Un caloroso benvenuto sull’Altopiano della Paganella a tutti i partecipanti alla 56^ edizione dello Ski Meeting Interbancario Europeo. Sono felice che il Comitato Permanente
abbia ridato fiducia alla nostra località per organizzare questa edizione a cui teniamo in
maniera particolare e per la quale metteremo a disposizione tutta la nostra esperienza.
Il carosello sciistico di Paganella Ski sarà l’arena dove si disputeranno le gare di sci alpino, mentre le gare di sci nordico si svolgeranno nel fondovalle; il tutto incorniciato dallo
spettacolare scenario delle Dolomiti di Brenta, recentemente riconosciute dall’Unesco
patrimonio universale dell’Umanità. Dopo aver dato prova del vostro sano agonismo sulle
stesse piste da sci utilizzate dalla squadra Nazionale Norvegese, avrete occasione di
cogliere le caratteristiche più autentiche del nostro territorio: l’ambiente naturale, l’enogastronomia, i prodotti tipici e l’artigianato locale. Con la certezza che il reciproco entusiasmo garantirà il successo dell’evento, voglio augurare a Voi tutti uno splendido soggiorno.
Ein herzliches Willkommen am Hochplateau Paganella, an alle Teilnehmer der 56. Auflage
des European Interbank Ski Meeting, Ich bin sehr froh darüber, dass der Ausschuss uns
ein erneutes Vertrauen gegeben hat, in unserem Dorf dieses Meeting zu organisieren.
Insbesondere für diese Edition haben wir eine spezielle Sympathie, wo wir auch unsere
ganze Arbeitserfahrungen zur Verfügung stellen. Das Ski-Karussell Paganella wird das
Zentrum der Alpinen Ski-Veranstaltungen, hingegen das Ski- Langlaufzentrum wird im Tal
konkurrieren. Das Ganze ist von der spektakulären Brentadolomiten Kulisse umrahmt und
vor kurzem von der Unesco zur Welterbe anerkannt. Durch den Beweis Ihres wahrhaften
Agonismus des Skiwettbewerbes, (wo auf den selben Pisten die Norwegischen Nationalmannschaft gefahren ist) haben Sie die Möglichkeit die authentischen Merkmale unseres
Landes kennenzulernen: - die natürlichen Umwelt, Gastronomie, Weine, Regionale Produkte und Kunsthandwerke. Mit der Gewissheit, dass die gegenseitige Begeisterung ein
Erfolg der Veranstaltung wird, wünsche ich Ihnen allen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.
A cordial welcome on the Paganella Plateau to all the partecipants of the 56^ edition of
the European Interbank Ski Meeting. I am happy that the Standing Committee has given
new confidence to our resort to organize this issue we care about in a particular way and
for which we will provide all of our experience. Our area will be the arena where there will
be competitions in Alpine skiing while the Nordic skiing events will be held in the valley, all
framed by the spectacular scenery of the Dolomites, recently recognized world heritage
by UNESCO. After giving evidence of your healthy competition on the same slopes used
by the Norway Ski Team, you will have the opportunity to capture the most authentic
characteristics of our land: the natural environment, food and wine, local products and
handicrafts. With the certainty that the commun enthusiasm will ensure the success of
the event, I want to wish you all a wonderful stay.
Un accueil chalereux à tous les partecipants de la 56ème édition de la Réunion Interbancaire Européen dans le Plateau Paganella. Je suis heureux que le Comité Permanent a
donné une nouvelle confiance à notre village pour organiser cette édition nous soucions
d’une façon particulière et pour lesquels nous vous fournirons notre expérience. Le carrousel de ski Paganella sera la scène où ils auront les épreuves de ski alpin, tandis que
les épreuves de ski nordique auront lieu dans la vallée, tout est encadré dans le paysages
spectaculaires des Dolomites Brenta, récemment reconnue par l’Unesco patrimoine mondial de l’humanité. Après avoir donné la preuve de votre saine concurrence sur les pentes
même que celui utilisé par Norwegian équipe nationale de ski, vous aurez la possibilité
de saisir les caractéristiques les plus authentiques de notre terre: l’environnement naturel, la nourriture et le vin, les produits du terroir et l’artisanat. Avec la certitude que
l’enthousiasme mutuel peut assurer le succès de l’événement, je veux souhaiter à tous
un merveilleux séjour.

Associazioni, possono essere interessati ad una candidatura per fornire loro tutto il peculiare patrimonio di
esperienze individuali e collettiva maturate nelle precedenti edizioni.

REGOLAMENTO GARE
1. DISPOSIZIONI GENERALI
1.1 Lo Ski Meeting Interbancario Europeo è realizzato su iniziativa e con l’assistenza del Comitato Permanente, organo internazionale di governo e di tutela che ne garantisce
nel tempo lo spirito, il prestigio, le tradizioni e la continuità
di indirizzo.
1.2 Lo Ski Meeting Interbancario Europeo comprende gare
di slalom gigante e di sci di fondo individuale, maschili e
femminili, suddivise per categorie in base all’età, nonché
gare di sci di fondo a staffette maschili e femminili.
1.3 La partecipazione è riservata ai dipendenti delle banche
e/o società componenti i gruppi bancari europei iscritti
all’albo/registro delle banche del rispettivo paese di appartenenza. Tali società devono essere direttamente funzionali all’attività caratteristica del gruppo e devono essere da questo controllate. Sono altresì ammessi i promotori
finanziari, monomandatari, con contratto non inferiore a
due anni, alla sola condizione che gli stessi siano riconducibili – in quanto collegati o controllati – ad un istituto
di credito. Condizione necessaria per tutti i concorrenti è
l’essere in servizio o in quiescenza alla data del 1°Ottobre
dell’anno immediatamente precedente a quello di svolgimento della manifestazione.
1.4 I concorrenti che hanno cambiato azienda di credito nel
corso degli ultimi due anni possono essere inclusi nella
rappresentativa della banca e/o della società componente
del gruppo bancario e/o del gruppo bancario da cui dipendono alla data e conservano il gruppo di merito precedentemente acquisito.
