della marcatura CE
La completa protezione dagli infortuni,
è garantita da Ballan. Infatti tutta la
produzione di porte da garage Zink è
contrassegnata dalla Marcatura CE. Ogni
prodotto è corredato dalla Dichiarazione
di Conformità CE, rilasciata dall’azienda
Ballan e convalidata dall’Ente Notificato, che
certifica il rispetto di tutti i requisiti meccanici,
delle prestazioni aggiuntive obbligatorie e, per
le porte motorizzate, delle disposizioni per il
funzionamento automatizzato stabilite dalla
Norma di Prodotto EN 13241-1.
Ma l’azienda ha fatto molto di più: poiché
l’applicazione di una successiva automazione
(per le porte manuali) dev’essere certificata,
Ballan propone le porte “predisposte alla
motorizzazione”. Questi modelli adottano
soluzioni costruttive che le rendono conformi
alle direttive europee (relative al funzionamento
automatizzato), consentendo all’installatore
della automazione successiva di rilasciare la

The main source of inspiration behind the Zink line is safety.
Eliminating all safety risks for the user is the principle Ballan has decided to
adopt (and to certify) when designing the models in the Zink line. Quite literally,
models of safety for the entire garage door sector.
The CE mark guarantee.
Complete protection against accidents, guaranteed by Ballan. In fact, the entire
production of Zink garage doors bears the CE mark. Each product is accompanied by the CE Declaration of Conformity, issued by the company Ballan and
validated by the Notified Body, which certifies full observance of all mechanical
requirements, additional compulsory performance specifications, and in the case
of power-operated doors, fulfilment of the requirements for automatic operation
as specified by the product standard EN 13241-1.
But the company has gone much further: as the subsequent application of
an automation (retrofit on manual doors) must be certified, Ballan offers door
models “with retrofit provision for power operation”. These models adopt design
solutions that ensure compliance with the European directives (regarding poweroperated doors), enabling the installer of the retrofit automation to issue the
relative CE declaration of conformity.

la production de portes de garage Zink porte le marquage CE. Chaque produit
est accompagné de la déclaration de conformité CE, délivrée par l’entreprise
Ballan et validée par l’organisme notifié, qui certifie le respect de tous les critères
mécaniques, des prestations obligatoires complémentaires et, pour les portes
motorisées, des dispositions pour le fonctionnement automatisé fixées par la

Mais Ballan est allée bien au-delà : puisque l’application d’un automatisme
(pour les portes manuelles), réalisée dans un deuxième temps, doit être certifiée,
l’entreprise propose les portes « prééquipées pour la motorisation ». Ces modèles
ont été conçus et construits de manière à les rendre conformes aux directives
européennes relatives au fonctionnement automatisé, ce qui permet à l’installateur
de l’automatisme monté par la suite de délivrer la déclaration de conformité CE.

Durch Ballan wird der vollständige Unfallschutz garantiert. Die gesamte Herstellung
von Garagentüren Zink ist mit der CE-Markierung gekennzeichnet. Jedes Produkt
wird mit der EG-Konformitätserklärung geliefert, die durch das Unternehmen Ballan
ausgestellt und durch die benannte Stelle genehmigt wird, die die Entsprechung
aller mechanischen Anforderungen, der obligatorischen zusätzlichen Leistungen
sowie für die motorangetriebenen Tore die Vorschriften für den Automatikbetrieb
bescheinigt, die durch die Produktnorm EN 1324-1 festgelegt wurden.
Aber das Unternehmen hat viel mehr getan: Da die Anwendung einer folgenden
Automatisierung (für die manuellen Türen) zertifiziert werden muss, bietet Ballan
die Türen „für den Motorantrieb vorgerüstet” an. Für diese Modelle werden
Herstellungslösungen verwendet, durch die sie (hinsichtlich des Automatikbetriebs)
entsprechend der europäischen Richtlinien gestaltet werden und es dem Installateur der folgenden Automatisierung ermöglichen, die EG-Konformitätserklärung

