Dieser übersichtliche Index soll Ihnen bei der Auswahl helfen, damit Sie das optimale Dessin nach
Ihren Kriterien bestimmen können. Alle Markisentücher, welche mit einem oder mehreren
UV-Symbolen gekennzeichnet sind, wurden nach strengen Normen geprüft. Sie verfügen über
einen hohen UV-Schutzfaktor und filtern mindestens 90% der UV-Strahlen (siehe Tabelle rechts).

Valance shapes
Die empfohlene Volant-Höhe beträgt je nach Markisentyp
15 – 18 cm. Der Volant-Ausschnitt wird auf die entsprechende Rapport-Breite angepasst. Aus webtechnischen
Gründen kann ein nachträglich gefertigtes Volant eine
Rapportabweichung von bis zu 6 cm aufweisen.
Wichtig! Bei Bestellung Volantform-Nr. angeben. Ohne
Angaben wird Standard-Volant 51 geliefert.
The recommended valance height is 15 – 18 cm, depending
on the type of awning. The cut of the valance is adapted
to the width of the relevant pattern. Because of the weave,
valances made after installation of the awning may show
offsets of up to 6 cm in the pattern match.
Note: please provide the valance shape number when
ordering. If no number is given, standard valance 51 will
be supplied.

Coller
Lors du collage, la colle est ajoutée sous forme d’une
bande et activée dans la couture par une procédure ultrason. Les avantages de cette technique : Meilleure allure
et plus homogénéisé. Étanchéité complète de la couture
(pas d’écoulements), pas de dommage à la couture dû aux
influences techniques ou d’environnement, dispersion de
la force optimale dans la zone de la couture grâce au
raccord de colle sur la zone complète.
Soudure
La technique de soudure éprouvée permet une connexion
idéale de la couture avec les toiles PVC (SOLTIS,
SUNWORKER, …).
Incollaggio
Nella tecnica di incollaggio, la colla viene applicata a
strisce sulla cucitura con un metodo a ultrasuoni. I vantaggi
di questa tecnica sono i seguenti: aspetto migliore e
omogeneo; tenuta stagna (nessuna infiltrazione d’acqua);

prossimità delle cuciture grazie al contatto del collante su
tutta la superficie.

La tecnica di saldatura garantisce un’unione ottimale delle
cuciture per i tessuti in PVC (SOLTIS, SUNWORKER, …).
Manufacturing techniques
Sewn
Polyester thread can be used for all acrylic fabrics and is
also very suitable for waterproof fabrics.
TENARA thread, which is available as an option, has an
especially high resistance to the weather and the sun’s
radiation. It is, therefore, ideal for the manufacture of highly
vulnerable awning fabrics and ensures long seam life.
Glued
In the gluing technique, the glue is supplied in the form of
a tape, activated in the seams by an ultra-sound process.
The advantages of this technique are: improved, homogeneous appearance; fully-sealed seams with no water
penetration; no damage to the seams from environmental
and mechanical influences; optimum distribution of stress
throughout the seam area through full surface glued
contact.
Welded
The welding technique is a proven process which
provides ideal seam contact with PVC fabrics (SOLTIS,
SUNWORKER, …).