1.5 Tutti i concorrenti devono essere in regola con il tesseramento della propria Federazione Nazionale Sci o, in
alternativa, devono essere garantiti da una copertura assicurativa analoga, per modalità e massimali, a quella della
polizza della Federazione Nazionale Sci.
1.6 Tutti i concorrenti devono presentarsi alla partenza di gara
muniti di valido documento di identificazione, con fotografia. Non è consentita la partenza di concorrenti che non
siano stati preventivamente identificati.
1.7 Ogni concorrente è personalmente responsabile del rispetto della normativa FIS in ordine all’attrezzatura usata
in gara, fatta eccezione per gli sci, la cui lunghezza non
può essere inferiore a cm 160 per le donne e cm 170 per
gli uomini, escluse le categorie F/4, F/3, G ed E, per le quali non è invece prescritto alcun limite, nonché per il raggio
di curva dei medesimi e per l’altezza degli scarponi, per i
quali è temporaneamente concessa deroga. Per le gare di
slalom gigante è obbligatorio l’uso del casco. Questo deve
essere regolarmente omologato dalla propria Federazione
Nazionale Sci.
1.8 Le Giurie di gara sono costituite da cinque membri, con
diritto di voto paritetico:
• Direttore di gara (Presidente)
• Direttore di pista
• Giudice di partenza
• Giudice di arrivo
• Delegato del Comitato Permanente
• Le decisioni delle Giurie sono assunte a maggioranza
assoluta.
1.9 I reclami devono essere presentati alla Giuria di gara entro
15 minuti dall’esposizione del verbale di squalifica e devono
essere accompagnati dal versamento dell’importo indicato
nell’appendice, restituibile solo in caso di accoglimento del
reclamo.
1.10 Gli organizzatori non assumono alcuna responsabilità per
danni che possono derivare a persone e/o cose, prima,
durante e dopo lo svolgimento della manifestazione.
2. ISCRIZIONI
2.1 Ogni rappresentativa aziendale (banca e/o singola società inclusa in un gruppo bancario e/o gruppo bancario
nel suo insieme e/o relativa organizzazione del tempo
libero) può iscrivere fino a quattro concorrenti per ogni
categoria delle gare di slalom gigante e/o delle gare individuali di fondo.
2.2 Ogni rappresentativa aziendale può iscrivere fino a due
staffette femminili e quattro maschili. Ogni formazione di
staffetta è composta da tre concorrenti purché già iscritti
alle gare individuali di fondo e/o di slalom gigante.
2.3 È ammessa la partecipazione di più rappresentative aziendali facenti capo alla stessa banca e/o alla singola società
inclusa in un gruppo bancario e/o al gruppo bancario nel
suo insieme e/o alla relativa organizzazione del tempo libero. Ciascuna formazione così iscritta sarà considerata
a tutti gli effetti come entità separata dalle altre.
2.4 Le iscrizioni sono da inoltrare al Comitato Permanente
dello Ski Meeting Interbancario Europeo esclusivamente
tramite il sito internet www.skimeetinginterbancario.org
entro e non oltre il 31 dicembre immediatamente precedente alla data di inizio dello Ski Meeting.
2.5 Ai fini del pagamento della/e quota/e di iscrizione, sul relativo modulo internet sono evidenziati l’ammontare e le
coordinate bancarie del Comitato Organizzatore al quale
deve essere versato l’importo entro il 31 dicembre precedente alla data di inizio dello Ski Meeting.
2.6 Con l’inserimento delle iscrizioni su internet la banca convalida la qualifica di bancario e conferma l’idoneità fisica
di ogni concorrente. Ogni irregolarità o falsa indicazione
comporterà una sanzione che va dalla squalifica di tutta la
squadra fino all’interdizione a partecipare alla successiva
edizione dello Ski Meeting.
2.7 Il semplice invio dei moduli di iscrizione comporta la conoscenza e l’accettazione del presente Regolamento e
delle norme successivamente emanate.
2.8 Il Comitato Permanente si impegna ad inserire nella relativa pagina internet entro il 10 gennaio circa la conferma
delle iscrizioni accettate per il relativo Ski Meeting.
2.9 La formazione delle staffette deve essere comunicata
all’Ufficio Gare, a mezzo di apposito modulo, entro le ore
19.00 del giorno precedente la gara. E’ tuttavia possibile,
dietro presentazione di certificato medico, consegnare
all’ufficio gare una modifica per sostituzione di uno o più
atleti fino alle ore 9.00 del giorno della gara stessa.

3. CLASSIFICHE
5. SCI DI FONDO INDIVIDUALE
3.1 Per ogni categoria è prevista una classifica individuale e una
classifica per squadre. Per la classifica per squadre nell’ambito
di ciascuna categoria vale la somma dei tempi dei due migliori
classificati di una squadra. Per le gare di staffetta è prevista
la sola classifica per squadre (somma dei tempi). E’ prevista
inoltre una classifica finale per le gare di slalom gigante e fondo
per rappresentative aziendali. Per questa classifica valgono i
punti sommati dai piazzamenti nelle singole categorie. La tabella punti è contenuta nell’Appendice al Regolamento.
5.1 La prova di fondo individuale sarà disputata separatamente nelle tecniche libera e classica su una distanza di 5 km
per le categorie femminili e 10 km per quelle maschili.
Normalmente la gara in tecnica libera si svolge il lunedì
e quella in tecnica classica il mercoledì. Le premiazioni
di ambedue le tecniche avranno luogo la sera della gara
sulla base di classifiche individuali e per squadra in ogni
categoria.
3.2 La classifica generale finale per rappresentative aziendali nelle
gare di slalom gigante sarà compilata in base alla sommatoria
dei migliori punteggi conseguiti da non più di due concorrenti
per ciascuna categoria. Ai fini del risultato finale saranno considerate un massimo di sette categorie - di cui almeno una
femminile - sulle tredici complessivamente previste.
3.3 La classifica generale finale per rappresentative aziendali
nelle prove nordiche sarà compilata in base alla sommatoria dei migliori punteggi conseguiti da non più di due concorrenti per ciascuna categoria individuale e/o da non più
di una staffetta per ciascuna categoria. Ai fini del risultato
finale saranno considerate un massimo di cinque categorie - di cui una femminile - sulle nove complessivamente
previste (sette gare di fondo individuale e due staffette).
