CARATTERISTICHE COSTRUTTIVE

- n° 1 molla in acciaio armonico UNI EN 10270-1 SH con superficie protetta da
trattamento cataforetico.
- n° 2 corpi di contenimento molla "placche" formate da piastre in acciaio, di
adeguato spessore, rivestite mediante stampaggio ad iniezione di
elastomero ad elevata resistenza meccanica, agli idrocarburi e
all'invecchiamento. Le superfici di contatto delle placche presentano
peduncoli deformabili che consentono all’antivibrante di stazionare per
attrito.
- n° 2 dischi sagomati con relative bussole bloccano la molla alle placche. La
bussola prevede un foro M8 che viene utilizzato per l’ancoraggio e/o per
l’impiego del martinetto.
A richiesta:
- Verniciatura della molla a polvere epossidica, secondo la nostra tabella RAL.
- Martinetto M8, M10/8 o M12/8 in acciaio zincato o inox AISI 304, utilizzato per la
registrazione della quota macchina sospesa.

To identify the suitable model for the insulation of the frequencies
in use, refer to the nomograph on page 2 of our catalogue.
CONSTRUCTIVE CHARACTERISTICS
- n° 1 spring in harmonic steel UNI EN 10270-1 SH with surface protected by
cataphoretic treatment.
- n° 2 plates of a steel containing the spring element with adequate thick coated
elastomer with high mechanical resistance to hydrocarbons and against
aging. The contact surfaces are provided with deformable rolls for a frictional
standing of the mount.
- n° 2 disks with sleeves to lock the spring to the plates. The compass has one M8
hole, used to anchorate it and/or for jacks use.

- Dusty epoxy painting for the spring as our RAL schedule.
- Jack M8, M10/8 or M12/8 available in stainless steel or steel coated with zinc, it
is recommended to gauge the machine.
