by GB with the aim of supplying heat and
energy by using material that is normally reckoned as
waste of production process and is never then be utilized
efficiently.
This combustion system starts from 170 kW to 120 MW.
Being the system applicable on burners working either
with light oil or heavy oil or gas, it is also possible to have
finally a burner working with three fuels, solid, liquid and
gas.
The working mechanism features the fuel dust supply
through a pneumatic convey obtained with compressed air
The flow control is commanded by the control panel
maintaining unchanged the overall features of the electric
and electronic burner controls. In this respect it is used
the same system found on traditional burners, giving so
similar condition of management and safety.

Il combustore è un sistema atto a riscaldare un fluido,
necessario per un determinato processo tecnologico, per
mezzo di un bruciatore installato concentrico al sistema
stesso.
Il fluido da riscaldare arriva da una sorgente esterna che
può essere un ventilatore o un circuito di processo ove
esiste già un flusso disponibile ed utilizzabile,entra nel
combustore e passa nell’intercapedine esistente tra i due
cilindri che lo compongono, lambendo le pareti esterne
del cilindro centrale all’interno del quale c’è la fiamma del
bruciatore.
La fiamma che si sviluppa dentro il cilindro centrale scalda
il fluido che passa nell’intercapedine.
Il fluido riscaldato poi si combina con i fumi dovuti alla
combustione e insieme escono dal combustore.
Variando la potenza di può tenere sotto controllo la
temperatura dell’ uscita miscelata.
Esistono modelli e taglie diverse di combustori in base alle
necessità richieste sia di potenza che di resistenza alla
pressione atmosferica.
The combustor is a system designed to heat a fluid,
necessary for a specific technological process, by means
of a burner installed concentrically to the system itself.
The fluid to be heated comes from an external source
which can be a fan or a circuit of the process where there
is already a flow available to use, enters the combustor and
passes in the space existing between the two cylinders
that compose it, passing by the outer walls of the central
cylinder, inside of which is the flame of the burner, keeping
the combustion chamber walls cooled.
The flame inside the central cylinder heats the fluid passing
in the cavity.
The heated fluid then is combined with the combustion flue
gases and they are expelled together.
The mixed gases temperature can be managed by
changing the system output power.
There are various models and sizes of combustors
according to the output power required as well as to
atmospheric pressure resistance.
