ECOtap is the new function which, thanks to a special ceramic disc
valve, performs a double action before and during shower use.
It allows for the water’s temperature to be reached before every
shower, without running the water or getting wet beforehand. While
showering, when the shower head is not being used, it keeps the water at the set temperature, thereby avoiding waste and waiting time.
Moreover, ECOtap can be used as a simple tap, while its ball-joint
aerator always ensures favourable stream orientation.
ECOtap c’est la nouvelle fonction qui, grâce à un robinet à disques
céramiques, il a une double action, avant et pendant la douche.
Il permet d’atteindre la température choisie avant de prendre la douche,
sans avoir l’eau qui coule par la pomme de douche et se mouiller en
avance. Pendant la douche, si on utilise pas la pomme de douche, il
maintient l’eau à la température sélectionnée, en évitant soit l’attente qui
les gaspillages.
En plus ECOtap peut être utilisé comme un simple robinet, ou l’areateur
mobile assure un jet toujours confortable.

dischi ceramici, svolge una doppia azione, prima e durante la doccia.
Consente di raggiungere la temperatura scelta prima di ogni doccia,
senza far scorrere l’acqua e bagnarsi anzitempo. Durante la doccia,
quando non si usa il soffione, mantiene l’acqua in temperatura, evitando
così attesa e sprechi.
Inoltre ECOtap può essere utilizzato come semplice rubinetto, mentre

E•CITY single lever mixers use ECOstart cartridges. Open the lever in front position, to get only cold water with a total energy saving. To get more hot water, simply turn the lever to the left.

I miscelatore termostatici TARGET SCT garantiscono la sicurezza totale ai pazienti di ospedali, case di cura o alle persone di ambienti pubblici dove esistono rischi legati alla temperatura di acqua calda. I miscelatori termostatici SCT sono dotati di una maniglia di regolazione
di temperatura limitata a 38°, senza dare la possibilità all’utilizzatore di oltrepassarla, indipendentemente dalla temperatura più elevata di rete
dell’impianto.
The thermostatic mixers TARGET SCT allow to ensure total safety for patients in hospitals, care homes or for people in public environments where the risks related to the temperature of hot water are significant. The thermostatic mixers SCT are supplied with a temperature control handle limited at 38°, without giving the user the possibility to override it, regardless of the higher temperature of the water
supplies.
Les mitigeurs thermostatique TARGET SCT permettent d’assurer la sécurité total des patients dans les hôpitaux, les établissements de santé,
ou des personnes dans les espaces publics contre les risques liés à la température de l’eau chaude. Les mitigeurs thermostatiques SCT
sont munis d’une manette de réglage de la température limitée à 38°, sans donner à l’utilisateur la possibilité d’aller au-delà, quelle que soit la
température plus élevée du réseau.
Alpi offre la possibilità di effettuare uno shock termico con una temperatura superiore (da 65° a 90°) per sradicare il problema legionella. E’ sufficiente sostituire la maniglia cromata montata sul corpo con la maniglia rossa in dotazione, ruotare in senso antiorario fino
al massimo della temperatura. Terminata l’operazione anti-legionella è d’obbligo rimontare la maniglia iniziale cromata e verificare la corretta
taratura a 38°.
Alpi offers the possibility of an integral flushing system at a higher temperature (from 65° to 90°) to eradicate the legionella problem. Simply replace the chrome handle mounted on the body with the red handle provided, rotate anti-clockwise to the maximum
temperature. Once the operation against legionella is terminated, it is essential to refit the original chrome handle and verify the correct
calibration to 38°.
Alpi offre la possibilité d’effectuer un choc thermique avec une température supérieure (de 65° à 90°) pour éradiquer le problème
des légionelles. Il suffit de remplacer la manette chromée montée sur le corps avec la manette rouge fournie, tourner dans le sens
antihoraire jusqu’à la température maximale. Une fois le choc thermique terminé, il est impératif de replacer la manette chromée initiale et
de vérifier l’étallonage correct à 38°.

Alpi guarantees the availability of its spare parts. Should a spare part which is
not indicated in the present price list be required, it must be requested directly
from the company, specifying the selected series and the reference item.

Con il conferimento dell’ordine, il Cliente accetta pienamente e tacitamente tutte le
nostre condizioni di vendita e di consegna sottostanti.