Nelle gare di fondo individuale vengono sommati i risultati
ossia i punteggi per categoria nelle due tecniche libera e
classica. Nelle due tecniche valgono i primi due migliori
risultati che devono essere però raggiunti da due concorrenti diversi della stessa squadra. In questo modo si evita
che un solo concorrente raggiunga i due punteggi per una
categoria gareggiando in ambedue le tecniche.
4. SLALOM GIGANTE
4.1 Sarà disputata una gara in unica manche su tracciati diversi per ciascuna delle categorie indicate nell’appendice
al presente Regolamento.
4.2 Gli ordini di partenza per ogni categoria sono stabiliti per
sorteggio, previa suddivisione dei concorrenti nei seguenti
gruppi di merito:
• 1° gruppo: classificati dal 1° al 15° posto in una delle
due precedenti edizioni dello Ski Meeting
• 2° gruppo: classificati dal 16° al 30° posto in una delle
due precedenti edizioni dello Ski Meeting
• 3° gruppo: classificati dal 31° al 45° posto in una delle
due precedenti edizioni dello Ski Meeting
• 4° gruppo: classificati dal 46° al 60° posto in una delle
due precedenti edizioni dello Ski Meeting
• 5° gruppo: tutti gli altri concorrenti
4.3 Nello slalom gigante per la categoria femminile F4 e per
la categoria maschile G, dai 60 anni in poi per le donne e
dai 75 in poi per gli uomini, verrà applicato per ogni anno
un handicap sul tempo effettivo di un 0,5 % . Il tempo così
calcolato darà il tempo effettivo per la classifica.
Esempio: una concorrente di 60 anni della cat. F4 ossia
un concorrente di 80 anni della cat. G fanno un tempo di
1.00,00 min.. Con un handicap di 0,5 % ciascuno per sei
anni si avrà una riduzione del 3,0% (= 1.80 secondi) sul tempo di gara e quindi un tempo effettivo di 58.20 secondi.
5.2 Sono previste le categorie indicate nell’appendice al presente Regolamento.
5.3 Gli ordini di partenza per ogni categoria, validi per ambedue le tecniche, sono stabiliti per sorteggio, previa suddivisione dei concorrenti nei seguenti gruppi di merito e
tenuto conto del risultato migliore nelle due tecniche:
• 1° gruppo: classificati dal 1° al 20° posto in una delle
due precedenti edizioni dello Ski Meeting
• 2° gruppo: classificati dal 21° al 35° posto in una delle
due precedenti edizioni dello Ski Meeting
• 3° gruppo: tutti gli altri concorrenti
5.4 Le modalità di partenza sono decise dalla Giuria in relazione alle condizioni atmosferiche e della pista e saranno
comunicate al più tardi il giorno precedente a quello di
svolgimento delle gare.
5.5 I concorrenti iscritti alla gara di fondo individuale possono
scegliere di gareggiare solo in una delle due tecniche, ossia libera e classica, oppure in ambedue.
6. FONDO STAFFETTA
6.1 Sarà disputata una gara in tre frazioni (prima frazione con
tecnica classica, seconda e terza con tecnica libera) sulle
seguenti distanze:
• 3 x 5,0 km per la categoria femminile
• 3 x 7,5 km per la categoria maschile
6.2 L’ordine di partenza delle staffette viene stabilito in base ai
piazzamenti conseguiti da ogni rappresentativa aziendale
nello Ski Meeting dell’anno precedente: La prima fila comprenderà fino ad un massimo di 20 formazioni. La posizione delle restanti formazioni sarà definita per sorteggio.
6.3 Le modalità, di partenza sono decise dalla Giuria in relazione alle condizioni atmosferiche e della pista e saranno
comunicate al più tardi giorno precedente a quello di svolgimento delle gare.
7. GARE COMPLEMENTARI
7.1 Le gare complementari sono lasciate alla discrezione del
Comitato Organizzatore, previo consenso del Comitato
Permanente.
7.2 Le gare complementari non sono valide agli effetti delle
classifiche generali finali per rappresentative aziendali.

REGLEMENT
1. ALLGEMEINE BESTIMMUNGEN
1.1 Das Ski Meeting Interbancario Europeo wird auf Initiative und
mit Unterstützung des Permanenten Komitees veranstaltet.
Das Permanente Komitee ist ein internationales Organ, das
diese Veranstaltung führt und für die Zukunft Geist, Prestige,
Tradition und Fortbestehen desselben wahrt und sichert.
1.2 Das Ski Meeting Interbancario Europeo sieht Riesenslalom- und Einzellanglaufrennen für Damen und Herren vor
jeweils altersmäßig unterteilt in Kategorien. Hinzu kommen Staffellanglaufrennen für Damen und Herren.
1.3 Zur Teilnahme berechtigt sind Angestellte von europäischen Banken bzw. Bankengruppen mit Banklizenz und/
oder von mit der Abwicklung des Bankgeschäfts beauftragte Unternehmen, die zu einer europäischen Bank
bzw. Bankengruppe mit Banklizenz gehören. Weiterhin
können Finanzmakler mit mindestens zweijährigem Exklusivvertrag teilnehmen, unter der Bedingung, dass sie
die Verbindung zu einem Kreditinstitut besitzen oder von
diesem kontrolliert werden. Alle Teilnehmer müssen sich
mindestens seit 1. Oktober des Vorjahres der Veranstaltung im aktiven Dienst befinden oder Pensionist der Bank/
des vorgenannten Unternehmen sein.
1.4 Angestellte, die in den letzten zwei Jahren die Bank gewechselt haben, können in der Mannschaft der europäischen Bank bzw. Bankengruppe teilnehmen, bei der sie
zum Zeitpunkt der Veranstaltung beschäftigt sind, und
zwar mit der erworbenen Startgruppe.
