Tools: l’azienda di Rivoli
(To), specializzata nella produzione di ricambi per martelli demolitori
idraulici, ha recentemente inaugurato una nuova filiale a Saragozza,
in Spagna. “Una mossa commerciale che sta già dando buoni frutti!”, ha dichiarato entusiasta Mino
Salvia, General Manager di questa
dinamica realtà piemontese.
La Samep Tools España, infatti,
vanta già dall’inizio della sua attività uno stock di oltre 1.000 utensili e di circa 300 ricambi e si configura, a ragione, come una solida piattaforma di distribuzione dei
prodotti nel Ponente europeo.
Oltre la crisi
“Molti lo potrebbero ritenere un
passo azzardato - ci ha confidato Mino Salvia - soprattutto in un
contesto economico nefasto come
quello che sta vivendo attualmente
il mercato europeo. Tuttavia, crediamo fortemente nelle nostre potenzialità e confidiamo che l’azione che abbiamo intrapreso sia la
maniera più diretta per dire ai nostri clienti: “Noi ci siamo!’”
E Samep Tools c’è, eccome. Graziano Salvia, Production Manager
della società torinese, ha sottolineato quanto il dipartimento di produzione abbia dovuto lavorare sodo per mantenere attivo lo storico
magazzino italiano e, al contempo,
alimentarne uno nuovo: “Questo è

stato possibile grazie al precedente
ampliamento dell’officina meccanica e della forza lavoro, ovvero il primo vero investimento sulla crescita
che Samep Tools ha effettuato nel
2011. La nuova struttura è dislocata su una superficie di 2.600 m2 di
locali adibiti alla produzione, oltre a
5.000 m2 di piazzale e 1.000 m2 di
magazzino, nel quale sono sempre
disponibili in pronta consegna circa
3.000 punte e 800 ricambi. Tutto
quello che non è in stock può essere fornito in 8-10 giorni”.
“Colonna portante” del nuovo asse strategico italo-iberico è Antonio Trébol, preposto alla direzione della nuova filiale spagnola essendo in grado di assistere
adeguatamente la clientela locale
forte dei suoi 25 anni di esperienza nel settore. Con la sua intermediazione, inoltre, la Samep Tools
abbraccia oggi un nuovo ramo
del comparto del movimento terra: ha infatti reso noto di aver concluso un contratto con la francese Feurst (leader nella produzione di denti e porta-denti di alta
tecnicità) per la distribuzione di
denti su tutto il territorio iberico.
“Siamo ben consapevoli dell’importanza della celerità del servi-

zio”, ha concluso Sabrina Longobardo, Direttore Export di Samep
Tools. “Da oggi siamo in grado di
abbattere i tempi di consegna non
solo in Spagna, ma anche in Portogallo, Marocco e nella Francia
meridionale. Questo è un passo
concreto verso il cliente. O, meglio, un ‘ulteriore’ passo, direi, perché il primo è sempre stato l’impegno a garantire un prodotto di
alta qualità!”.

The Turin-based company, specialised in the
production of spare parts for hydraulic demolition
hammers, has opened a new branch in Spain,
pursuing an entrepreneurial philosophy that
bypasses any barrier, including the current
economic crisis

(To), specialised in the production of spare parts for hydraulic
demolition hammers, has recently opened a new branch office
in Zaragoza, Spain. “A business move that is already giving good
results!” said Mino Salvia, General Manager of this dynamic
Piedmontese reality, with enthusiasm.

Beyond the crisis

production department had to work hard to keep the historic
Italian warehouse while nurturing a new one: “ This was possible
thanks to the previous enlargement of the mechanical workshop
and of the workforce, which is the first real investment in growth

Qualità sotto controllo
Il Controllo Qualità, eseguito nello stabilimento di Rivoli da tecnici
certificati, prevede l’analisi spettrometrica della lega d’acciaio,
prove a ultrasuoni del 100% delle barre e la misura della durezza dopo il trattamento termico.
“Tutto ciò - ha confermato Mino Salvia - al fine di assicurare
e mantenere nel tempo la qualità che ha sempre contraddistinto
i prodotti Samep Tools”. Tutta la
lavorazione meccanica viene eseguita mediante macchine utensili
a CNC di nuova tecnologia. Personale esperto e altamente qualificato operativo nel Reparto Produzione, Dipartimento Tecnico,
Controllo Qualità e Commerciale
fornisce consulenze e un servizio professionale a tutti gli operatori. “Investiamo molte risorse in
questa fase produttiva - ha concluso Salvia – poiché vogliamo
mantenere nel tempo la qualità
che ci ha sempre contraddistinto.
L’acciaio perviene in azienda direttamente dalle acciaierie (e realizzato secondo precise istruzioni)
e viene accettato solo ed esclusivamente dopo rigorosi controlli interni. Anche il trattamento termico segue solo percorsi e tempisti-

Goal: the future

Thanks to this experience, the current product range is wide
and complete: it includes not only standard bits (cone-shaped,
pyramid, chisel and flat), but also bits for special applications
(asphalt-cutting, pipe-planting, pole-planting and pile driver) as
well as tools made from designs and according to the specific
needs of the user.

Among the proposed solutions, we highlight the high yield tools
of the SYL series , developed to deal with “heavy duty” uses.
These tools, which exploit the negative resonance vibrations by
concentrating them on the material to be crushed, are available
in the cone-shaped, a pyramid and a chisel forms.
Note also the presence of a Spare Parts line for hydraulic
hammers: it mostly includes stationary tools, bearings, rods,
pistons and other special processing tools. The product range
also includes gaskets, membranes and shock absorbers.
Quality under control!
Quality control, performed by certified technicians at the Rivoli
establishment, provides for the spectrum analysis of steel alloy,
ultrasonic testing of 100% of the bars and the measurement
of sturdiness after heat treatment. “All this - confirmed Mino
Salvia - in order to ensure and maintain the quality that has
always distinguished the Samep Tools products over the years”.

All machining is performed by using new technology CNC tool
machinery. Experienced and highly qualified staff operating in the
Production, Technical, Quality Control and Sales Departments
gives advice and professional service to all operators. “We invest
many resources in this productive phase - concluded Salvia –
because we want to maintain the quality that has always made
us stand out in time. The steel arrives in the facility directly from
the steelworks (and carried out according to precise instructions)
and is accepted only after severe internal controls. Even the heat
treatment follows only paths and timing (pre-heating, scald, shutting
down) designed within the company. Even once the heat treatment
stage is complete, all products are checked thoroughly, so that they
meet the expectations of sturdiness and sizes”. Therefore quality is
the watchword in the Samep Tools company and everything, in
corporate and production procedures, is aimed at strengthening
the leadership that the Turin-based company was able to achieve
over the years, in Italy and internationally.