After having placed an order the Client accepts completely and tacitly all
following conditions of sale.
PREZZI
I prezzi s’intendono per merce resa franco nostro stabilimento di Gattico. I prezzi
dei nostri listini sono soggetti a variazioni e non sono impegnativi. Ogni ordine in
ogni modo conferito potrà essere ritenuto valido solo se da noi accettato mediante
conferma d’ordine. I prezzi s’intendono IVA esclusa
PRICES
The prices refer to goods delivered ex-works. The prices of our price-list can be
changed and are not binding. Orders are considered as accepted only after the
written confirmation of Alpi. The prices are nets without tax
PAYMENTS
The payment’s conditions specified in the invoice have to be considered as
peremptory: every change, if no other advanced agreement has been fixed, will
be refused. Only the payment of the invoices addressed to our seat in Gattico
are liberating, special agreements of payment are accepted. Delay of payment
of the deliveries will cause the debit of the interests. Payments in not agreed
terms will give the right to suspend the deliveries and the eventual already
accepted orders. No payment can be postponed in case of contestation and
the goods remains of our property until the total payment of our invoices.
PAGAMENTI
I termini di pagamento specificati in fattura si intendono tassativi: ogni variazione,
che non sia stata preventivamente ed espressamente pattuita, sarà respinta. Sono
liberatori solo i pagamenti delle fatture eseguiti al nostro domicilio in Gattico, salvo
accordi speciali di pagamenti a termine. Il ritardato pagamento delle forniture darà
luogo all’addebito degli interessi bancari. Al verificarsi di pagamenti non eseguiti
nei termini convenuti è nostra facoltà sospendere le consegne e gli eventuali ordini
già accettati. Si precisa che nessun pagamento potrà essere differito in caso di
contestazione e che la merce rimane di nostra proprietà sino a totale pagamento
della stessa.
DELIVERY TERMS
The terms of delivery are considered approximate and not binding as they are
related to the possibilities of the moment. Our non-observance of the delivery
terms is due to deficiencies of raw-materials, breakdown of machinery, closing,
strike, epidemic, stops or delays in transport.
TERMINI DI CONSEGNA
I tempi di consegna si intendono approssimativi e non impegnativi essendo vincolati
alle possibilità del momento. La mancata osservanza da parte nostra dei termini di
consegna è conseguente a mancanze di materie prime, avarie del macchinario,
scioperi, serrate, epidemia, interruzione o ritardi nei trasporti.
PACKAGES
The package is invoiced at the cost price and we don’t accept the back-delivery,
they are prepared by skilled workers. Alpi declines however every responsibility.
To make easier the order of goods per standard master-cartons, we have
specified near each model the relative contents of the master-carton.
IMBALLAGGI
Gli imballi sono fatturati al prezzo di costo e non se n’accetta la restituzione;
essi sono eseguiti da personale specializzato. Alpi declina in ogni modo ogni
responsabilità. Al fine di facilitare e razionalizzare l’ordinazione di articoli per cartoni
standard, abbiamo specificato a fianco di ogni modello il relativo contenuto per
collo.
TRANSPORTS
Goods are forwarded at Customer’s risk, even in case of free destination
shipment, our Company declines every responsibility for delays, breakdowns,
breakages, deficits that could happen during the transport. The Customer has
to present eventual complaints to the transporter, even if it has been chosen
by Alpi. Alpi reserves the right to debit to the Customer on the normal freight
the add costs (ex. rests, particular unloading operations, etc.) eventually paid
to the transporter.
TRASPORTI
La merce viaggia a rischio e pericolo del committente, anche se la spedizione
è effettuata in porto franco, l’Azienda declina ogni responsabilità per ritardi,
guasti, avarie, rotture, ammanchi che si verificassero durante il trasporto. Spetta
al Committente presentare eventuali reclami al trasportatore, anche se questo è
stato scelto dall’Azienda. Alpi si riserva la facoltà di addebitare al Cliente gli oneri
aggiuntivi al puro costo del trasporto (es. soste, operazioni di scarico particolari,
ecc.) eventualmente corrisposti al vettore.