1.5 Alle Teilnehmer müssen im Besitz eines gültigen Ausweises des nationalen Skiverbandes sein. Andernfalls müssen sie über den gleichen Versicherungsschutz verfügen,
wie es die Bestimmungen und Haftungseinschränkungen
der Police des nationalen Skiverbandes vorsehen.
1.6 Alle Teilnehmer müssen beim Start des Rennens einen
rechtsgültigen Personalausweis mit Foto vorweisen. Teilnehmer, die vor dem Rennen nicht identifiziert werden
können, dürfen nicht starten.
1.7 Jeder Teilnehmer ist persönlich für die Beachtung der FIS-Regelung bezüglich der verwendeten Ausrüstung verantwortlich. Die FIS-Regelung wird vorübergehend nicht angewandt
für Skilänge, Radius der Ski sowie Standhöhe in den Skischuhen. Für die Skilängen gilt folgendes: Mindestlänge bei den
Damen 160 cm, bei den Herren 170 cm, während für die Kategorien F/4, F/3, G und E, keine Beschränkung vorgegeben
wird. Für die Teilnahme an den Riesenslalomrennen besteht
die Pflicht, einen Sturzhelm zu tragen, der vom jeweiligen nationalen Skiverband zugelassen sein muss.
1.8 Die Wettkampf-Jury setzt sich aus folgenden fünf Personen mit jeweils einem Stimmrecht zusammen:
• Rennleiter (Vorsitzender)
• Pistenchef
• Startrichter
• Zielrichter
• Vertreter des Permanenten Komitees
• Die Wettkampf-Jury entscheidet mit absoluter Stimmen-Mehrheit
1.9 Rennproteste müssen bis 15 Minuten nach Bekanntgabe
einer Disqualifikation bei der Wettkampf-Jury mit Entrichtung einer Gebühr gemäß Anhang zu diesem Reglement
eingereicht werden. Die Gebühr wird im Falle der Annahme des Protest zurückerstattet.
1.10 Die Organisatoren übernehmen keine Verantwortung für
Personen- bzw. Sachschäden, die sich vor, während oder
nach der Veranstaltung ereignen.
2. ANMELDUNG
2.1 Jede Bankenmannschaft (Bank oder Bankengruppe oder
die entsprechende Betriebsportgemeinschaft) kann für
jede Kategorie im Riesenslalom und/oder im Einzellanglauf bis zu vier Teilnehmer anmelden.
2.2 Jede Bankenmannschaft kann für den Staffellanglauf bei
den Damen bis zu zwei und bei den Herren bis zu vier Staffeln anmelden, die jeweils aus drei Teilnehmern bestehen.
Diese Teilnehmer müssen auch für Riesenslalom- und/
oder Einzellanglaufrennen angemeldet sein.
2.3 Es können mehrere Mannschaften der gleichen Bank bzw.
Bankengruppe oder deren Betriebssportgemeinschaft teilnehmen. Jede angemeldete Mannschaft wird eigenständig gewertet.
2.4 Die Anmeldung ist ausschließlich über die Internetseite
www.skimeetinginterbancario.org an das Permanente
Komitee des Ski Meeting Interbancario Europeo möglich,
und zwar bis spätestens 31. Dezember vor dem jeweiligen
Ski Meeting.
2.5 Die Anmeldegebühr und das betreffende Konto des Organisationskomitees sind aus der Internet-Anmeldung
ersichtlich. Die Überweisung ist bis 31. Dezember vor dem
jeweiligen Ski Meeting erforderlich.
2.6 Die Eingabe der Internet-Anmeldung gilt seitens der Bank
als Bestaetigung des Status des Bankangestellten und der
wettkampfgerechten koerperlichen Verfassung der Teilnehmer. Unrichtige Angaben koennen bis zur Disqualifikation der Mannschaft und/oder zum Verbot, am naechsten
Ski Meeting teilzunehmen, fuehren.
2.7 Mit der Eingabe der Internet-Anmeldung werden das
Reglement und sämtliche nachträglich erlassenen Bestimmungen anerkannt.
2.8 Das Permanente Komitee verpflichtet sich, etwa bis 10.
Januar vor dem jeweiligen Ski Meeting eine Bestätigung
der angenommenen Anmeldungen in die Internet-Seite
einzustellen.
2.9 Die Zusammensetzung der gemeldeten Langlaufstaffeln
muss dem Rennbüro auf den speziellen Formularen bis
spätestens um 19.00 Uhr am Tag vor dem Rennen mitgeteilt werden. Dazu ist noch bis 9.00 Uhr am Tag des
Rennens im Rennbüro ein krankheitsbedingter Austausch
unter Vorlage eines ärztlichen Attestes möglich.

3. KLASSIERUNGEN
5. EINZELLANGLAUF
3.1 Für jede Kategorie ist eine Klassierung der Einzelläufer und der
Mannschaften vorgesehen. Für die Mannschaftsklassierung
jeder Kategorie gelten jeweils die zwei besten Zeiten einer
Mannschaft. Im Staffellanglauf gibt es nur eine Klassierung
der Staffeln im Ziel (= Summe der drei Zeiten). Außerdem
gibt es die Schlussklassierungen Riesenslalom und Langlauf
der Bankenmannschaften. Dafür zählen die aufgrund der Platzierungen in den einzelnen Kategorien erreichten Punkte. Die
Punkteberechnung ist auf der Internetseite dargestellt.
5.1 Der Einzellanglauf wird getrennt für die Stilarten Freistil
und Klassik-Stil ausgetragen, jeweils über 5 km für Damen und über 10 km für Herren. Im Normalfall ist Freistil
am Montag vorgesehen und Klassik-Stil am Mittwoch.
Siegerehrungen finden für beide Stilarten getrennt statt
jeweils am Abend der Ausrichtung mit Einzelklassierung
und Mannschaftsklassierung in jeder Kategorie.
3.2 Die Schlussklassierung der Bankenmannschaften im Riesenslalom wird aufgrund der besten Platzierungen von bis zu
zwei Läufern für jede Kategorie erstellt. Beim Schlussergebnis
werden höchstens sieben der dreizehn Kategorien berücksichtigt; davon wird mindestens eine Damenkategorie sein.
