THE BENEFITS
Industrial. Alpidoor is a brushed or smooth pre-varnished panel that can be added directly
to a standard frame in the assembly line. This simplifies and speeds up the industrial door
production cycle, from joining and veneering, to sanding, brushing and varnishing.
Efficient. The unique brushed finish and “oil touch” varnish, as well as the client’s ability to
further customize the pre-brushed product with its own varnishes and pigmented lacquers,
significantly simplifies the entire panel-door finishing process, ensuring sophisticated
finishes even for limited runs.
Versatile. Like all Alpi woods, Alpidoor is homogenous and regular, and has reproducible
colours and grains. It can be customised to create endless combinations of patterns and
colours, according to client requests.
Eco-Friendly. Alpi’s special production process makes it possible to use sustainable raw
materials from controlled forests or plantations to recreate woods that are particularly
beautiful and rare, such as ebony, rosewood and teak.
I VANTAGGI
Industriale. Alpidoor è un pannello spazzolato o liscio già verniciato che si applica
direttamente in linea di assemblaggio sui telai standard per semplificare e velocizzare tutto
il ciclo di produzione industriale delle porte: dalla giuntatura al placcaggio, dalla levigatura
alla spazzolatura fino alla verniciatura.
Efficiente. La particolare spazzolatura, la verniciatura “oil touch” e la possibilità data al
cliente di personalizzare ulteriormente il manufatto già spazzolato con proprie vernici o
laccature, rappresentano una considerevole semplificazione di tutto il processo di finitura
del pannello-porta, garantendo finiture sofisticate anche per basse tirature.
Versatile. Alpidoor come tutti i legni Alpi presenta caratteristiche di omogeneità, continuità
e ripetibilità nei colori e nelle venature e può essere personalizzato in infinite combinazioni
di patterns e colori in base alle richieste del cliente.
Ecologico. Il particolare processo di lavorazione Alpi consente di riprodurre legni di rara
bellezza e di difficile reperibilità come ebani, palissandri e teak utilizzando materie prime
sostenibili, provenienti da piantagioni o foreste controllate.

This ready-for-delivery product is available in 4 different woods, as well as a plain
wood to be finished with a pigmented lacquer, and comes in 3 finishes (Lacquered
brushed, Raw brushed, and Smooth), with transversal or longitudinal grain. Alpidoor
is veneered on panels having a high-quality MDF core. The finished dimensions are
4.2 mm thick, 2150 mm long and 750/850/1050 mm wide.
Disponibile in pronta consegna in 4 diverse essenze oltre a una base da laccare, 3
finiture (Spazzolata verniciata, Spazzolata grezza, Liscia), con venatura trasversale o
longitudinale, Alpidoor è fornito placcato su pannelli con cuore in MDF di alta qualità
con spessore complessivo al finito di 4,2 mm, lunghezza standard 2150 mm
e larghezze 750/850/1050 mm.