RESPONSIBILITY
all our articles are accurately verified and tested. Our responsibility on the
material quality is limited, our authorization excepted, to accept the backdelivery, in free destination shipment, of defective products in way to arrange
the replacement, without the duty to pay out any damages. We can not accept
any responsibility in the goods, we have delivered, should show openings. It is
excluded every kind of indemnity for direct or indirect damages caused by the
installation of defective goods. It is absolutely forbidden to the Buyers to do every
further working on the products of our production. Return of the goods can be
accepted only on authorization of the Company. The photos of our catalogues
and brochures are in order to show and present the articles and therefore they
do not give duty of accurate execution. The details, sizes and weights have to
be considered approximate. So we can not assume any responsibility for what
above and therefore we will not accept any claim of damages of any kind.
RESPONSABILITÀ
Tutti i nostri articoli sono accuratamente provati e controllati. La nostra responsabilità
sulla qualità del materiale si limita, previa nostra autorizzazione, ad accettare il
reso, in porto franco, di pezzi riscontrati difettosi per disporre la sostituzione, senza
essere tenuti a corrispondere alcun indennizzo. Non possiamo inoltre accettare
alcuna responsabilità ove i materiali da noi forniti risultassero manomessi. Si
esclude qualsiasi tipo di risarcimento per danni diretti o indiretti causati dalla posa
in opera di materiale difettoso. E’ fatto assoluto divieto agli acquirenti di effettuare
qualsiasi lavorazione ulteriore sui prodotti di nostra produzione. Non riceveremo
merce in restituzione se non sarà da noi autorizzata. Le illustrazioni dei nostri
cataloghi e depliant hanno lo scopo di mostrare e rappresentare i singoli articoli e
non costituiscono quindi obbligo di fedele esecuzione. I dettagli, le misure ed i pesi
indicati sono da considerarsi approssimativi. Pertanto non ci assumiamo alcuna
responsabilità in ordine a quanto sopra e conseguentemente non riconosceremo
richieste per danni di qualsiasi specie.
CLAIMS
Every claim referring to quantity or quality of delivered products must be notified
within 8 days after receipt of the goods, after that time it means that it has
been accepted definitively. Eventual disputes will be settled in the Court Of
Borgomanero even if the orders are sent to other places. Declarations, promises
or every kind of assurances from our workers, or agents have no value and they
are not recognized by us, if they do not follow the present conditions of sale
or official communication made out by the Company. Alpi reserves the right to
introduce the proper changes to the items and finishing in order to improve the
product.
The present price list annuls and replaces all the previous ones.
RECLAMI
Non si accettano reclami dopo 8 gg. dal ricevimento della merce che, trascorso
tale termine, s’intende definitivamente accettata e regolare. Per qualsiasi
contestazione è sempre solo competente il Foro di Borgomanero anche se gli
ordini sono stati rimessi altrove. Non hanno alcun valore e non vengono da noi
riconosciute, dichiarazioni, impegnative o garanzie di sorta assunte dai nostri
dipendenti agenti o rappresentanti, che non risultano dalle presenti condizioni
generali di vendita o da atti ufficialmente sottoscritti dalla Società. Alpi si riserva il
diritto di apportare i cambiamenti che ritiene opportuni ad articoli e finiture al fine di
migliorare il prodotto.
Il presente listino annulla e sostituisce tutti i precedenti.

conditions générales de vente
RESPONSABILITE
Tout retour, rendu ou échange de marchandise doit faire obligatoirement
l’objet de notre accord préalable et ne pourra être effectué en outre
que sous réserve du bon état de la marchandise (estimation faite par
nos services à réception). Toute marchandise retournée ou rendue pour
quelque cause que ce soit doit être accompagnée de notre autorisation
de retour sur laquelle vous devez mentionner le numéro et la date de
facture de la dite marchandise retournée.
Les retours sont adressés à notre usine en port payé par l’expéditeur sous
son emballage d’origine.
Les pièces fabriquées sur plan ou sur indication du client ou modifiées
suivant la demande ne sont ni reprises ni échangées.
L’avoir sera établi seulement après réception et vérification de la quantité
et de la qualité, tant du matériel rendu que des emballages.
Tout retour de marchandises ayant subi ou non des dommages mêmes
légers fera l‘objet d’une minoration de reprise par rapport à sa valeur de
facturation correspondant aux frais de contrôle, de remise en état, de
remise en stock, etc.
Toute commande comporte de plein droit de la part de l’acheteur son
adhésion aux conditions ci-dessous.
PRIX
Les prix s’entendent pour marchandise rendue Ex Usine Gattico. Les
prix indiqués sont susceptibles de variation et ne sont pas contractuels.