3.3 Die Schlussklassierung der Bankenmannschaften im Langlauf
wird aufgrund der besten Platzierungen von bis zu zwei Einzelläufern für jede Kategorie im Einzellanglauf und/oder von nicht
mehr als einer Staffel je Kategorie im Staffellanglauf erstellt.
Beim Schlussergebnis werden höchstens fünf der neun Kategorien (sieben Einzellanglauf- und zwei Staffellanglauf-Kategorien) berücksichtigt; davon wird mindestens eine Damenkategorie sein. Im Einzellanglauf werden die Punkte-Ergebnisse
je Kategorie für die beiden Stilarten Freistil und Klassik-Stil
zusammen gewertet. Dabei zählen aus beiden Stilarten gemeinsam die zwei besten Punkte-Ergebnisse, müssen jedoch
von zwei verschiedenen Teilnehmern erbracht werden. Es wird
damit vermieden, dass ein Teilnehmer allein aus den zwei Stilarten die zwei Punkte-Ergebnisse für eine Kategorie einbringt.
4. RIESENSLALOM
4.1 Der Riesenslalom besteht aus einem Lauf, der für die einzelnen
Kategorien gemäß Anhang zu diesem Reglement meist auf verschiedenen Kursen ausgetragen wird.
4.2 Die Startreihenfolge wird für jede Kategorie ausgelost, nachdem die Teilnehmer in folgende Startgruppen eingeteilt wurden:
• 1. Gruppe:Teilnehmer, die bei einem der zwei vorherigen
Ski Meetings Platzierungen zwischen dem 1. und 15. Rang
erreicht haben.
• 2. Gruppe:Teilnehmer, die bei einem der zwei vorherigen Ski
Meetings Platzierungen zwischen dem 16. und 30. Rang
erreichthaben.
• 3. Gruppe:Teilnehmer, die bei einem der zwei vorherigen Ski
Meetings Platzierungen zwischen dem 31. und 45. Rang
erreichthaben.
• 4. Gruppe:Teilnehmer, die bei einem der zwei vorherigen Ski
Meetings Platzierungen zwischen dem 46. und 60. Rang
erreichthaben.
• 5. Gruppe:Alle übrigen Teilnehmer
4.3 Für die Riesenslalom-Kategorien F4 und G gibt es ab einem
Alter von 60 Jahren bei den Damen und ab 75 Jahre bei den
Herren für jedes Jahr älter einen Bonus von 0,5% Zeitabzug
von der Laufzeit. Die reduzierte Zeit entspricht dann der
Wertungszeit. Beispiel: Eine Dame mit 65 Jahren in Kategorie F4 bzw. ein Herr mit 80 Jahren in Kategorie G erreicht
eine Laufzeit von 1.00,00 Min. Ein Bonus von je 0,5% für 6
Jahre ergibt einen Zeitabzug von 3,0% (=1.80 Sekunden)
und damit eine Wertungszeit von 58.20 Sekunden.
5.2 Es sind die auf der Interneitseite aufgeführten Kategorien
vorgesehen.
5.3 Die Startreihenfolge wird für jede Kategorie ausgelost, und
zwar gültig für beide Stilarten, nachdem die Teilnehmer in
folgende Startgruppen eingeteilt wurden, wobei das bessere Ergebnis aus den beiden Stilarten maßgebend ist:
• 1. Gruppe:Teilnehmer, die bei einem der zwei vorherigen Ski Meetings Platzierungen zwischen dem 1. und
20. Rang erreicht haben.
• 2. Gruppe:Teilnehmer, die bei einem der zwei vorherigen Ski Meetings Platzierungen zwischen dem 21. und
35. Rang erreicht haben.
• 3. Gruppe:Alle übrigen Teilnehmer.
5.4 Die Startbestimmungen werden von der Wettkampf-Jury
mit Rücksicht auf die klimatischen Bedingungen und
die Beschaffenheit der Loipen entschieden und die Abweichung vom Programm spätestens einen Tag vor der
Durchführung des Wettbewerbs bekanntgegeben.
5.5 Die für den Einzellanglauf angemeldeten Teilnehmer haben die Wahlmöglichkeit, nur im Freistil oder nur im Klassik-Stil oder in beiden Stilarten zu starten.
6. STAFFELLANGLAUF
6.1 Der Staffellanglauf besteht aus drei Teilstrecken (erste im
klassischen Stil, zweite und dritte im Freistil) über folgende Distanzen:
• 3 x 5,0 km für Damen
• 3 x 7,5 km für Herren
6.2 Die Startreihenfolge beim Staffellanglauf wird für die erste
Startreihe (maximal 20 Staffeln) aufgrund der Platzierungen des Vorjahres festgelegt. Der Rest wird ausgelost.
6.3 Die Startbestimmungen werden von der Wettkampf-Jury
mit Rücksicht auf die klimatischen Bedingungen und die
Beschaffenheit der Loipen entschieden und die Abweichungen vom Programm spätestens einen Tag vor der
Durchführung des Wettbewerbs bekanntgegeben.
7. ZUSÄTZLICHE WETTBEWERBE
7.1 Die zusätzlichen Wettbewerbe liegen im Ermessen des jeweiligen Oganisationskomitees im Einvernehmen mit dem
Permanenten Komitee.
7.2 Die zusätzlichen Wettbewerbe gelten nicht für die allgemeinen Schlussklassierungen der Bankenmannschaften.

REGULATIONS
1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
1.1 The Ski Meeting Interbancario Europeo is carried out on
own initiative and under the assistance of the Standing
Committee which is the international governing and tutelary authority which acts at all times as the guarantor of
the spirit, the prestige, the traditions and the continuity of
the Ski Meeting way of life.
1.2 The Ski Meeting Interbancario Europeo will consist of
giant slalom, individual and relay cross-country skiing
events with tables of finishing positions for men and ladies as well as for corporate representative teams and by
age categories.
1.9 Any protest, lodged along with the sum as displayed on
the attached Appendix to the Regulations, must be made
within 15 minutes of the announcement of disqualification. This amount will be refunded if the protest is found
to be justified.
1.10 Organisers will in no way be held responsible for any injury
to persons or damage to property, before, during or after
the Ski Meeting.
