Née en 1996, grâce à la Fondation de Famille Sandoz et sa vision d’un maintien du savoir-faire suisse

Fonction et utilisation du Code à Bulles™ :
Chaque Code à Bulles™ est unique et non-reproductible. Par un processus tenu secret, les bulles naissent d’une
auto-génération aléatoire à l’intérieur d’un matériau transparent. Figée, leur disposition à chaque fois différente
va déterminer une image 3D unique et non-reproductible : aucun moyen technique ne permet de reproduire ce
code tridimensionnel.
Le Code à Bulles™ inséré dans la carte de garantie Parmigiani Fleurier est attribué de façon unique à chaque
montre et permet d’en vérifier l’origine :
Simple à réaliser, la vérification est entièrement visuelle et nécessite uniquement une connexion Internet depuis
un ordinateur ou depuis un téléphone portable équipé d’une application standard pour smartphone QR (Quick
Response). Aucun appareil technique n’est nécessaire. Seuls les yeux suffisent.

d’une application QR (Quick Response) et saisir le numéro lié au Code à Bulles™ imprimé sur la carte de garantie.
Instantanément, une page Internet personnelle et unique consacrée au modèle s’ouvrira, affichant l’image du Code à
Bulles™ présent sur la carte du client.
• Comparer visuellement le Code à Bulles™ avec son image pour immédiatement obtenir la preuve de l’origine du modèle.
Cette comparaison est simple, immédiate et intuitive : le regard détecte sur le Code à Bulles™ des zones vides, des bulles
isolées ou des alignements de bulles caractéristiques. Si ces éléments sont présents sur la photographie, le regard les repère
immédiatement et la reconnaissance est validée.
Des informations personnalisées :
Le Code à Bulles™ est la clé unique et non-reproductible permettant également au client d’accéder à des informations
précises concernant sa montre, détaillant la technique et le savoir-faire manufacturé employés pour sa réalisation.
Au moyen d’une identification supplémentaire sur Internet, le client accèdera à un univers plus privatif de la marque,
réservé aux seuls possesseurs d’une montre Parmigiani Fleurier.

GARANTIE INTERNATIONALE
Parmigiani Fleurier SA garantit, par l’intermédiaire de ses revendeurs agréés, votre montre Parmigiani Fleurier
contre tout vice de fabrication PENDANT UNE DURÉE DE 3 (TROIS) ANS POUR LES PRODUITS
HORLOGERS ET DE 2 (DEUX) ANS POUR LES PRODUITS NON HORLOGERS, À COMPTER
DE LA DATE D’ACHAT, conformément aux modalités de la présente garantie.
La garantie internationale ne s’applique qu’à la condition que le produit de marque « Parmigiani » ait été acquis
auprès d’un vendeur autorisé par Parmigiani et que le produit défectueux soit accompagné du bon de garantie
correspondant au produit, rempli, daté et signé par le vendeur autorisé.
Si votre produit Parmigiani Fleurier présente un vice de fabrication au cours de la période de garantie, nous
nous engageons à le réparer gratuitement. Le cas échéant, nous vous prions de contacter votre distributeur agréé
Parmigiani Fleurier le plus proche ou le service après-vente de la manufacture qui vous indiquera la marche à
suivre.

Limitations et exceptions à la garantie internationale Parmigiani Fleurier
La garantie ne s’applique pas dans les cas suivants :
• Défauts dus à une utilisation non appropriée à la nature de l’objet et non conforme aux recommandations formulées par
Parmigiani Fleurier SA, une négligence, un accident ou à l’usure normale (notamment pour ce qui concerne les piles, les
bracelets en cuir ou en caoutchouc) ou encore à une intervention technique d’un tiers non agréé par notre manufacture.
• Défauts résultant du montage d’accessoires non d’origine Parmigiani Fleurier SA.
• Dommages indirects résultant de l’utilisation, du manque de précision, du non-fonctionnement ou de toute autre
défaillance du produit.
• Durée de vie de la pile.
Aucune demande de dommages et intérêts ou réclamation pour une annulation ultérieure de la vente ou une réduction
ultérieure du prix de vente ne pourra être prise en compte.
La présente garantie est régie par le droit suisse.

Function and use of the Bubble Tag™:
Each Bubble Tag™ is unique and impossible to reproduce. Using a secret process, the bubbles are formed by
random self-generation inside a transparent material. Once fixed, their distribution, which is different every
time, produces a unique 3D image which cannot be reproduced: no technical process is capable of reproducing
this three-dimensional code.
The Bubble Tag™ incorporated in the Parmigiani Fleurier warranty card is assigned in a unique way to each
watch, allowing its origin to be verified:
Verification is easy and completely visual, requiring only an internet connection from a computer or mobile
phone equipped with a standard smartphone QR app (Quick Response). No technical equipment is necessary.

