Nella serie SH abbiamo concentrato una tal quantità di novità per
poter quasi scrivere un catalogo intero. L’utilizzo del nuovissimo
sistema di produzione M7 che è stato messo a punto dai tecnici Reglass,
ottimizza al meglio la realizzazione del sandwich dei pre preg con cui è costruita la SH 599, sfruttando al meglio le performance delle migliori fibre
di carbonio con cui sono realizzate le nostre canne. Le novità in materia
di progetto, si riferiscono alle incredibili performance raggiunte grazie allo
studio del profilo che vede una base ancora più sottile nonostante l’incremento di rigidità di tutto l’attrezzo. Questo è stato possibile anche grazie
ad un approfondito studio del profilo del kit, utilizzato poi su tutta la serie,
che trasforma completamente l’azione anteriore della SH 599. Una canna
senza compromessi, molto pronta e reattiva, che non ha paura delle gare
più impegnative. Una vera top di gamma.
In the SH series we have concentrated such a large amount of
news that could permit us to write quite an entire catalogue. The
new 2016 series contemplates the introduction of a lot of news, both in
structural terms as in term of design and developments. The use of the
newest production system M7, that is perfected from the Reglass engineers, optimizes in the best way the realization of the pre-preg sandwich with
which the pole is constructed, exploiting to the maximum level the performances of the best carbon fibers that are used for built or poles. The design phase refers to the incredible performances that are reached thanks
to the study of the profile that includes a butt section that is even smaller
despite of the increase of stiffness of the complete pole. This was possible
also thanks to a deep and complete study for the kit realization, that was
used on all the range and transforms completely the front action of the
SH599 pole. A pole without compromises, very stiff and reactive, that is
simply the best for the most difficult competitions. A really top of the range.

en écrire un catalogue entier. La nouvelle série 2016 prévoit l’introduction de beaucoup de surprises, en termes de structure comme de
projets. L’utilisation du nouveau système de production M7 a été réalisé
par les techniciens Reglass, optimise au mieux la réalisation des mappes de
carbone, cela nous fait exploiter au maximum les performances des fibres
de carbone avec lesquelles nos cannes ont été réalisées. Ses projets se
réfèrent aux incroyables performances obtenues grâce à l’étude du profil
des matrices qui possède une base encore plus fine malgré l’augmentation de rigidité de toute la canne. Cela a été possible grâce à une longue
étude de profil du kit, utilisé sur toute la série, qui transforme complétement l’action antérieure de la SH 599. Une canne sans aucun compromis,
prête et réactive, qui n’a pas peur des compétitions les plus techniques.

La SH 399 è una all round purosangue, una canna dalle caratteristiche eccezionali per la sua categoria. Una rigidità di fusto
che non ha paragoni se si considera il diametro estremamente ridotto
del calcio, è stata abbinata ad un kit super performante dotato di AB
tip. Questo connubio fà sì che la canna esprima prestazioni a dir poco
eccellenti sia con pescate ultralight che in condizioni di pesca gravose
come in fiume con galleggianti fino a 50gr. Il cimone Ab tip ci ha consentito di sviluppare su di un profilo sottile, un kit che mantenga caratteristiche di affidabilità e rigidità incredibili. Realizzata con il nuovo sistema
di laminazione M7 e tutti i brevetti Reglass applicati alla serie.
The SH 399 is a pure allround pole, an excellent one for its
category. A rigidity without comparisons if we consider the
slim diameter of the handle part and it is combined with a super
performant Ab tip. This “union” let to the pole to express a super performance as during the “ultralight fishing sessions” as in the heavy
conditions fishing for example with 50 gr floats in the speed waters.
The ab tip permitted us to develop a slim profile, a kit that has got an
incredible stiffness and reliability. It is realized with the new lamination system that is called M7 and with all the Reglass patents that are
applied to the range.

la 299 è stata realizzata in fusto unico a 13 mt per ottenere le massime
performance da un attrezzo che non si accontenta di essere il “muletto”
di tutta la serie. In effetti questo modello accontenterà chi ricerca un’attrezzo affidabile, pronto e maneggevole per affrontare molteplici situazioni di pesca, dal carpodromo, al fiume con grossi galleggianti piatti
fino ai canali ad acqua lenta alla ricerca di pesce bianco. Una canna
eccellente che, quando dotata di kit light, non sfigura affatto accanto a
modelli più blasonati. Entry level for the SH series, it benefits from all the technologies and Reglass patents that are the base for the creation of
these poles. For optimize at the maximum level the action and the balancing, the 299 pole is realized on a single 13 mt shaft(without the parallel
handle separate piece) in order to obtain the best performances from a
pole that cannot be considered a “second pole” of all the range. In the
facts this model is ideal for the angler who need a reliable pole for going
through all the fishing situations, from the carpodrome sessions to the

new profile was realized following the suggestions of the english
anglers who are really experts in fishing carps into the pounds. This new design exalts the performances of this fantastic pole. The pole is well balanced
and really handy, altough the extreme reliability and its power. The same
kit is already arranged in advance with the reinforcement strip that can be
holed for the lateral exit of the elastic. It is perfectly interchangeable with the
top of the range, the Black carp 3.

