Requisiti per la richiesta del visto alla sezione 11 (2). (Modulo DHA 84 )
Along with your application please submit a letter requesting authorization for you
or your employee to conduct work related activities whilst they are on visitor's
permit in terms of section 11(2). This must be on your company’s letter head and on
that of the company in the RSA, It should also state the following:
- Applicant's name, date of birth, passport number and occupation;
- declaration from the company in SA stating applicant's duration of stay in SA;
reason for this application; background of the company and at which port the
applicant will enter the country;
- a copy of applicant's passport must accompany the request.
For example: We hereby request authorization for Mr to conduct work related
activities whilst he is on visitor's permit in terms of section 11(2).