The owner of a Parmigiani watch wishing to verify the origin of his or her timepiece only has two steps to perform:
• Connect to the warranty card page via www.parmigiani.ch, or use your Smartphone equipped with a QR app (Quick
Response), and enter the number associated with the Bubble Tag™ printed on the warranty card. A unique, personalised
page dedicated to the model opens immediately showing the precise image of the Bubble Tag™ on the customer’s card.
• Visually compare the Bubble Tag™ with its image to obtain immediate proof of the model’s origin. This comparison
is simple, immediate and intuitive: looking at the Bubble Tag™ reveals empty areas, isolated bubbles and characteristic
strings of bubbles. If these elements are present on the photograph, the eye notices them immediately and verification is
complete.
Personalised information:
The Bubble Tag™ is a unique key which is impossible to reproduce, and also allows the customer to access specific
information relating to the watch, detailing the in-house techniques and expertise used to produce it.
Using an additional identifier on the internet, the customer can access a more exclusive area of the brand reserved for
owners of Parmigiani Fleurier timepieces.

INTERNATIONAL GUARANTEE
Parmigiani Fleurier SA guarantees your Parmigiani Fleurier timepiece against any manufacturing fault
FOR A PERIOD OF 3 (THREE) YEARS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE and any non
horological “Parmigiani” product FOR A PERIOD OF 2 (TWO) YEARS FROM THE DATE OF
PURCHASE under the terms and conditions of this guarantee.
The international guarantee applies only if the “Parmigiani” product has been purchased from a seller
authorized by Parmigiani Fleurier SA and that the defective product be presented with a guarantee card
attached to the product duly filed, dated and signed by the authorized seller.
If your Parmigiani Fleurier product shows manufacturing defect fault during the applicable guarantee
period, we undertake to repair it without charge. In this event, we ask you to contact your nearest authorized
Parmigiani Fleurier retailer or the aftersales service of the Manufacture which will advise you on the
procedure to follow.

Limitations and Exceptions to Parmigiani Fleurier´s International Guarantee
The guarantee is excluded in the following cases:
• Any defects caused by improper use, by reference to the nature of the product or recommendations from Parmigiani
Fleurier SA, negligence, accident or fair wear and tear ( in particular with respect to the battery, watch bracelets in leather
or rubber), or by any technical intervention carried out by any person not authorized by our Manufacture.
• Any defects resulting from the addition of an accessory not originating from Parmigiani Fleurier SA.
• Consequential loss resulting from use, lack of accuracy, non-operation or any other fault of the product.
• The life of the battery.
No claim for damages or for subsequent cancellation of the sale or for subsequent reduction of the price will be considered.
This guarantee is subject to Swiss law.

ALL APPLICABLE IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE GIVEN TO YOU BY LAW

Some States do not allow limitations on the duration or the exclusions of implied warranties or of incidental or consequential
damages, so exclusions or limitations mentioned in this International Guarantee may not apply to you. This guarantee gives
you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
Parmigiani Fleurier SA’s OBLIGATION IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO REPAIR AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS

generiert. Die erstarrte Anordnung ergibt jedes Mal ein neues einmaliges und nicht reproduzierbares 3D-Bild:

Die Authentifizierung kann sehr einfach durchgeführt werden. Sie erfolgt ausschließlich visuell und es

• Den Bubble Tag™ visuell mit dem Bild vergleichen, um sofort den Beweis der Herkunft des Modells zu erhalten.
Der Vergleich ist einfach, unverzüglich und intuitiv: Mit dem Blick konzentriert man sich auf leere Bereiche, isolierte
Luftblasen oder besondere Luftblasenstrukturen des Bubble Tag™. Wenn dieselben Elemente auf dem Bild vorhanden
sind, erkennt man diese sofort und die Authentifizierung ist vollzogen.

Der Bubble Tag™ ist ein einzigartiger und nicht reproduzierbarer Schlüssel, der dem Kunden ferner den Zugang bietet zu
genauen Informationen zu seiner Uhr, deren technischen Merkmalen und dem für ihre Fertigung benötigten Know-how.