2. ENROLMENT
1.3 The events are open only to employees of European Banks
and/or of other companies belonging to European Banking Groups licensed by their respective national financial
services authority. The activity of these companies must
be directly connected with that of the group and under its
control. Financial advisers with a contract of two years
minimum are allowed to enrol on the sole condition that
they are associated with or controlled by a bank. It is required that all participants be in service or retired as of
1st October of the year preceding that in which the Ski
Meeting takes place.
2.1 Each corporate team representing a bank and/or an individual company being part of a banking group and/or a
baking group as a whole and/or its sports club may enter
up to four competitors for each category of giant slalom
and/or individual cross-country races.
1.4 Employees who have changed banks during the preceding
two years may be included in the team representing the
bank and/or a company belonging to the banking group
and/or the banking group they actually belong to at the
date of enrolment and will remain in the group of merit
previously acquired.
2.3 More than one corporate representative team belonging to
one bank or to a company being part of a banking group
and/or of a banking group as a whole may participate.
Each enrolled team will then be regarded to all intents and
purposes as an individual and separate entity.
1.5 All competitors must be members of their own National
Ski Federation or be covered by insurance policies having
the same terms, conditions and maximum coverage as
those of the National Ski Federation.
1.6 All competitors must present themselves at the starting
point for each race with a valid identity document complete with photo. Competitors who cannot be identified
according to the regulations will not be allowed to start.
1.7 Competitors are personally responsible that the equipment
they use during the events is in accordance with the standards set out by FIS with the exception of skis, which must
be no shorter than 160 cm for women and 170 cm for men,
excluding the categories F/4, F/3, G and E, for which there
are no prescribed limits. Similarly, due to a temporary exception, there are no limits on the curving radius of skis nor
on the height of boots. It is compulsory for all competitors
taking part in the giant slalom heats to wear helmets (approved by their own National Ski Federation).
1.8 The Panel of Judges will be made up of five members with
joint voting rights:
• Race Director (Chairman)
• Course Director
• Start Judge
• Finish Judge
• Representative of the Standing Committee
• Juries’ decisions will be made by absolute majority.
2.2 Each corporate representative team may enter a maximum of two ladies’ and four men’s cross-country relay
teams, each relay team being composed of three competitors on condition they are already enrolled as competitors
for individual cross-country and/or giant slalom events.
2.4 The enrolments shall be presented to the Standing Committee of the Ski Meeting Interbancario Europeo exclusively by the web site www.skimeetinginterbancario.org
before December 31 and previous to the Ski Meeting.
2.5 The payment of the inscription fees shall be indicated on
the internet enrolment forms, with the specific amount to
be paid and the Bank information of the Organizing Committee. The inscription fees shall be played before December 31 and previous to the Ski Meeting.
2.6 By processing the enrollment via internet, the Bank validates the bankers status and the physical abilities of
each competitor. Any irregularities or incorrect indications
can lead from disqualification of the entire team up to be
banned from participating in the next Ski Meeting.
2.7 By sending the enrolment forms, the signer acknowledges
and accepts these regulations as well as the rules which
may subsequently be passed.
2.8 The Standing Committee will confirm via internet the accepted registration before 10 January previous to the Ski
Meeting.
2.9 The composition of the relay team must be communicated to the Race Office by 7 p.m. of the day before the event.
However, the replacement of one or more athletes is possible subject to the presentation of a medical certification
up to 9.00 am on the day of the event.

3. RESULTS
5. INDIVIDUAL CROSS-COUNTRY
3.1 There will be an individual and a team table of finishing
times for each category. The team finishing position for
each category will be determined by the sum of the two
best times achieved by the members of each team. For relay races there will be only a team finishing table (showing
the sum of individual times). In addition, there will also be a
final giant slalom and cross-country finishing table for corporate representative teams which will be drawn up by adding up the scores achieved in the individual categories. The
scoring table is shown in the Appendix to the Regulations.
5.1 The individual cross-country race will take place in 2 separate heats, the free-style and the classic techniques, on
a 5 km distance for ladies and 10 km for men. As a rule
the free-style race will take place on the Monday and the
classic race on the Wednesday. The prize giving ceremony
for both techniques will be held at the end of the day of
the race based on individual and team finishing tables for
each category.
3.2 For the giant slalom events a final general table of finishing positions of corporate representative teams will
be drawn up, determined by the sum of the best scores
awarded to not more than two competitors for each category. In calculating the overall score, a maximum of seven
categories - including at least one female - out of thirteen
will be taken into account.
3.3 For the cross-country events a final general table of finishing
positions of corporate representative teams will be drawn
up, determined by the sum of the best scores achieved by
no more than two competitors for each individual category
and/or by one relay team for each category. In calculating
the overall score, a maximum of five categories - including
at least one female - out of nine will be taken into account
(seven individual cross-country and two relay events).
As regards individual cross-country races scores are added
up by category in both the free-style and the classic techniques. For both techniques the two best scores will count
only providing they are achieved by two different members
of the same team. This will prevent a single team member
from scoring the best times in both techniques.
4. GIANT SLALOM RACES
4.1 This event will be run in a single heat, with a different course
for each category as indicated on the attached appendix to the
Regulations.
4.2 The starting order for each category will be decided by drawing
lots, after division into groups according to merit, as follows:
• 1st group: competitors placed 1st to 15th in one of the two
preceding sessions of the Ski Meeting
• 2nd group: competitors placed 16th to 30th in one of the
two preceding sessions of the Ski Meeting
• 3rd group: competitors placed 31st to 45th in one of the two
preceding sessions of the Ski Meeting
• 4th group: competitors placed 46th to 60th in one of the two
preceding sessions of the Ski Meeting
• 5th group: all other competitors.
4.3 For Ladies’ Category F4 and Mens’ Category G a 0.5% handicap will be applied for each year of age from 60 years for ladies
and 75 years for men. Times thus calculated will be the actual
times for the final table of finishing positions.
E.g.: Should a 60 year old lady in Cat. F4 or an 80 year old man
in Cat G finish in 1.00.00 minute a 0.5% handicap will apply for
each year from 55 and 75 respectively, resulting in the following time reduction: 0.5% x 6 years = 3.0% (= 1.80 secs.) less 60
secs. = 58.20 secs. finishing time.