motivo a “doghe” orizzontali per tutte le
porte basculanti metalliche delle linea Zink.
Una soluzione estetica raffinata e dall’elevato contenuto tecnico.
Grazie a Ballan, da oggi la scelta della porta
basculante metallica a contrappesi non
è più obbligata dalla profilatura verticale
dell’anta mobile.
Infatti, su richiesta del cliente, l’azienda Ballan realizza l’anta mobile delle proprie porte
basculanti Zink con un motivo a “doghe”
orizzontali (di passo 2+3 cm), separate al
centro da un montante verticale che, oltre
a comporre un elegante effetto estetico,
ha lo scopo di irrobustire l’anta mobile.
La particolare lavorazione, messa a punto
da Ballan, non prevede antiestetici punti
di saldatura all’esterno e si basa su una
speciale profilatura della lamiera d’acciaio,
di spessore 10/10. Uno spessore di qualità
che assicura durata e resistenza alle porte
basculanti Line Zink.
Anche nella porta basculante Zink Line
è possibile l’applicazione della porta
pedonale.

Ballan has introduced a stylish new feature of the horizontal “slat” motif for all
metal up-and-over doors in the Zink range. An elegant aesthetic solution with
high technological content.
Thanks to Ballan, the choice of a metal up-and-over door no longer requires
compulsory vertical profiling of the mobile leaf.
On request by the client, Ballan can produce the mobile leaf of its Zink up-andover doors with a horizontal “slat” motif (with a pitch of 2+3 cm), separated at
the centre by a vertical upright, which both enhances the stylish aesthetics and
reinforces the mobile leaf. The special processing, developed by Ballan, does
not envisage unsightly welding points on the exterior and is based on a special
profiling of the steel sheet, with a gauge of 10/10; top quality gauge ensuring
durability and resistance for all Zink doors.
The Zink Line up-and-over doors also enable application of the pedestrian
door.

Ballan a introduit l’élégante nouveauté du motif à « lattes » horizontales pour
toutes les portes basculantes métalliques de la ligne Zink. Une solution
esthétique raffinée et à haute teneur technique.
Grâce à Ballan à partir d’aujourd’hui, le choix de la porte basculante métallique
à contrepoids n’impose plus le profilage vertical du tablier.
En effet, sur demande du client, l’entreprise Ballan réalise le tablier de ses
portes basculantes Zink avec un motif à « lattes » horizontales (avec un pas
2+3 cm), séparée au centre par un montant vertical qui non seulement
forme un élégant effet esthétique, mais a aussi le but de renforcer le tablier.
Le procédé de fabrication particulier, mis au point par Ballan, ne prévoit pas
de points de soudure extérieurs anti-esthétiques et se base sur un profilage
spécial de la tôle d’acier, de 10/10e d’épaisseur. Une épaisseur de qualité qui
garantit durée et résistance aux portes basculantes Line Zink.
La porte piétonne peut également être appliquée dans la porte basculante
Zink Line.

Ballan hat die elegante Neuigkeit des horizontalen „Lattenmusters“ für alle
Metallkipptore der Produktlinie Zink eingeführt. Eine auserlesene ästhetische
Lösung mit einem hohen technischen Inhalt.
Dank Ballan wird die Wahl des Metallkipptores mit Gegengewichten heute nicht
mehr durch die vertikale Fassionierarbeit des beweglichen Torflügels erzwungen.
Auf Anfrage des Kunden realisiert Ballan den beweglichen Torflügel seiner
Kipptore Zink mit einem horizontalen „Lattenmuster“ (Abstand 2+3 cm), die in
der Mitte durch einen vertikalen Pfosten getrennt sind, welcher nicht nur eine
elegante ästhetische Wirkung darstellt, sondern das Ziel hat, den beweglichen
Torflügel robuster zu machen. Die besondere, von Ballan entwickelte
Bearbeitung sieht keine antiästhetischen Schweißpunkte auf der Außenseite vor
und basiert auf einer einfachen Fassionierarbeit des Stahlblechs mit einer Stärke
von 10/10. Eine Qualitätsstärke, die eine lange Lebensdauer und Beständigkeit
der Kipptore Line Zink versichert.
Auch in dem Kipptor Zink Line ist die Anbringung der Türöffnung möglich.

