Nell’ambito della raccomandazione contenuta nell’ultimo paragrafo del punto III della suddetta
Comunicazione [Operazioni di aumento di capitale riservate ad un unico investitore, realizzate
secondo accordi denominati "Stand-by Equity Distribution Agreement" (SEDA) e Step-Up
Equity Financing (SEF) ovvero altri accordi aventi caratteristiche analoghe – Richiesta ai
sensi degli artt. 114, comma 5, e 115, comma 1, lett. c-bis, del D.Lgs. n. 58/98], si forniscono
di seguito, per conto della nostra casa madre SOCIETE GENERALE, le informazioni di cui
all’Allegato della Comunicazione in oggetto, a fronte dell’accordo con MolMed S.p.A., relative
al mese di Settembre 2015.
Per il mese di Settembre 2015, l’Allegato di cui alla Comunicazione in oggetto risulta vuoto in
quanto non sono state effettuate operazioni di compravendita in relazione alle azioni
dell’Emittente o agli strumenti ad esse collegati.

As part of the recommendation contained in the final paragraph of section III of the abovementioned Communication [Transactions of the capital increase reserved for a single
investor, according to agreements called "Standby Equity Distribution Agreement" (SEDA)
and Step-Up Equity Financing (SEF) or other agreements having similar characteristics Request under Articles. 114, paragraph 5, and 115, paragraph 1, lett. c-bis of Legislative
Decree no. n. 58/98], is provided below, on behalf of our parent company SOCIETE
GENERALE, the information specified in the Annex of the mentioned Communication, as for
the agreement with MolMed SpA, for the month of September 2015.
For the month of September 2015, Annex of the mentioned Communication is empty as no
purchases/sales were done in relation to shares of the Issuer or connected instruments.