Über eine zusätzliche Identifizierung auf dem Internet gelangt der Kunde zudem zu einem exklusiveren Bereich der
Marke, der Inhabern einer Uhr von Parmigiani Fleurier vorbehalten ist.
INTERNATIONALE GARANTIE
Auf Ihre Uhr Parmigiani Fleurier gewährt Parmigiani Fleurier SA über ihre autorisierten Fachhändler eine
Garantie auf Herstellungsfehler AB KAUFDATUM FÜR EINE DAUER VON 3 (DREI) JAHREN AUF
UHREN UND VON 2 (ZWEI) JAHREN AUF ANDERE PRODUKTE, gemäß den Bestimmungen dieser
Garantie.
Die internationale Garantie gilt nur, wenn das Produkt der Marke „Parmigiani“ bei einem autorisierten
Fachhändler von Parmigiani erworben wurde und dem defekten Produkt die entsprechende, vom autorisierten
Fachhändler ordnungsgemäß ausgefüllte, datierte und unterzeichnete Garantiekarte beiliegt.
Wenn Ihr Produkt von Parmigiani Fleurier während der Garantiedauer einen Herstellungsfehler aufweist,
verpflichten wir uns, diesen kostenlos zu beheben. Für alle anderen Fälle bitten wir Sie, mit Ihrem nächsten
autorisierten Fachhändler von Parmigiani Fleurier oder dem Kundendienst der Manufaktur Kontakt
aufzunehmen, die Sie über das weitere Vorgehen informieren.

Einschränkungen und Ausschlüsse der internationalen Garantie von Parmigiani Fleurier
Folgende Fälle sind von der Garantie ausgeschlossen:
• Mängel aufgrund unsachgemäßer Verwendung des Produkts, die nicht den Empfehlungen von Parmigiani Fleurier SA
entspricht, Vernachlässigung, Unfall oder normaler Abnutzung (insbesondere in Bezug auf Batterien sowie Leder- und
Kautschukarmbänder) sowie Mängel, die auf einen technischen Eingriff eines nicht von unserer Manufaktur autorisierten
Dritten zurückgeführt werden können.
• Mängel, die auf dem Hinzufügen von Ausstattungsteilen beruhen, die nicht Originalteile von Parmigiani Fleurier SA sind.
• Folgeschäden, die aus der Verwendung, dem Präzisionsmangel, der Nichtfunktion oder jeder anderen Fehlfunktion des
Produkts resultieren.
• Batterielebensdauer.
Ansprüche für Schadenersatz oder nachträgliche Forderungen für eine Annullierung des Kaufs oder eine Reduktion des
Kaufpreises können nicht geltend gemacht werden.
Diese Garantie unterliegt Schweizer Recht.

Ogni Codice a bolle™ è unico e non riproducibile. Attraverso un processo mantenuto segreto, le bolle nascono
da una auto-generazione aleatoria all’interno di un materiale trasparente. Una volta fissata, la loro disposizione
ogni volta diversa determinerà un’immagine 3D unica e non riproducibile: nessun mezzo tecnico permette di
riprodurre questo codice tridimensionale.
Il Codice a bolle™ inserito nella carta di garanzia Parmigiani Fleurier viene attribuito in modo unico ad ogni

Parmigiani Fleurier SA, tramite i propri rivenditori autorizzati, garantisce questo orologio Parmigiani Fleurier
contro qualsiasi vizio di fabbricazione PER UNA DURATA DI 3 (TRE) ANNI PER I PRODOTTI
OROLOGIERI E DI 2 (DUE) ANNI PER I PRODOTTI NON OROLOGIERI, A PARTIRE DALLA
DATA DI ACQUISTO, conformemente alle modalità della presente garanzia.
La garanzia internazionale si applica solo a condizione che il prodotto a marchio "Parmigiani" sia stato acquistato
presso un rivenditore autorizzato da Parmigiani e che il prodotto difettoso sia accompagnato dal relativo
certificato di garanzia , debitamente compilato, datato e firmato dal rivenditore autorizzato.
Nel caso in cui il prodotto Parmigiani Fleurier presentasse un vizio di fabbricazione nel corso del periodo di

La garanzia non si applica nei casi seguenti:

Fleurier SA, a negligenza, incidente, alla normale usura (in particolare per quanto riguarda le pile e i cinturini in pelle
o caucciù) o ad intervento tecnico eseguito da un terzo non autorizzato dalla nostra manifattura.
• Guasti conseguenti al montaggio di accessori non originali Parmigiani Fleurier SA.
• Danni indiretti dovuti all'uso, alla mancanza di precisione, al non funzionamento o a qualsiasi altra mancanza del
prodotto.
• Durata di vita della pila.
Non potranno essere prese in considerazione eventuali richieste di danni e interessi o reclami per un successivo annullamento
della vendita o una riduzione del prezzo di vendita.
La presente garanzia è regolata dalla legge svizzera.