Spazio: more room to allow easy garage access.
Available with manual operation only, Spazio is the counterweight up-and-over
garage door with 8 cm side jambs: the solution that gives your garage the most
entrance space.
Built of pressed, galvanized steel sheet, its mobile part features arc-welded
tubular profiles (60 mm section) strengthened horizontally by two omega section braces. It includes side stops and counterstops, galvanized steel and/or
white/grey prepainted steel side covers (removable for cable and counterweight
inspection). Spazio is equipped with an anti-fall device to prevent the mobile
leaf from dropping accidentally, and a manufacturer’s identification plate and EC
declaration of conformity for manual operation.
Sizes available: width from 200 to 330 cm, height from 200 to 265 cm (nominal
sizes in increments of 5 cm).
Hardened joint.
The steel sheet on the mobile leaf of Spazio GT doors is coupled using hardened
joints. The advantage of this technology, called “cold welding”, is that none of
the galvanised layer of the sheet is lost. A great advantage in terms of corrosion
resistance.

Disponible uniquement à fonctionnement manuel, Spazio est la porte basculante
à contrepoids avec des montants latéraux de 8 cm: la solution qui permet d’offrir
le maximum de largeur au passage.
Construite en tôle d’acier, emboutie et galvanisée, elle prévoit un tablier en tube
électrosoudé de 60 mm de section, renforcé par deux profils oméga. Elle est
munie de feuillures et contrefeuillures latérales, de carters latéraux amovibles
(pour inspecter les câbles et les contrepoids) en acier galvanisé et/ou prélaqué
blanc/gris. Spazio est équipée d’un dispositif pare-chute contre la fermeture
accidentelle du tablier, de la plaquette d’identification du constructeur et de la
déclaration de conformité CE pour l’utilisation manuelle.
Mesures disponibles: largeur de 200 à 330 cm, hauteur de 200 à 265 cm
(mesures nominales de 5 cm en 5 cm).
Joint trempé.
Spazio GT prévoit l’union des tôles d’acier du tablier à l’aide de joints trempés.
L’avantage de cette technologie, dénommée «soudure froide» est qu’elle n’enlève
pas le zinc de la tôle. Ce qui est tout à l’avantage de la résistance à la corrosion.

Omega-Schienen verstärkt. Komplett mit seitlichen Anschlägen und Gegenanschlägen, abnehmbaren Seitenabdeckungen (für die Inspektion von Zugseilen
und Gegengewichten) aus verzinktem Stahl und/oder weiß/grau vorlackiertem
Stahl. Spazio verfügt über ein Auffangsystem gegen das ungewollte Schließen
des Torflügels, Kennschild des Herstellers und die EG-Konformitätserklärung für
den Handbetrieb.
Verfügbare Abmessungen: Breite: 200 bis 330 cm, Höhe: 200 bis 265 cm
(Nenngrößen von 5 cm in 5 cm).
Gehärtete Dichtungen.
Beim Modell Spazio GT werden die Stahlbleche des Torflügels durch gehärtete
Dichtungen miteinnander verbunden. Der Vorteil dieser Technik (“Kaltschweißen”):
Die Zinkbeschichtung wird nicht abgetragen. Dadurch wird Spazio GT äußerst
widerstandsfähig gegen Rostbildung.

zincata, prevede l’anta mobile in tubolare
elettrosaldato di sezione 60 mm, rinforzata
da due profili a omega. È completa di
battute e controbattute laterali, foderine