Caractéristiques de la toile
Markisentücher aus Acrylgewebe sind Hochleistungsprodukte mit hoher Licht- und Farbbeständigkeit sowie einer
fäulnishemmenden, Wasser und Schmutz abweisenden
Ausrüstung. Sie geben Ihnen viele Jahre sicheren und
angenehmen Sonnenschutz.
Unabhängig vom hohen Stand der Technik bei der Herstellung von Markisentüchern gibt es durch die Behandlung
der Gewebe Erscheinungen, die unvermeidlich sind. Um
Irritationen zu vermeiden, wollen wir Sie im Rahmen der
Verbraucheraufklärung auf die nachstehenden Eigenschaften ausdrücklich hinweisen:
Les toiles de stores en acryl fabriquées dans des manufactures de marque sont des produits de haute qualité. Elles
ont une longue durée des couleurs, sont imputrescibles et
ont une grande résistance à l’eau et à la saleté. Elles vous
procureront beaucoup de plaisir pendant bien des années
et vous protègeront agréablement du soleil.
Indépendamment de la haute technique de fabrication
de ces toiles, certaines imperfections inévitables dues à
la manutention des tissus peuvent apparaître. Afin que
vous puissiez prévenir vos clients à l’avance et éviter des
désagréments, nous désirons vous rendre attentif aux
caractères particuliers suivants :
Knickfalten
entstehen bei der Konfektion und beim Falten der
Markisentücher. Dabei kann es, speziell bei hellen Farben,
im Knick zu Oberflächeneffekten kommen, die im Gegenlicht dunkler wirken.
Kreideeffekt
sind helle Streifen, die bei der Verarbeitung entstehen
und sich auch bei grösster Sorgfalt nicht immer völlig
vermeiden lassen.
Welligkeit
im Saum-, Naht- und Bahnenbereich entsteht durch
Mehrfachlagen des Gewebes und unterschiedliche
Wickelstärken auf der Tuchwelle. Dadurch entstehende
Stoffspannungen können Welligkeiten (z.B. Waffel- oder
Fischgrätmuster) auslösen.
Seitenbahnenlängung
Nähte und Säume wirken zwar wie eine Verstärkung,
müssen aber auch die grösste Belastung aushalten. Beim
Aufrollen des Tuches liegen die Säume und Nähte übereinander, was Druck und Spannung noch erhöht. Nähte und
Säume werden glatt gedrückt und nehmen dadurch in der
Länge zu. Dies kann beim Ausfahren der Markise dazu
führen, dass die Seitensäume leicht herunterhängen.
Grundsätzlich können die oben genannten Effekte in
unterschiedlichen Stärken bei fast allen Markisentüchern
auftreten. Sie mindern aber in keiner Weise deren Wert und
die Gebrauchstauglichkeit.
Regenbeständigkeit
Acryl-Sonnenschutzmarkisenstoffe sind wasserabweisend
imprägniert und halten bei einer Mindestneigung von 14°
einem leichten, kurzen Regen stand. Bei stärkerem oder
längerem Regen müssen Markisen eingefahren werden,
um Schäden zu vermeiden. Nass eingerollte Markisen sind
baldmöglichst zum Trocknen wieder auszufahren.
Pliures – coiffage
Les plis proviennent lors de la confection et du pliage de
la toile pour le transport. De par ce fait, spécialement avec
les couleurs claires, ils apparaissent sous forme de bandes
sombres plus ou moins visibles à contre-jour.
Effet crayeux
Sont des lignes claires qui surviennent lors de la confection
et qui, même avec le plus grand soin, sont inévitables.
Ondulations
Certaines ondulations peuvent apparaître au niveau
des ourlets latéraux, des coutures et des lés qui sont
provoquées par la différence d’épaisseur et de la tension
exercée par le rouleau. Ces tensions sur la toile peuvent
provoquer des ondulations comme le gaufrage ou arête
de poisson.
Allongement des lés latéraux
Coutures et ourlets apparaissent comme des renforts mais
sont aussi soumis à de fortes tensions. Lors de l’enroulement de la toile, les coutures et les ourlets sont superposés
ce qui augmente la tension. Les coutures et les ourlets
sont, de par ce fait, compressés et prennent de la longueur,
ce qui a pour effet, lors de la sortie du store, que les ourlets
latéraux tombent légèrement.
Les effets indiqués ci-dessus surviennent avec une intensité plus ou moins grande pratiquement sur presque toutes
les toiles de stores. Ils n’affectent en aucun cas leur
qualité et leur longévité.
Résistance à la pluie
Les toiles de stores en acryl pour la protection solaire sont
imprégnées contre l’eau et supportent une petite pluie,
mais il faut que la pente du store soit de 14° au minimum.
Lors de grosses pluies ou d’une pluie de longue durée, le
store doit être rentré afin d’éviter des dégâts. Les stores
qui ont été enroulés mouillés doivent être séchés dès que
possible.

Indications pour la maintenance
Reinigung Markisentuch
Das Acryltuch ist imprägniert. Pflegen Sie das Tuch bei
Bedarf wie folgt: Kleine Verunreinigungen können mit
einem farblosen Radiergummi entfernt oder trocken ausgebürstet werden. Das Tuch kann bei leichter Beschmutzung
mit verdünnter Seifenlösung (5%, ca. 30 °C) und einer
weichen Bürste abgewaschen werden. Danach mit klarem
Wasser gründlich nachspülen. Eventuell den Vorgang
wiederholen. Die Markise erst wieder einfahren, wenn das
Tuch vollkommen trocken ist.
Bei starker Verschmutzung empfehlen wir die Reinigung
mit einem speziell dafür entwickelten Tuchreinigungsmittel
gemäss Produktanleitung. Es darf kein Hochdruckreinigungsgerät verwendet werden.
Zum Nachimprägnieren kann das Acryltuch bei Bedarf mit
einem speziellen Imprägnierspray (z.B. Fabric Guard™)
behandelt werden.
Nettoyage de la toile
La toile acrylique est imprégnée. Nettoyez la toile si
nécessaire comme suit: Les petites tâches peuvent être
éliminées avec une gomme incolore ou en brossant à sec.
Lors d’une légère salissure la toile peut être nettoyée avec
une eau savonneuse diluée (5%, env. 30 °C) au moyen
d’une brosse douce et bien rincée avec de l’eau claire.
Éventuellement répéter cette procédure. Attendre pour rentrer le store jusqu’à ce que la toile soit entièrement sèche.
Lors d’une forte salissure nous recommandons le
nettoyage selon le mode d’emploi avec un produit de
nettoyage spécialement conçu pour les stores. En toute
circonstance il ne faut pas utiliser un nettoyeur à haute
pression.
Pour re-imprégner la toile acrylique en cas de nécessité
utilisez un spray à imprégner spécial (p.e. Fabric Guard™).