De gran simplicidad, la comprobación es totalmente visual y sólo es necesaria una conexión a internet desde

alineaciones de burbujas características en el Code à Bulle™. Si estos elementos aparecen en la fotografía, la vista los detecta

El Code à Bulle™ es el único método irreproducible que también permite al cliente acceder a datos precisos relativos al reloj

Parmigiani Fleurier SA garantiza, a través de los distribuidores autorizados, su reloj Parmigiani Fleurier contra
todo defecto de fabricación DURANTE UN PERIODO DE 3 (TRES) AÑOS PARA LOS PRODUCTOS
DE RELOJERÍA Y DE 2 (DOS) AÑOS PARA LOS PRODUCTOS QUE NO SON DE RELOJERÍA A
PARTIR DE LA FECHA DE ADQUISICIÓN y de acuerdo con las modalidades de esta garantía.
La garantía internacional sólo se aplica con la condición de que el producto de marca «Parmigiani» haya sido
adquirido a un distribuidor autorizado por Parmigiani y que el producto defectuoso vaya acompañado de la tarjeta
de garantía correspondiente al producto, rellenada, fechada y firmada por el distribuidor autorizado.
Si su producto Parmigiani Fleurier presenta un defecto de fabricación durante el periodo de garantía, nos
comprometemos a repararlo de forma gratuita. Llegado el caso, le rogamos que se ponga en contacto con su
distribuidor autorizado Parmigiani Fleurier más cercano o con el servicio posventa de la manufactura que le
indicará el procedimiento que debe seguirse.

Limitaciones y excepciones de la garantía internacional Parmigiani Fleurier
La garantía no se aplica en los casos siguientes:
• Defectos debidos a una utilización inapropiada por la naturaleza del objeto y no conforme a las recomendaciones
formuladas por Parmigiani Fleurier SA, a una negligencia, a un accidente o al desgaste normal (en particular, en lo
referente a las pilas y las pulseras de cuero o de caucho) o incluso a una intervención técnica por parte de un tercero no
autorizado por nuestra manufactura.
• Defectos resultantes del montaje de accesorios que no sean originales Parmigiani Fleurier SA.
• Daños indirectos resultantes de la utilización, de la falta de precisión, del fallo de funcionamiento o de cualquier otro fallo
del producto.
• Vida útil de la pila.
No se considerará ninguna demanda por daños e intereses o reclamación para anular ulteriormente la venta o reducir
ulteriormente el precio de venta.

A Parmigiani Fleurier SA garante, através de seus revendedores autorizados, este relógio Parmigiani
Fleurier contra qualquer defeito de fabricação DURANTE 3 (TRÊS) ANOS PARA OS PRODUTOS DE
RELOJOARIA E 2 (DOIS) ANOS PARA OS OUTROS PRODUTOS, A CONTAR DA DATA DA
COMPRA, conforme as modalidades desta garantia.
A garantia internacional só é aplicável se o produto da marca "Parmigiani" tiver sido adquirido junto a um
revendedor autorizado pela Parmigiani e estiver acompanhado do cupom de garantia correspondente, datado e
assinado pelo revendedor autorizado.
Se o produto Parmigiani Fleurier apresentar defeito de fabricação dentro do período coberto pela garantia, nós
nos comprometemos a repará-lo gratuitamente. Se necessário, solicitamos entrar em contato com o distribuidor

• Defeitos resultantes da montagem de acessórios não originais da Parmigiani Fleurier SA.
• Danos indiretos resultantes da utilização, falta de precisão, não funcionamento ou qualquer outra falha do produto.
• Vida útil da pilha.
Qualquer solicitação referente a perdas e danos, cancelamento ou redução do preço de venda não será considerada.
Esta garantia é regida pela legislação suíça.

Функции и использование защитного кода Bubble Tag™:
Защищенная технология производства Bubble Tag™ позволяет добиться уникальности каждого полученного
экземпляра. В процессе производства внутри прозрачного полимерного материала произвольным образом
формируются пузырьки. После затвердевания их различное расположение будет определять всякий раз уникальный
и неповторимый трехмерный узор: никакое техническое средство не в состоянии воспроизвести эту защищенную
метку.
Уникальный защитный код Bubble Tag™, вставленный в гарантийный сертификат Parmigiani Fleurier, соответствует
только Вашим часам и позволяет проверить их подлинность:
Для выполнения контроля достаточно войти в сеть Интернет с помощью компьютера или мобильного телефона,
на котором установлено стандартное для смартфонов приложение QR (Quick Response). Не требуется никаких
дополнительных технических приспособлений. Достаточно только Ваших глаз.

