STRUMENTAZIONE SCIENTIFICA DA LABORATORIO ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Relazione tecnica Cappe Labogene Le cappe Labogene-ScanLaf, costruite in Danimarca, sono le cappe che più rispettano le richieste mondiali in fatto di sicurezza e comfort per l’operatore. Cappe approvate dal TUV secondo le norme di sicurezza EN 12469:2000 (Performance criteria for microbiological safety cabinets), BS 5726 e DIN 12980. Marchio CE. Cappe MARS PRO E' la cappa Biohazard che assicura la massima sicurezza all'operatore, all'ambiente e al prodotto. In essa sono posizionati tre diversi filtri HEPA; uno al di sotto del piano di lavoro, uno principale e l'ultimo in espulsione. Questa innovativa disposizione dei filtri consente numerosi benefici. Maggior durata del filtro principale che riceve aria già filtrata e ''pulita''; semplice sostituzione dei filtri che sono posizionati al di sotto del piano di lavoro e quindi di facile accesso. Questi ultimi si possono sostituire con la cappa in funzione senza dover utilizzare una sanificazione preventiva mediante formaldeide diminuendo l'interruzione del lavoro nel laboratorio. Inoltre si riduce l'area contaminata in quanto l'aria ''sporca'' viene subito filtrata prima di arrivare sul filtro principale. E' particolarmente consigliata negli ambienti tipo P-3. Lo schermo frontale inclinato rappresenta il massimo dell'ergonomicità e del comfort per l'operatore che può finalmente lavorare nella posizione più comoda possibile. L'aria viene filtrata per il 70% mentre il rimanente 30% viene espulso attraverso filtro HEPA: viene perciò sempre assicurata una barriera di elevata efficacia per la protezione dell'operatore. Particolarmente innovativa l’introduzione, al di sotto del filtro HEPA principale, di un laminatore che rende maggiormente omogenea la velocità dell’aria all’interno della cappa; ScanLaf in questo modo è riuscita a ridurre la velocità dell’aria a 0,35 m/sec +/-10% evitando in questo modo zone con turbolenza. Sono dotate di finestra motorizzata che consente il posizionamento della finestra frontale all'altezza desiderata senza sforzo da parte dell'operatore: la finestra può essere inoltre ribaltata completamente per una semplice pulizia. Grazie ad una moderna tecnologia, è possibile operare in sicurezza anche con l’apertura frontale posta a 30 cm e facilitare così alcune operazione (es. pesatura). Possibilità di regolare la velocità interna dell’aria attraverso la centralina di controllo (ingresso nel menu di controllo mediante password). Il piano di lavoro realizzato in acciaio inox, senza alcuna forellinatura, è diviso in parti uguali per permettere un semplice sterilizzazione in autoclave. E’ costruito con una particolare geometria che evita la chiusura con le braccia della parte frontale anteriore dedicata alla barriera frontale di sicurezza per l’operatore. Luminosità interna regolabile dall’operatore nel campo 0-2000Lux. Lampada UV con la programmazione del tempo di funzionamento. Rumorosità estremamente contenuta: 55dbA (modello da 120 cm). Il vano sottostante il piano di lavoro è anch’esso realizzato in acciaio inox. Elevata qualità dei filtri HEPA che presentano un'efficienza di filtrazione pari al 99,999% su particelle aventi diametro 0,3 um secondo D.O.P. test. Filtri montati su telaio in alluminio con guarnizione realizzata in un unico pezzo per assicurare la massima tenuta. Le dimensioni del filtro HEPA principale sono le stesse del piano di lavoro; in questo modo si evitano fenomeni di turbolenza nel flusso. Una serie di filtri HEPA a sacchetto sono posizionati al di sotto del piano di lavoro. Bordo del piano di lavoro arrotondato in modo ergonomico che permette un posizione piu' comoda all'utilizzatore. Inoltre tutto il bordo è realizzato in acciaio Inox in modo da evitare fenomeni di ruggine o abrasioni della vernice. Valvole di servizio per D.O.P. test facilmente raggiungibili. Doppio motoventilatore con controllo digitale della velocità dotato di compensazione automatica della velocità in base al carico dei filtri HEPA: I motoventilatori sono montati rispettivamente sul filtro HEPA principale e prima del filtro HEPA in espulsione. Allarme di sicurezza acustico e visivo in caso di non corretta velocità dell'aria. La velocità del flusso laminare è pari a 0,35 m/sec; la velocità del flusso in aspirazione è di 0,40 m/sec. Allarmi acustici e visivi per apertura della finestra frontale scorretta e velocità dell'aria non corretta nei valori di sicurezza. Lo stesso allarme viene attivato a seguito di cadute di pressione sul filtro HEPA principale. Le cappe sono dotate di pulsante di stand by che riduce a metà la velocità dell'aria ma non permette l'utilizzo della cappa disattivando l'illuminazione interna. Questa funzione e' particolarmente utile in caso di deposito di materiale da mantenere in condizioni sterili. Illuminazione interna con lampade fluorescenti che assicurano un'illuminazione superiore a 2000 lux (con regolazione manuale da parte dell’utente). Grazie alla verniciatura in colore bianco della parete frontale interna, viene assicurata la migliore illuminazione interna senza zone d’ombra e senza riflessi di luce. Rumorosità estremamente contenuta: inferiore a 55dbA (unica nel suo genere) misurata secondo le ISO 6081. Tale basso livello di rumorosità viene raggiunto senza l'ausilio di materiale fono-assorbente che rappresenta un ricettacolo di sporcizia e di potenziale inquinamento. Lampada UV dotata di timer. UV Light A UV light for decontamination of the work surfaces or for deactivating DNA can be supplied in the interior of the work chamber and located out of direct view. This can also be purchased and fitted retrospectively and the microprocessor programmed accordingly. The operation of the UV light, via the control panel, can be adjusted for timed delay start and stop of the exposure time or can be programmed to be operational whilst the laboratory is unattended, i.e. at lunch break or during the night time. An alarm indication for UV tube replacement is also included. This offers the highest safety protection and convenience for the operator. USB Port A USB port option is available and facilitates the monitoring and documenting the full performance of the Mars Pro cabinet via a PC for GMP work. This allows daily logging of the air flow speeds, alarm activation and all settings and functions used, when and where. This is also open communication channel platform for external control units, i.e BMS systems, Central building alarm systems etc. Eye level control panel can be viewed and operated from either a seated or standing postion by the operator. Compact Design The Mars Pro series of cabinets are only available as a free standing unit, complete with a support stand in order to accommodate the under bench filter module. With the overall height of the Mars Pro being 2 m, recirculating models can easily be located in laboratories with low ceiling heights. It is advisable to have a 20 cm clearance above recirculating models to allow for an unrestricted exhaust air flow. There are 4 sizes of adjustable support stands for the Mars Pro cabinet, including an Electric Elevation stand which can vary the working height between 75 cm to 105 cm. Easily adjusted by push-button operation to the height position convenient for the operator, whether seated or standing. At the fully adjusted height of 105 cm the overall height of the cabinet + stand is only 2.353 m, easily accommodated in a laboratory with 2.5 m ceiling height. AirFlow Pattern The Mars Pro's unique design incorporating laminator technology with 2 downflow fans and a single exhaust fan, digitally controlled, ensures true laminar and turbulent-free air flow distribution throughout the work chamber. These two extract connections are reffered to as a Hard Duct or a Thimble Duct respectively, the latter is extracting air from the laboratory also.
