Team Blueprint Ltd. in
partnership with D.M.Progetti
S.r.l, provides clients with
engineering, construction,
installation and start-up of
spare parts (not covered by any
patent), minor rebuilds and
improvements to mechanical
parts composing paper
machines.

Step 1, Designing
Any mechanical parts subjected
to wear & tear and/or that
require improvement in the
design and construction in order
to guarantee a longer life are
inspected at the mill, drawn by
bi-dimensional CAD, reengineered to obtain lower
production costs and a longer
working life.
!
Step 2, Construction
The construction, based on the
drawings made in step 1, is
carried out by Italian workshops
specializing in the production of
small lots under the supervision
of and in continuous
collaboration with our partner
companies so that any further
improvements can be easily and
conveniently made.

Step 3, Installation
The installation of simple spares
is generally carried out by the
mill’s maintenance personnel
whilst, critical parts that have
been re-engineered in order to
match the client’s requirements
are directly assembled by our
team. Maintenance and
operating manuals are also
provided where necessary.

Step 4, Monitoring
Any re-engineered part is
monitored at the mill in
collaboration with the mill’s
maintenance personnel so that
any feedback becomes a tool for
further optimizations, taking the
process back to Step 1.
Mechanical guarantees are
provided together with trouble
shooting and customer care
services.

Field of Application
We supply spare parts and/or
any other part that needs to be
re-engineered due to
continuous breakdown and/or
failures in relation to:

• stock preparation equipment;
• paper machines (any section);
• finishing machinery.
