Scientific Programme The Symposium will focus on new developments phytochemicals role and application in nutrition and health. Grants on Main topics are: 1. Novel analytical developments in the field of nutraceuticals and phytonutrients 4. Health, Disease and Functional benefits 5. Quality assurance for nutraceutical-based products 6. Regulatory aspects, marketing and related issues The meeting will consist of plenary lectures (40 min) and contributed papers in the form of both oral (20 min) and poster presentations. A limited number of grants covering the registration fee will be available for PhD-students registered for the meeting and presenting either a poster or a short lecture.
