Cancellations and Refunds
The congress secretariat must be notified in writing about the cancellation of the registration. Telephone cancellation
will
not
be
accepted.
The
appropriate
refunds
will
be
made
after
the
congress.
The following cancellation conditions apply:

Cancellation before September 30, 2013: refund 50 %

Cancellation after September 30, 2013: no refund.

Replacement before September 30, 2013: free of charge

Replacements after September 30, 2013 are considered as new registrations and subject to payment of the full
registration fee at the on-site rate.
According to art. 10/law 675/96, Net Congress & Education Spa is authorized to use personal data for
purposes connected to the Congress Management.