directives des spécialistes anglais de la pêche à la carpe en lac. Ce nouveau

Technology and material
The Process - Matrix and Fibre-reinforcement
Reglass’ products are a unique mix of complex technology and a broad
range of material that result in in-house pre-preg layers. Pre–preg represent the first fundamental production step of Reglass’process, as a result
of very precise impregnation of the carbon fibre by a matrix (epoxy resin).
There are three main carbon fibre families, each owning precise properties (feature: High Strength (HS), High Modulus (HM) and Ultra High Modulus (UHM) fibres. To further enhance the mechanical characteristics
of the fibres, Reglass has engineered its brand new epoxy resin formulations: Aerospace grade epoxy resin specially conceived, once bond to the
carbon fibres, to maximally decrease the vibrations inside the composite.
This particular matrix formulation permits the carbon fiber to absorb vibrations thus permitting the best action-reaction behaviour.
Reglass ® owns the control of the entire process, starting from the raw
material, carbon fibres and the variety of epoxy resins in use, up to the
final quality check. The ductile selection of areonautic degree carbon fibres impregnated with proprietary matrix, is the first step of Reglass ®’
in-house composite pre-preg production. The distinctive feature of Reglass ® “process consists in the faculty to aligne different types of carbon
fibres in one pre- preg. The combination, aeronautic degree fibres + own
pre-preg production ,leads to the construction of high structural poles
that are not subject to breakages.
Soft lid in Eva Grip, applying it in the upper part of the Roubaisienne pieces, it makes possible a perfect insertion of the
female part. Its pointed shape, permits to keep cleaned the
internal part every time that we insert the piece and avoids incisions on
the part. If a stretch falls in water, CLEAN CUP doesn’t permit to sink.
Exclusive working applied to the second piece of the Roubaisienne. It consists of the union by fusion of two different workings of
the carbon plot used in the construction of the element. In the
lower part are employed longitudinal fibers to improve the rigidity, in the
upper stretch the longitudinal fibers give lightness and elasticity.
This particles plot creates a kind of protective shell on the surface, capable to dispersing the electrostatic charges on the surface
of the pieces, furthermore the reflecting power makes possible
to keep a lowest temperature on the pieces in comparison with a normal
black carbon piece; so the action of the fishing rod remain consistent in
extreme environmental conditions too. The SUNCORE is part of the compound because it’s inserted inside.
The Nanolith is an exceptional molecule that gives to material big
resistance and vibrations reduction. Its particles measures some
nanometer, this means thousand times smaller than a single carbon wire, and creates a bond at atomic level between fiber and matrix.
Through Nanolith innovation, Reglass is able to give technically superior
products than traditional construction techniques.

Super toughened epoxy resin. Studied and developed by Reglass’ laboratory. Basing on the unsurpassed success of Sun
Core, Reglass has modified the molecular structure of Sun Core
itself thus enhancing the mechanical performance of the pre-preg. The
Super toughened epoxy resin formulation results in an end product of an
extremely elegant and innovative black colour.
The Anti-Friction System is a particular process of production
that, during manufacture, “impresses” through a microscopic
roughness, a clouding on the surface of the fishing rod. This intrinsic clouding holds micro-droplets of lubricant water, and it improves
the wire passage, both wet and dry.

Magic Step is made by a series of micro-steps inside the tip that
don’t permit to the elastic to stick to the walls when there is water. In this way the elastic, especially with reduced diameter, runs
perfectly both in the output stage and in reentry stage.

The colour is a guarantee of continuity but its core is definitely
renewed. For increase the technical performances we have engaged a resin system that was already tried into the aerospace sector, the “Super vibrational damping epoxy resin”. The vibrations dumping
inside the composite structures permits to obtain high reactivity products.
For the fishing performances this is a really important goal!

Conquista due titoli italiani nel 2002 e nel 2004, quindi partecipa ai
rispettivi Mondiali che si tengono l’anno successivo nel 2003 e 2005 e
li vince entrambi, il primo in Bulgaria, il secondo in Umbria. È nel club
azzurro da più dieci anni e nella prima stagione ha vinto la super selezione. Ha partecipato nel 2004, giungendo secondo, alla Coppa Latina
a Tolosa. Nel 2005 ai Mondiali assoluti in Finlandia a Lapperanta, al
circolo polare artico, chiudendo al quarto posto, quindi ai campionati
europei a Madunice nella Repubblica Ceca, dove ha conquistato la
medaglia di bronzo a squadre. Il CONI gli ha assegnato le seguenti
medaglie al valore atletico : 2 Medaglie d’oro, 1 medaglia d’argento
ed 1 di bronzo. Oggi è l’uomo di punta Maver e segue lo sviluppo di
tutti i prodotti della pesca al colpo.