5.2 Competitors will be divided into the categories as indicated on the attached appendix to the Regulations.
5.3 The starting order for each category in both techniques
will be decided by drawing lots, after division into the following starting groups according to order of merit and to
the best results in both techniques.
• 1st group: competitors placed 1st to 20th in in one of
the two preceding sessions of the Ski Meeting
• 2nd group: competitors placed 21st to 35th in in one of
the two preceding sessions of the Ski Meeting
• 3rd group: all other competitors.
5.4 The starting formalities will be decided by the Panel of
Judges in relation to the weather and track conditions and
will be made known not later than the day before the competition is due to take place.
5.5 The participants in the individual cross-country race can
choose to race in one or both the free-style or the classic
techniques.
6. CROSS-COUNTRY RELAY RACE
6.1 The relay race, in three heats (1st heat classic technique,
2nd and 3rd heats free-style) will take place over the following distances:
• 3 x 5.0 km for ladies’ category
• 3 x 7.5 km for men’s category
6.2 The starting order will be based on the best placing obtained by each bank in the Ski Meeting of the preceding
year. The first line will include up to a maximum of 20
competitors, the remaining positions will be decided by
drawing lots.
6.3 The starting formalities will be decided by the Panel of
Judges in relation to the weather and track conditions and
will be made known not later than the day before the competition is due to take place.
7. ADDITIONAL EVENTS
7.1 The additional events are left to the discretion of the Organising Committee, but subject to approval by the Standing Committee.
7.2 The additional events are not valid for the final general
table of finishing positions of corporate representative
teams.

1.1 Le Ski Meeting Interbancario Europeo est réalisé à l’initiative et avec l’aide du Comité Permanent, organe international de gestion et de tutelle qui en garantit dans le
temps, l’esprit, le prestige, les traditons.
1.9 Les réclamations doivent être faites auprès du Jury des
courses dans le quart d’heure qui suit l’apposition du
procés-verbal de disqualification et doivent être accompagnées du versement d’une somme indiquée en annexe,
restituée seulement en cas de prise en compte de la réclamation.
1.2 Le Ski Meeting Interbancario Europeo comprend les
compétitions de slalom géant, ski de fond individuelles
masculines et féminines, ainsi que relais, masculins et
féminins.
1.10 Les organisateurs n’assument aucune responsbilité des
dommages qui peuvent survenir aux personnes et/ou
bien, avant, durant et après le déroulement de la manifestation.
1.3 La participation est réservée exclusivement aux employés des banques et/ou des sociétés appartenant aux
groupes bancaires européens inscrits au registre des
banques du propre pays d’appartenance. La fonction
de ces sociétés doit être directement liée aux activités
caractéristiques du groupe qui les contrôle. Sont également admis les promoteurs financiers, mono-mandataires et avec un contrat non inférieur à deux ans à la
seule condition qu’ils relèvent – étant donné qu’ils y sont
liés ou contrôlés – d’un institut de crédit. Conditions
nécessaires pour tous les concurrents : être en service
actif ou en retraite à la date du 1° janvier de l’année qui
précède immédiatement la manifestation.
1.4 Les concurrents qui ont changé de banque dans le courant des deux dernières années peuvent représenter la
banque et/ou la société composante du groupe bancaire
et/ou le groupe bancaire dont ils dépendent actuellement et conservent le groupe de mérite précédemment
acquis.
1.5 Tous les concurrents doivent être en règle avec l’affiliation à leur Fédération Nationale de Ski ou couverts par
une assurance dont les modalités et garanties sont analogues à ceux de la Fédération Nationale de Ski.
1.6 Tous les concurrents doivent se présenter au départ des
courses munis d’une pièce d’identité avec photo: faute
de quoi, ils ne pourront concourir.
1.7 Chaque concurrent est personnellement responsable du
respect des normes FIS en vigueur sur l’équipement utilisé pour les compétitions, sauf pour les skis dont la longueur ne peut être inférieure à 160 cm pour les femmes
et à 170 cm pour les hommes, excepté pour les catégories F/4, F/3, G et E, pour lesquelles aucune limite n’est
prévue. Il est concédé une dérogation temporaire sur le
rayon de courbure ainsi la hauteur des chaussures pour
lesquels une dérogation temporaire est concédée. Pour
les compétitions de slalom géant, l’usage du casque est
obligatoire. Celui-ci doit être homologué par la Fédération Nationale de Ski du concurrent.
1.8 Les Jurys de courses sont composés de cinq membres
avec droit de vote paritaire:
• Directeur de course (Président)
• Directeur de piste
• Juge de départ
• Juge d’arrivée
• Délégué du Comité Permanent
• Les décisions du Jury sont prises à la majorité absolue.
2. INSCRIPTIONS
2.1 Chaque représentation bancaire (banque, simple société
d’un groupe bancaire, groupe bancaire, association sportive de banque) peut inscrire jusqu à quatre concurrents
pour chaque catégorie de course de slalom géant et/ou
de courses individuelles de fond.
2.2 Chaque représentation bancaire peut inscrire deux relais
féminins et quatre masculins. Chaque formation de relais
est composée de trois concurrents déjà inscrits pour les
courses de fond individuelles ou de slalom géant.
2.3 Sur la base du point 1.3, chaque représentation bancaire
peut participer avec ses propres salariés, ou directement
ou sous la dénomination de son Groupe Bancaire ou Association Sportive, avec une ou plusieurs représentations
(ou équipe). Chaque formation ainsi inscrite sera considérée pour tous comme une entité à part entière. Elle apparaîtra comme tel dans les divers classements.
2.4 Les inscriptions sont à transmettre au Comité Permanent
du Ski Meeting Interbancario Europeo exclusivement par
le site internet www.skimeetinginterbancario.org, avant le
31 décembre précédent le Ski Meeting.
2.5 Pour le règlement des frais d’inscription, il sera indiqué
sur le document internet le montant à régler et les coordonnées bancaires du Comité Organisateur auquel vous
devrez verser la somme indiquée avant le 31 décembre
précédent le Ski Meeting.
