Gli armadi componibili “DIAMOND” in acciaio
inossidabile, realizzati mantenendo i medesimi
vantaggi costruttivi della gamma in lamiera
verniciata, rappresentano la soluzione ideale per
utilizzi in ambienti particolarmente aggressivi tipici di
settori quali le industrie alimentari, petrolchimiche,
farmaceutiche ed installazioni esterne o in ambienti
salini. Realizzati in AISI304 e, su richiesta, in AISI316,
possono essere utilizzati singolarmente o uniti in
batteria e sono caratterizzati dalla finitura scotchbrite che conferisce al prodotto un gradevole
aspetto estetico.
The DIAMOND range of floor standing enclosures
in stainless steel, manufactured keeping the same
features and benefits of the mild steel range, have
been specifically designed for applications in highly
corrosive environments, such as food processing,
chemical and pharmaceutical industries, outdoor
and marine installations.
Manufactured in AISI304 material (AISI 316 on
request), the enclosure can be used as a stand
alone or bayed cabinet and offers an outstanding
aesthetical appearance provided by the scotch-brite
finish.

Porta metallica
Realizzata in acciaio inossidabile AISI304 spessore 15/10, con
telaio di irrigidimento saldato all’interno. Ogni porta dispone
di 4 punti di chiusura e 4 cerniere, apertura 180°, serratura
ad aste e cariglioni con chiave a doppio pettine, guarnizione
poliuretanica iniettata. Punto di messa a terra. Montaggio
reversibile possibile su tutti gli armadi monoporta.
Piastra di montaggio ad inserimento frontale
Realizzata in lamiera di acciaio sendzimir spessore 25/10,
regolabile in profondità, di facile montaggio grazie a speciali
accessori compresi nella fornitura (guide di scorrimento da
montare sul fondo dell’armadio e kit di fissaggio).

stiffening frame. Provided with four concealed hinges allowing
180° door opening, espagnolette 4-point locking system,
standard DIN lock with 3 mm pin, foamed-in polyurethane
gasket. Provided with earthing point. Opening on single door
is easily reversible.

Removable roof panel
Manufactured by using 1,5 mm AISI304 stainless steel,
with stiffening frame and foamed-in polyurethane gasket.
Designed to fit the eyebolts or other lifting devices.
Provided with earthing point.
Front inserted mounting plate
Manufactured by using 2,5 mm galvanized steel, adjustable in
the depth, of easy installation thanks to specific sliding guides
and mounting hardware included in the supply.
Rear panel and side panels
Manufactured by using 1,2 mm AISI304 stainless steel
Easy installation with “self keeping” system that allows the
panel to hold the position during fitting. Flush mounted screws.
Foamed-in polyurethane gasket. Earthing points.
Plinth
Consists of four corner pieces, manufactured by using 2,5 mm
AISI304 stainless steel, allowing the fitting of front and side
covers manufactured by using 1,2 mm AISI304 stainless steel.
Mounting from the outside of the enclosure.
Heights 100 and 200 mm.

Struttura autoportante
Struttura dell’armadio realizzata con profilato chiuso con
saldatura continua e privo di bordi taglienti in acciaio
inossidabile AISI304 spessore 12/10. Gli angoli della struttura
sono realizzati con giunti ortogonali in un unico pezzo, ad
alta resistenza in lega leggera. L’unione dell’intera struttura
si ottiene tramite viti in acciaio inossidabile M8x10, con punti
di messa a terra. Sulla parte interna dei profili sono eseguite
forature a passo regolare di 25 mm a sezione rettangolare 13
x 8 e tonda Ø 4,5.
Finish
Scotch-brite satin finish.

Realizzati in acciaio inossidabile AISI304 spessore 12/10.
Agevole montaggio auto sostenuto grazie a supporti per

Zoccolo
Composto da 4 angoli di supporto realizzati in acciaio
inossidabile AISI304 spessore 25/10, predisposti per il
montaggio di coperture frontali e laterali realizzate in acciaio
inossidabile AISI304 spessore 12/10, fissate tramite viti.
Montaggio esterno all’armadio. Altezze 100 e 200 mm.

CUSTOMISATION
Frame
Frame manufactured using 1,2 mm AISI304 stainless steel
unique profile, closed and continuously welded, without sharp
edges. Frame corners provided with light alloy orthogonal joints,
made in one piece, providing high resistance to mechanical
stress. Assembly of the complete structure is made by using
M8x10 high resistance screws, with earthing points. The frame
is provided with hole patterns (round. Ø 4,5 mm and rectangular
13 x 8 mm) with 25 mm pitch.

Gli armadietti compatti con montaggio a parete
SAPPHIRE in acciaio inossidabile sono stati
progettati specificatamente per utilizzi in ambienti
particolarmente aggressivi tipici di settori quali le
industrie alimentari, petrolchimiche, farmaceutiche
ed installazioni esterne o in ambienti salini. Realizzati
in AISI304 e seguendo lo stesso concetto costruttivo
della gamma di cassette in lamiera verniciata, sono
privi di ingresso cavi sul fondo per massimizzare
la tenuta e presentano la finitura scotch-brite
che conferisce al prodotto un gradevole aspetto
estetico.
The SAPPHIRE range of wall mounting enclosures
in stainless steel have been specifically designed for
applications in highly corrosive environments, such
as food processing, chemical and pharmaceutical
industries, outdoor and marine installations.
Manufactured in AISI304 material adopting the same
construction and technical conception of the mild
steel boxes, the range offers maximum sealing and
an outstanding aesthetical appearance provided by
the scotch-brite finish.

CLIMATIZZAZIONE
THERMAL MANAGEMENT
Mounting plate
Manufactured using galvanized steel 2/2,5 mm (IS606020
and above). Fixed by means of 4 bolts M8 to the rear of the
enclosure. Sides from 600 mm in the height are provided with
returned edges to ensure additional strength. Adjustable in the
depth by using the accessory available on request.

ELECTRIC SOLUTIONS
Piastra porta apparecchiature
Realizzata in lamiera di acciaio zincato 2/2,5 mm (dalla
IS606020). Fissata mediante 4 bulloni avvitati sul retro
dell’involucro. Ribordata sui lati dall’altezza 600 mm per
garantire maggiore robustezza. Regolabile in profondità
mediante utilizzo di apposito accessorio fornibile su richiesta.

Manufactured by using AISI304 material 1,2/1,5 mm (ISX608020
and above). Concealed removable hinges with captive pin, 130°
opening, reversibile. Provided with foamed-in polyurethane
basket.
EMC
Coperchio
Realizzato in acciaio inossidabile AISI304 spessore 1,2/1,5
mm (dalla ISX608020). Cerniere non visibili a coperchio chiuso,
apertura 130°, reversibili. Provvisto di guarnizione di tenuta.

Body
Manufactured by using AISI304 material 1,2/1,5 mm (ISX608020
and above) folded, seam welded and satin finished.