Владельцу часов марки Parmigiani, желающему проверить подлинность своих часов, необходимо совершить лишь две операции:
• Зайти на сайт www.parmigiani.ch и откройте страницу с информацией о гарантийных сертификатах или используйте приложение QR (Quick Response) для смартфонов, затем введите защитный код Bubble Tag™, указанный в гарантийном сертификате.
Далее откроется персональная страница, посвященная этой модели часов, и появится изображение защитного кода Bubble Tag™,
который присутствует на сертификате владельца.
• Сравнить защитный код Bubble Tag™ с изображением на экране, чтобы убедиться в подлинности часов. Это сравнение простое,
непосредственное и интуитивное: взглянув на Bubble Tag™, можно обнаружить зоны, не содержащие пузырьков, зоны с изолированными или характерно упорядоченными пузырьками. Если эти зоны присутствуют на фотографии, то взгляд их немедленно
отметит и подлинность будет подтверждена.
Персональная информация:
Защитный код Bubble Tag™ – это уникальный и невоспроизводимый ключ. Также он открывает клиенту доступ к более точным
сведениям, касающимся его часов, позволяет подробно узнать о технологии и высоком мастерстве, которые применяются для
их изготовления.
С помощью дополнительной идентификации в интернете покупатель наших часов может примкнуть к особому миру марки,
который предназначен только для владельцев часов Parmigiani Fleurier.

МЕЖДУНАРОДНАЯ ГАРАНТИЯ
Parmigiani Fleurier SA посредством официальных дистрибьюторов предоставляет гарантию от любых производственных
дефектов СРОКОМ НА 3 (ТРИ) ГОДА ДЛЯ ЧАСОВОЙ ПРОДУКЦИИ И НА 2 (ДВА) ГОДА ДЛЯ ПРОДУКЦИИ ДРУГОГО ТИПА С
ДАТЫ ПРИОБРЕТЕНИЯ в соответствии с условиями настоящей гарантии.
Международная гарантия действительна только при условии, что изделие марки Parmigiani было приобретено у
официального дистрибьютора компании Parmigiani и при наличии заполненного гарантийного талона с указанием
даты продажи и подписью официального дистрибьютора.
Если у Вашего изделия марки Parmigiani Fleurier в течение гарантийного срока обнаружился производственный
дефект, Вы имеете право на бесплатный ремонт. В случае необходимости, обращайтесь к ближайшему официальному
представителю компании Parmigiani Fleurier или в сервисный центр мануфактуры, где Вас проинформируют о порядке
необходимых действий.

Ограничения и исключения из международной гарантии Parmigiani Fleurier
Гарантия не распространяется на:
• Дефекты, вызванные использованием не по назначению, несоблюдением рекомендаций компании Parmigiani Fleurier
SA, небрежным отношением, несчастным случаем или естественным износом (в особенности это касается элементов
питания, кожаных или каучуковых ремешков), а также техническим вмешательством лиц, не уполномоченных на это нашей
мануфактурой.
• Неисправности, возникшие в результате установки аксессуаров без участия специалистов компании Parmigiani Fleurier SA.
• Любой ущерб косвенного характера или ущерб, возникший вследствие эксплуатации, неисправности, дефектов или неточности
изделия.
• Срок службы элемента питания.
Любые требования о возмещении убытков или рекламации с дальнейшим возвратом или понижением продажной цены не
принимаются.
Настоящая гарантия регулируется швейцарским правом.

ПО КАЧЕСТВУ ИЗДЕЛИЯ И ЕГО СООТВЕТСТВИЯ НАЗНАЧЕНИЮ, ОГРАНИЧЕНЫ СРОКОМ ДЕЙСТВИЯ НАСТОЯЩЕЙ ГАРАНТИИ
В ПРЕДУСМОТРЕННЫХ ЗАКОНОМ РАМКАХ. КОМПАНИЯ PARMIGIANI FLEURIER НИ ПРИ КАКИХ ОБСТОЯТЕЛЬСТВАХ НЕ НЕСЁТ
ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТЬ ЗА ЛЮБЫЕ СЛУЧАЙНЫЕ И КОСВЕННЫЕ УБЫТКИ.
В некоторых государствах не действуют ограничения на срок действия обязательной гарантии и исключения, касающиеся
случайного или косвенного ущерба. В этом случае, вышеупомянутые ограничения могут на Вас не распространяться.
Настоящая гарантия наделяет Вас регламентированными законными правами, которые могут быть расширены в соответствии с
законодательством страны Вашего проживания. Условия данной гарантии не ставят под сомнение гарантийные права, которые
вытекают из законов, действующих в сфере продажи товаров народного потребления в соответствующих странах.