marca, sono prodotti ad alte prestazioni, resistenti alla luce,
allo scolorimento, all’acqua e allo sporco. Essi garantiscono
una sicura e piacevole protezione per molti anni.
Indipendentemente dal processo produttivo dei tessuti,
si possono verificare in seguito, fenomeni inevitabili, che
desideriamo descrivere in dettaglio, garantendo in questo
modo la massima informazione al consumatore.
Acrylic fibre awning fabrics are high-performance
products with high light and colour resistance and mouldinhibiting, water and dirt-resistant finish. They will provide
many years of safe, comfortable protection from the sun.
Despite the high level of technology applied in the
manufacture of awning fabrics, however, the treatment
of the fabric produces effects that cannot be avoided.
These unavoidable effects are explained in the consumer
information that follows.
Las telas para toldos de tejido acrílico son productos
de alto rendimiento, de colorido muy duradero y gran
resistencia a la luz, al agua, al moho y la descomposición.
Estas telas le darán sombra segura y agradable durante
muchos años.
Independientemente del alto nivel técnico en la producción
de las telas para toldos, hay aspectos inevitables, dados
por la manipulación de las mismas. Para evitar enfados,
queremos llamar expresamente su atención, en el marco
de la información al consumidor, sobre las siguientes
características:
Pieghe
Si generano durante la confezione e la piegatura del tessuto. Soprattutto con colori chiari, si possono formare delle
pieghe di superficie, che diventano più scure in controluce.
Strisce chiare
Si tratta di strisce chiare generate durante la lavorazione e
che, nonostante la massima cura, sono del tutto inevitabili.
Ondulazioni del tessuto
Nella zona degli orli, delle cuciture e delle giunzioni del
tessuto, si possono formare delle pieghe. Si generano
così delle tensioni sulla stoffa, che possono dar luogo alla
formazione di ondulazioni. (es. tessuto a nido d’ape o a
spina di pesce).
Creasing
can occur during the manufacture and folding of awning
covers. Especially with lighter colours, the creases can look
darker when viewed against the light.
Chalk lines
are lighter stripes caused during manufacture which
cannot always be avoided, even if the greatest care is
taken.
Corrugations
of the seams and other stitching are caused by multiple
layers of fabric and varying forces created when the cover
is extended or retracted. The tension created can cause
waffle-like or fish-boned corrugations.
Allungamento delle pieghe laterali
Le cuciture e gli orli agiscono, da un lato come elementi di
rinforzo, ma dall’altro devono sopportare i massimi carichi.
Durante l’avvolgimento del tessuto, gli orli e le cuciture
sono sovrapposti, il che causa un ulteriore incremento della
pressione e della tensione del tessuto. Le cuciture e gli
orli vengono pressati e di conseguenza si allungano. Ciò
può far pendere leggermente gli orli laterali verso il basso,
durante la fuoriuscita della tenda.
Lengthening of sides
Seams and stitching have a reinforcing effect but must also
withstand great tension. When the cover is extended, the
seams and stitching lie over and against each other, which
can create pressure and tension. Seams and stitching may
be pressed flat and thus extend in length. This can mean
that when the cover is extended, the side seams may
droop slightly.
In linea di massima, gli effetti soprammenzionati possono
verificarsi con quasi tutti i modelli di tende da sole. Essi
però non pregiudicano affatto il valore e l’utilità della tenda.
As a rule, this effect can occur in almost all awning covers
to a greater or lesser degree. It does not, however, affect
their quality or usefulness.
Resistenza alla pioggia
I tessuti acrilici per tende da sole, sono impregnati con una
sostanza idrorepellente e con un’inclinazione minima di 14
gradi, resistono a leggere piogge di breve durata. In caso
di forti piogge di lunga durata, occorre invece riavvolgere
la tenda per evitare eventuali danni. Le tende che vengono
riavvolte bagnate, devono essere riaperte al più presto per
farle asciugare.
Water-resistance
Acrylic sun-protection awning fabrics are impregnated
with a waterproofing substance and can bear short, light
rainfall if the incline is at least 14°. If the rain is prolonged
or heavy, awnings must be retracted to prevent damage.
Awnings that have been rolled-up wet should be extended
to dry out as soon as possible.