2.6 Par la saisie des inscriptions via internet, la banque valide
la qualité de banquier et confirme l’aptitude physique de
chaque concurrent. Toute irrégularité ou fausse indication
conduira à sanction qui peut aller de la disqualification
jusqu’à l’interdiction de participer à l’édition suivante du
Ski Meeting.
2.7 Par la saisie des inscripions via internet, vous acceptez le
présent règlement et les obligations qui en découlent.
2.8 Le Comité Permanent s’engage à préciser via internet
avant le 10 janvier la confirmation des inscriptions pour le
prochain Ski Meeting.
2.9 La formation des relais doit être communiquée au Secrétariat des courses avant 19h00 la veille de la course. Il
est toutefois possible, après présentation d’un certificat
médical qui sera conservé au bureau des compétitions,
de procéder à une substitution de un ou plusieurs concurrents jusqu’à 9 heures le jour de la compétition.

3. CLASSEMENTS
5. SKI DE FOND, INDIVIDUEL
3.1 Pour chaque catégorie est prévu un classement individuel
et un classement par équipe. Pour le classement par équipe
et pour chaque catégorie, il est tenu compte du temps des
deux meilleurs concurrents de chaque équipe. Pour les
courses de relais, il n’y a qu’un classement par équipe. Il
est prévu également un classement final par établissement
pour les compétitions de slalom géant et les compétitions
de ski nordique. Pour ce classement sont cumulés les
points obtenus dans les différentes catégories. Le tableau
des points est précisé en annexe au règlement.
5.1 L’épreuve de ski de fond individuel sera disputée séparément pour les techniques libres et classiques, sur une
distance de 5 kms pour les dames et de 10 kms pour les
hommes. Normalement, la course en technique libre se
déroulera le lundi et celle en technique classique le mercredi. La remise des prix des deux courses aura lieu le soir
de chaque course, sur la base d’un classement individuel
et d’un classement par équipe.
3.2 Le classement général final par établissement bancaire pour
les compétitions de slalom géant sera effectué par l’addition des meilleurs scores obtenus par deux concurrents au
maximum pour chaque catégorie. Pour le résultat final, un
maximum de sept catégories - dont une féminine au moins
- sur les treize prévues au total sera pris en compte.
3.3 Le classement général par établissements bancaire pour
les épreuves nordiques sera établi sur la base des meilleurs
scores réalisés par deux concurrents pour chacune des
catégories individuelles et/ou par un relais pour chaque catégorie. Pour le résultat final seront prises en compte cinq
catégories - dont une féminine au moins - sur les neuf prévues (sept courses individuelles et deux relais).
Pour les courses de ski de fond individuel, les résultats
par catégories sont le cumul des deux techniques libre
et classique. Pour les deux techniques, le cumul des résultats devront être obtenus par deux concurrents de la
même équipe. le temps d’un seul concurrent ne pourra
pas être retenu pour les deux techniques.
5.2 Les catégories sont indiquées en annexe du présent Règlement.
5.3 Les ordres de départ de chaque catégorie, pour les deux
techniques, sont établis par tirage au sort à l’intérieur de
chaque groupe de mérite, en tenant compte du meilleur
résultat de chaque technique:
• 1er groupe: 1ère à la 20ème place lors de l’un de deux
précédents Ski Meeting
• 2ème groupe: 21ème à la 35ème lors de l’un de deux
précédents Ski Meeting
• 3ème groupe: tous les autres concurrents
5.4 Les modalités de départ sont décidées par le Jury en
fonction des conditions atmosphériques et de l’état de la
piste et seront communiquées au plus tard la veille de la
course.
5.5 Les concurrents inscrits pour les compétitions de ski de
fond peuvent choisir de concourir à l’une des deux techniques ou aux deux.
4. SLALOM GEANT

4.1 Une course d’une seule manche sera disputée sur des tracés différents pour chacune des catégories indiquées en
annexe du présent Règlement.
6.1 Une course en trois 1er manches (1er manche: style classique, 2ème et 3ème style libre) sera disputée sur les distances suivantes:

par tirage au sort. Les concurrents sont répartis dans les
groupes de mérite suivants:
• 1er groupe: 1ère à la 15ème place lors de l’un de deux
précédents Ski Meeting
• 2ème groupe: 16ème à la 30ème lors de l’un de deux
précédents Ski Meeting
• 3ème groupe: 31ème à la 45 ème lors de l’un de deux
précédents Ski Meeting
• 4ème groupe: 46ème à la 60ème lors de l’un de deux
précédents Ski Meeting
• 5ème groupe: tous les autres concurrents
4.3 Pour les catégories Dames F4 et Hommes G du slalom
géant, un handicap sur le temps effectif de 0,5% pour chaque
an sera appliqué pour les concurrents femmes ayant 60 ans
ou plus et hommes ayant 75 ans ou plus. Le temps ainsi
obtenu sera le temps effectif pour le classement.
Exemple: une concurrente de 60 ans de la catégorie F4
ou bien un concurrent de 80 ans de la catégorie G font
un temps de 1.00,00 min. Le handicap de 0,5% pour chacun des six ans donnera une réduction de 3,0% (=1.80 secondes) sur le temps de la compétition et par conséquent
un temps effectif de 58.20 secondes.
• 3 x 5,0 km catégories féminines
• 3 x 7,5 km catégories masculines
6.2 L’ordre de départ des relais est établi sur la base des
classements réalisés par chaque représentation bancaire
lors de l’Interbancario de l’année précédente; le premier
groupe comprendra un maximum de 20 formations, la position des formations restantes sera définie par tirage au
sort.
6.3 Les modalités de départ sont décidées par le Jury en
fonction des conditions atmosphériques et de l’état de la
piste et seront communiquées au plus tard la veille de la
course.
7. COURSES COMPLEMENTAIRES
7.1 Les courses complémentaires sont laissées à la discrétion du Comité d’Organisation après autorisation du Comité Permanent.
7.2 Les courses complémentaires n’entrent pas dans le classement général final par représentation bancaire.
