Conteggio permanenza: le partenze devono

un’ulteriore giornata. Visitatori: in alta stagione di sabato, domenica e a Ferragosto non
sono ammessi ospiti giornalieri.

Mindestaufenthalt: 3 Tage in der Hochsaison.
Berechnung der Aufenthaltsdauer: die Abfahrt muss vor 10.00 Uhr für die Wohneinheiten und vor 12.00 Uhr für die Stellplätze erfolgen. Nach dieser Uhrzeit wird ein weiterer Tag

Condizioni di prenotazione / Buchungsbedingungen / Booking conditions
1) Sono prenotabili le Caravan, le Maxi Caravan e tutte le piazzole di tipo “A”. Le unità abitative sono prenotabili solo settimanalmente.
2) E’ richiesta una caparra il cui ammontare è specificato nell’offerta di prenotazione inviata a seguito della
richiesta. Nella suddetta offerta sono specificate le modalità ed i termini per il versamento.
3) Nel caso in cui la caparra non arrivi o qualora essa arrivi oltre il termine stabilito, la Direzione riterrà la
prenotazione decaduta con diritto di poter disporre diversamente dell’unità abitativa o della piazzola senza
ulteriori comunicazioni.
4) L’importo della caparra verrà detratto per intero dal conto finale.
5) La caparra verrà trattenuta per l’intero ammontare qualora non pervenga una disdetta scritta almeno 30
giorni prima della data d’arrivo. In caso di restituzione della caparra verranno comunque trattenuti € 25,00.
6) Variazioni dei periodi prenotati, compatibilmente con la nostra gestione delle prenotazioni, sono consentite
fino a 30 giorni prima della data d’arrivo.
7) All’ospite che posticiperà l’arrivo o anticiperà la partenza verrà conteggiato tutto il periodo prenotato anche
se non usufruito.
8) Piazzole e unità abitative sono da considerarsi a disposizione dalle ore 17.00 del giorno d’arrivo. Il giorno
della partenza, le piazzole vanno liberate entro le ore 12.00, le unità abitative invece devono essere lasciate
libere entro le ore 10.00, consegnando entro tale ora le chiavi presso la reception del campeggio.
9) E’ ammesso l’arrivo in ritardo entro le ore 13.00 del giorno successivo a quello previsto per l’arrivo. Oltre
tale termine la Direzione si riserva di disporre liberamente della prenotazione senza alcun rimborso della
caparra.
10)La prenotazione è da considerarsi definitiva solo con il ricevimento della “conferma di prenotazione”.
11)Stagione 2014: le presenti condizioni annullano tutte le precedenti.
SUMMER 2014
1) Reservierbar sind alle Stellplätze “A” sowie die Caravan und Maxi Caravan. Die Wohneinheiten sind nur
wochenweise reservierbar.
2) Es wird Ihnen ein Reservierungsangebot mit Zahlungsbedingungen zugesandt, in dem eine Anzahlung
verlangt wird.
3) Falls die verlangte Anzahlung uns nicht zukommt oder nach dem angegebenen Termin überwiesen wird,
sieht die Direktion die Reservierung als verfallen an und hat das Recht, den Platz oder die Wohneinheit ohne
weitere Mitteilungen anderweitig zu verwenden.
4) Die Anzahlung wird vom Gesamtpreis des Aufenthaltes komplett abgezogen.
5) Die Anzahlung wird einbehalten, sofern nicht mindestens 30 Tage vor Beginn des Aufenthaltes eine schriftliche Benachrichtigung vorliegt. Im Falle einer Rückerstattung der Anzahlung werden € 25,00 einbehalten.
6) Änderungen der Reservierungszeit sind laut unseres Buchungssystem nur bis 30 Tage vor dem Anreisetag
möglich.
7) Bei vorzeitiger An- bzw. Abreise wird die vollständige Reservierungszeit, einschliesslich des nicht benutzten
Zeitraums, berechnet.
8) Stellplätze und Wohneinheiten stehen am Ankunftstag ab 17.00 Uhr zur Verfügung. Die Wohneinheiten
müssen am Tag der Abreise bis spätestens 10.00 Uhr geräumt werden, die Stellplätze bis spätestens
12.00 Uhr. Der Schlüssel des Mietobjektes muss bis 10.00 Uhr des Abreisetages an der Rezeption abgegeben werden.
9) Eine verspätete Ankunft ist bis 13.00 Uhr des darauffolgenden Tages zulässig. Nach dieser Frist behält sich
die Direktion das Recht vor, über den Stellplatz bzw. die bestellte Wohneinheit frei zu verfügen.
10)Die Buchung kann erst mit dem Empfang der “Buchungsbestätigung” als endgültig bezeichnet werden.
11)Saison 2014: mit diesen Bedingungen werden alle Vorherigen ungültig.
1) Caravans, Maxi Caravans and all the pitches “A” can be booked. Caravans and Maxi Caravans can be
booked only weekly.
2) A deposit is required. Terms and dates for the payment are in the booking form sent by the Campsite’s
Management following the request.
3) If we don’t receive your deposit or we receive it after the fixed term, your reservation will be considered
invalid and the Direction has the right to dispose of the place in a different way without giving notice.
4) The deposit will be entirely deducted from the bill at the end of the stay.
5) In case of cancellation the deposit will be returned only when a written communication has reached the Management at least 30 days before the booked arrival date. In case of refund, € 25,00 fee will be charged.
6) Variations will be allowed only in agreement with our booking procedure and at least 30 days before the
arrival date.
7) In case of late arrival or early departure the entire booked period will be fully charged.
8) Pitches and units are at disposal from 17.00 on arrival. The departure times are 10.00 for accommodations
and 12.00 for pitches. The accomodation key has to be returned by 10.00 at the reception desk.
9) Arrival delays up to 13.00 of the following day are permitted, after which Management cannot be considered responsible for not keeping the booking and no refund of the deposit will be due.
10)The reservation can be considered definite just on receipt of the “booking confirmation”.
11)Season 2014: these terms cancel all the previous conditions.