Available with manual or power operation, Spazio HF features 8 cm side jambs
(the measurement that allows the most entranceway clearance). With the HF
retrofit provision for power operation, the Spazio up-and-over door can have an
operator added later on, still observing the EN 13241-1 Product Standard. This is
because the HF retrofit provision includes 25 mm safety clearances between the
lever mechanisms, perimeter seals between the mobile leaf and the fixed framework (head and side jambs), strengthened lever arms, as well as self-centring
brackets to ensure the mobile leaf closes correctly. Like the Spazio model, it is
made entirely of pressed, galvanized steel sheet. It features a mobile leaf made

In tutte le motorizzazioni il motoriduttore
24 V completo di centralina a bordo (con
pulsante “apre-chiude”) e di dispositivo
di limitazione delle forze, interrompe - e
inverte - il movimento in presenza di un
ostacolo (sforzo massimo consentito
400N). L’azione del limitatore di sforzo è
evidenziata dalla linea blu nel grafico.

To ensure your garage is well ventilated, Ballan offers three alternatives that
allow you to choose the air flow rate: minimal, by fitting ventilation slits; medium,

Champion porta milleusi, costruita
interamente in lamiera d’acciaio zincato
è resistente, durevole e leggera. Il telaio
appositamente profilato, può essere fissato
con tasselli ad espansione oppure zanche
a murare. Il battente apribile, rinforzato,
ha profonde nervature e robuste traverse
orizzontali che assicurano la migliore tenuta.

tipo Yale con doppia maniglia a
leva corredata di doppia placca
copriforo in ABS.
A richiesta può essere rifinita
con sottofondo o verniciata in
tinte Ral.
Consente diverse possibilità
d’installazione. La predisposizione dell’apertura “a tirare”
destra può essere cambiata
liberamente mediante la
semplice rotazione del battente.

Champion; the multi-purpose door.
Champion, the multi-purpose door, constructed
entirely in galvanised sheet steel, is resistant, durable
and lightweight. The specially profiled frame can be
fixed by means of expansion plugs or wall-mounted
bolts. The opening leaf, reinforced, has deep
stiffeners and sturdy horizontal struts to ensure
optimal strength.

Champion, la porte polyvalente, entièrement construite
en tôle d’acier galvanisé, est résistante, durable et
légère. Le bâti expressément profilé, peut être fixé par
des chevilles à expansion ou des pattes de scellement
à murer. Le vantail ouvrant, renforcé, a de profondes
nervures et de solides traverses horizontales qui
assurent une tenue excellente.

Champion, das Mehrzwecktor, das ganz aus verzinktem
Stahl konstruiert ist, ist widerstandsfähig, leicht und hat
eine lange Lebensdauer. Der entsprechend geformte
Rahmen kann mit Spreizdübeln oder Mauerplatten
befestigt werden. Der zu öffnende, verstärkte Flügel hat
tiefe Rippen und robuste horizontale Traversen, die eine
bessere Dichte versichern.
The galvanised Champion multi-purpose door, comes
complete with a Yale lock with double lever handle
fitted with double keyhole cover in ABS.
On request it can be finished with a base or paint
finish in RAL colours.
It enables a wide range of installation options. The
provision for “pull” type opening to the right can be
inverted as required by simply rotating the leaf.
La porte polyvalente Champion galvanisée, est munie
de serrure type Yale avec double poignée à levier
équipée d’une double plaque cache-trou en ABS.
Sur demande, elle peut être finie avec une couche de
fond ou peinte dans les couleurs Ral.
Elle prévoit plusieurs possibilités d’installation. Le
prééquipement de l’ouverture « à tirer » droite peut être
changé librement par la simple rotation du vantail.

Das verzinkte Mehrzwecktor Champion ist mit einem
Schloss Typ Yale mit doppeltem Hebelgriff und einer
zweifachen Lochabdeckplatte aus ABS ausgestattet.
Auf Anfrage kann es mit Untergrund oder Lackierung in
Ral-Farben verschönert werden.
Es ermöglicht verschiedene Installationsmöglichkeiten.
Die Vorrüstung der rechten Öffnung „zum Ziehen“ kann
nach Wahl durch einfache Drehung des Flügels geändert
werden.