Fabric care
Pulizia tessuto per tende
Il tessuto in acrilico è impermeabilizzato. In caso di
necessità, pulire il tessuto come segue: Le piccole impurità
possono essere eliminate con una gomma neutra oppure,
una volta secche, con una spazzola.
In caso di sporco leggero, il tessuto può essere lavato con
una soluzione di sapone diluita (5%, ca. 30 °C) e una spazzola morbida. Risciacquare poi accuratamente con acqua.
Ripetere eventualmente il processo. Chiudere la tenda solo
quando il tessuto è completamente asciutto.
In caso di sporco resistente, vi consigliamo di pulirlo con
un detersivo per tessuti studiato appositamente per questo
tipo di macchie, come indicato sulle istruzioni del prodotto.
Non utilizzare mai apparecchi di pulizia ad alta pressione.
Per un’ulteriore impermeabilizzazione, in caso di necessità,
il tessuto acrilico può essere trattato con uno speciale
spray impermeabilizzante (es. Fabric Guard™).
Cleaning awning fabrics
The acrylic fabric is impregnated. If it becomes necessary,
clean it as follows: Small spots can be rubbed off with a
clear rubber eraser or brushed off when dry.
If slightly dirty, the fabric can be washed with diluted soap
solution (5%, approx 30 °C) and a soft brush. It should then
be rinsed thoroughly with clear water. It may be necessary
to repeat the process. Only wind the awning in when it is
completely dry.
For heavier dirt, we recommend a specially developed
fabric cleaner, used in accordance with its instructions.
A pressure cleaning machine should never be used.
To re-impregnate the acrylic fabric, it can be treated with
a special impregnation spray, such as Fabric Guard™.
Las arrugas
se producen durante la confección y el plegado de la tela.
Sobre todo en las telas claras, puede ser que al trasluz las
arrugas parezcan más oscuras.
Se llama efecto tiza
a las estrías claras que aparecen durante la producción de
la tela y que no siempre se pueden evitar, aún poniendo el
máximo cuidado.
Las ondulaciones
en dobladillos, costuras y paños se producen al doblar
varias veces el tejido y por la diferente intensidad de
enroscado de la tela sobre el tubo de enrolle. Las tensiones
producidas en la tela pueden dar lugar a ondulaciones
(p.ej. dibujo en espiga o barquillo).
Estiramientos laterales del paño
Costuras y dobladillos actúan como refuerzo, pero también
tienen que soportar grandes tensiones. Al enrollar la
tela estos se superponen, lo que aumenta la tensión y la
presión, apretando y planchando costuras y dobladillos
haciéndolos más largos. El resultado es que, al extender el
toldo los dobladillos laterales cuelguen ligeramente.
Basicamente, los efectos enumerados pueden aparecer,
en mayor o menor medida, en casi todas las telas.
No obstante, ello no merma de ningún modo ni el valor ni
la utilidad del producto.
Resistencia a la lluvia
Las telas acrílicas para toldos están tratadas con impermeabilizante y soportan, con una inclinación mínima de
14° una lluvia ligera durante poco tiempo. Si la lluvia es
fuerte o durante mucho tiempo, hay que recoger el toldo,
para evitar daños. Si el toldo se ha enrollado mojado, es
necesario abrirlo lo antes posible para que se seque.
Indicaciones de mantenimiento
y cuidados
Limpieza de tela de toldos
La tela acrílica está impregnada. En caso necesario,
dedíquele los siguientes cuidados: Las pequeñas impurezas pueden retirarse usando una goma de borrar incolora,
o bien con un cepillo en seco. En caso de ligera suciedad,
puede lavarse la tela con una solución de jabón bien diluida
(5%, a 30 °C aprox.) y un cepillo suave. A continuación,
aclarar a fondo con agua limpia. Repetir el proceso en caso
necesario. Volver a recoger el toldo únicamente cuando la
tela esté completamente seca.
En caso de suciedad intensa, recomendamos la limpieza,
conforme a las instrucciones del producto, con un detergente para telas desarrollado especialmente para este fin.
No deberán emplearse nunca aparatos de limpieza a alta
presión.
Para restaurar el impregnado, la tela acrílica puede tratarse
en caso necesario con un spray impregnador específico (p.
ej. Fabric Guard™).
