CARATTERISTICHE TECNICHE:
•Colore grigio RAL 7035.
•Grado di protezione IP65.
•Materiale poliestere termoindurente rinforzato con fibre di vetro Halogen Free e autoestinguente V0 secondo UL94.
•Doppio isolamento, resistenza all’urto: IK10, 20j, secondo EN 62262.
•Temperature d’installazione e d’impiego: -25°C +60°C.
•Resistenza al calore anomalo (GWT): 960°C con porta cieca - 650°C per porta con oblò.
•Tensione d’impiego nominale 1000V, utilizzabili in ambito fotovoltaico.
•Porta reversibile destra o sinistra apribile oltre 180° con perni metallici in acciaio inox.
•Testate completamente libere e lisce per una facile apertura ed ingresso tubi.
•Telaio estraibile dotato di predisposizione per installazione posteriore di canali da cablaggio.
•Piastre di fondo metalliche o in materiale isolante fissabili direttamente al fondo anche in presenza del telaio, oppure
regolabili a diverse altezze con il kit EC625REG.
•Possibilità di installare interruttori con altezza di 48 o 75 mm, anche 102 mm dalla misura 435x505x215.
•One-Screw-System: viteria unificata per i diversi accessori per un montaggio più semplice e veloce.
•Controporta reversibile destra o sinistra con perni metallici in acciaio inox, maniglia ergonomica e serratura a triangolo,
regolabile su due altezze con reticolo di riferimento per fissaggio apparecchiature.
•Fissaggio dei pannelli sfinestrati o ciechi singoli o doppi con viti a 1/4 di giro.
CONSTRUCTIVE TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
•Colour: grey RAL 7035.
•IP65 protection degree.
•Material: made of halogen free reinforced fiberglass polyester, self-extinguishing V0 degree according to UL94.
•Double insulation, shock resistance: IK10, 20j, according to EN 62262.
•Application temperature: minimum –25°, maximum +60°.
•Resistance to abnormal heat (GWT)- board with blank door up to 960°C - board with transparent window up to 650°C.
•Application voltage 1000V, suitable for photovoltaic plants.
•Right or left reversible door with stainless steel pins – it can be opened more than 180°.
•Plain and smooth headboards for easy opening and conduit inlet.
•Removable frame ready to install slotted trunkings in the back.
•Back plates made up of metal or insulating material can be fixed directly to the board back, also if the frame is used,
or can be adjusted to different heights through the kit EC625REG.
• Possibility to mount 48-75mm high switches or 102mm high switches starting from the board with dimensions 435x505x215.
• One-Screw-System: only one type of screws is used for the different accessories in order to permit a simple and easy assembly.
•Left or right reversible counter door with stainless steel pins, ergonomic handle, triangle lock, adjustable at two different
heights with reference grid for the fixing of the devices.
•Fixing of the single/double blank or windowed panels through a ¼ turn screws.

•Parois extérieures lisses pour faciliter le perçage des entrées de câbles, tubes ou presse-étoupe.
•Châssis extractible doté de prédispositions pour une installation ultérieure de goulottes de câblage.
•Plaque de fond métallique ou en matière isolante, se fixant directement sur le fond même en présence d’un châssis, ou
pouvant être réglée sur différentes hauteurs grâce au Kit EC625REG.
•Possibilité d’installer des disjoncteurs hauteur 48 à 75 mm, et disjoncteur 102 mm à partir du modèle 435x505x215.
•One-Screw-System (système mono-visserie) : un seul type de visserie pour les divers accessoires permettant un montage
plus simple et plus rapide.
•Porte intermédiaire réversible droite ou gauche, avec des charnières métalliques en acier inoxydable, poignée ergonomique
et serrure triangulaire, réglable sur deux hauteurs, avec quadrillage pour faciliter la fixation des appareillages.
•Fixation des modules DIN ou pleins simples et doubles par vis ¼ de tour.
