INFORMAZIONI TECNICHE E MANUTENZIONE
STAINLESS STEEL HOLLOWARE
VASELLAME IN ACCIAIO
Cafe&Club line is manufactured with austenitic stainless steel, type AISI 304
(18/10), highly resistant to corrosion.
Surface finish, mirror finish or satin finish, are obtained by hand polishing in
order to get a better quality.
La linea Cafe&Club è prodotta in acciaio inossidabile austenitico tipo AISI 304 (18/10)
ad alta resistenza alla corrosione.
Le finiture superficiali, lucida a specchio o satinata, sono realizzate con spazzolatura a
mano per ottenere un migliore risultato qualitativo.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
NORME DI MANUTENZIONE
After each use wash the items in hot water and neutral washing detergent.
Do not use detergents containing chlorine and/or alkali cleaners. Never use
any type of scraper or steel wool which will scratch the surface of the items.
Due to the presence of chlorine on the purifying process, above 50 °C, as
occurs during the cycle of dishwashing, hydrochloric acid tends to form, which
is an aggressive agent for the stainless steel. Therefore the items must be
removed from the dishwasher as soon as the cycle is completed and wiped
with a soft cloth. Professional user are advised to install a dechlorinator
upstream from the dishwasher to reduce the quantity of chlorine in the water.
Dopo l’utilizzo lavare con acqua calda e detergenti neutri. Non usare detergenti a base
di cloro e prodotti candeggianti. Non usare mai spugne abrasive o pagliette di ferro
che grafierebbero la superficie dei prodotti. A causa della presenza di cloro nei processi
di purificazione dell’acqua, oltre i 50° C, come avviene durante il ciclo di lavaggio
in lavastoviglie, l’acido cloridrico tende a formarsi. Esso è un agente aggressivo per
l’acciaio inossidabile. Pertanto gli oggetti devono essere tolti dalla lavastoviglie non
appena il ciclo di lavaggio è completato e possibilmente asciugati perfettamente.
Si raccomanda agli utilizzatori professionali di installare un decloratore a monte
dell’impianto di lavaggio per ridurre la quantità di cloro nell’acqua.
SILVERPLATED HOLLOWARE
VASELLAME ARGENTATO
Purity of the silver layer 999,8 ‰
Purezza argento al 999,8 ‰
Silver-plating conforms to international specifications and the point more
subject to wear and tear are reinforced. Strict tests, which simulate the every
day use of the items, check the adhesion of the silver deposit. The silver layer
can withstand temperatures up to 410°C/770°F and this enables them to be
put in food warming ovens with no risk of the silver peeling off.
Argentatura a specifiche internazionali. Spessore differenziato con rinforzo nei punti
di maggiore usura. L’aderenza del deposito di argento è collaudata con i più severi test
che simulano l’intenso uso quotidiano dei pezzi. Il deposito di argento resiste fino a
410°C / 770°F che consente di inserire gli oggetti negli appositi forni per mantenere il
cibo caldo senza che si manifestino fenomeni di sfogliamento del deposito di argento.

NORME DI MANUTENZIONE
The same maintenance instructions of the stainless steel ware apply to
the silver. The silver coating can oxidize. This process is not a defect and it
doesn’t damage the silver, but is a natural characteristic which only alters
the colour of the surface, initially to yellowish and eventually to brown
and black. This oxidation can be quickly removed with a good silver polish
products, either in form of paste or of liquid solution.
Quanto indicato per il vasellame in acciaio vale anche per quello argentato.
La superficie argentata tende a sulfurarsi. Questo fenomeno non è un difetto e non
danneggia l’argento, ma è una caratteristica naturale di questo nobile metallo, che
dapprima ingiallisce fino poi a diventare marrone e nero. Questa sulfurazione può
essere eliminata facilmente con buoni prodotti per la pulitura dell’argento, sia in pasta
che in soluzione liquida.

The electrostatic furnace coating process enhances the resistance to the wear and tear of daily use.

VASELLAME COLORATO

La successiva cottura in forno, garantisce una elevata resistenza all’usura.