En cas de commande reçue de l’acheteur, nous la considérons comme
acceptée définitivement qu’après envoi de sa confirmation de commande
par la société Alpi. Les prix s’entendent hors taxes.
PAIEMENT
Les termes de paiement convenus avec nos clients ne peuvent être
retardés par ceux-ci sous aucun prétexte. Sauf convention spéciale, nos
factures sont payables uniquement à Gattico.
Tout retard de paiement aux échéances fixées entraînera automatiquement
le décompte de pénalité d’un montant au moins équivalent à celui qui
résulterait de l’application d’une fois et demie le taux d’intérêt légal.
En cas de non paiement nous nous réservons le droit de suspendre ou
d’annuler les livraisons ou expéditions des commandes ou des marchés
en cours.
De plus à défaut de paiement d’une échéance, la totalité de nos créances
échues ou à échoir deviendra immédiatement exigible et ce, de plein
droit, sans mise en demeure préalable.
Le vendeur conserve la propriété des biens jusqu’au paiement effectif de
l’intégralité du prix principal et accessoire.
RECLAMATION
Les réclamations doivent nous être adressées sous 8 jours après réception
de la marchandise.
En cas de litige, le Tribunal de Borgomanero sera exclusivement compétent
pour connaître des demandes formulées par ou contre la société Alpi à
raison de l’interprétation, de l’exécution ou de l’inexécution du présent
contrat, même en cas de pluralité de défendeurs ou d’appel en garantie.
Nos traites n’apportent ni dérogation ni prorogation de compétence, ni
novation à la présente clause.
Notre société se réserve, à tout moment, la possibilité de modifier ou de
supprimer les modèles et les spécifications figurant à son catalogue afin
d’améliorer le produit.
Ce document annule et remplace toutes les listes de prix et conditions
générales de ventes précédentes.
DELAI DE LIVRAISON
Les délais de livraisons ou de mise à disposition sont donnés à titre
exclusivement indicatif y compris lorsque la commande du client porte
mention d’un délai impératif que notre société n’a pas expressément et
par écrit accepté. La non-observation de nos délais de livraison n’engage
en aucun cas notre responsabilité et ne peut donner lieu à l’application
d’aucune indemnité ou pénalité de quelque nature que ce soit. Le manque
d’approvisionnement, les grèves, l’incendie ou tout autre cause pouvant
entraver l’exécution des commandes, les interruptions de transport, etc,
sont considérés en tout état de cause comme des cas de force majeure
pouvant justifier les retards de nos délais de livraison.
EMBALLAGES
Les emballages sont facturés aux coûts et nous n’acceptons pas leurs
restitutions ; ils sont préparés par des professionnels. Alpi décline en tout
cas sa responsabilité. Afin de faciliter et rationaliser la commande des
pièces dans des colis standard, nous avons indiqué le colisage standard
à coté de chaque article.
TRANSPORTS ET RESERVE DE PROPRIETE
Nos marchandises sont vendues, prises et agréées à nos usines ou
dépôts. Elles voyagent toujours aux risques et périls des destinataires,
même lorsqu’elles sont expédiées en port payé ou éventuellement en
franco.
Toutefois l’expédition de la marchandise commandée, celle-ci sera sous
l’entière et exclusive responsabilité de l’acheteur et en aucun cas même
avant le transfert de propriété lié au paiement du produit la société Alpi ne
pourra voir sa responsabilité engagée du fait de tout dommage provoqué
ou impliqué par ladite marchandise.
Ne constitue pas de paiement au sens de cette clause la remise d’un titre
créant une obligation de payer (traite ou autre). Le défaut de paiement de
l’une quelconque des échéances pourra entraîner la revendication des
biens.
Les dispositions ci-dessus ne font pas obstacle, à compter de la livraison,
au transfert à l’acheteur des risques de perte ou détérioration des biens
ainsi que des dommages qu’ils pourraient occasionner.
Les destinataires doivent donc à la réception vérifier les colis en présence
du préposé du transporteur, même si les emballages paraissent intacts.
En cas d’avaries, manquant ou substitution, ils doivent en faire mention
sur le livre d’émargement du transporteur et lui confirmer ces réserves par
lettre recommandée. Les frais de transport sont toujours à la charge du
client. Le mode d’expédition doit être spécifié dans la commande.
