4. Modalità di prenotazione • Booking conditions • Reservierungsbedingungen
Le prenotazioni dovranno pervenire a Firma Eventi entro il 31 maggio 2007. La prenotazione sarà ritenuta valida solo se è debitamente compilata ed accompagnata
da caparra pari al 25% del soggiorno prenotato. Il saldo dovrà essere effettuato entro il 3 agosto 2007. La conferma della prenotazione alberghiera sarà eseguita
da Firma Eventi dando priorità all’ordine cronologico di ricevimento delle richieste. Le prenotazioni pervenute successivamente saranno accettate con riserva. In
caso di esaurimento disponibilità della categoria di albergo o della località richiesta Firma Eventi offrirà al cliente una soluzione alternativa.
The hotel reservation form should be sent to Firma Eventi within 31st May 2007. The reservation will be valid only if rightly filled in and only with the receipt of a
deposit of 25% of the total amount of the reserved stay. The settlement should be sent within 3rd August 2007. Confirmation of hotel accommodation will be made
by Firma Eventi in chronological order of receiving requests. Bookings made after this date will be accepted only after checking. In case of end of availability in the
chosen hotel category or requested resort Firma Eventi will offer alternative solution in accordance with the participants.
Das Hotelreservierungsformular ist an Firma Eventi innerhalb 31. Mai 2007 einzusenden. Die komplett ausgefuelltete Reservierung ist güeltig nur nach Erhalt einer
Anzahlung von 25% des Gesamtbetrages der Aufenthaltsdauer. Die Restzahlung ist innerhalb 03. August 2007 zu zahlen.Die Bestätigung der Hotelbuchung
geschieht nach der Reihenfolge der Anmeldungen. Sollten Buchungen nach Verfallfristdatum ankommen, werden sie nur nach Überprüfung akzeptiet. Im Fall
einer aufgebrauchten Verfügbarkeit der gewünschten Hotelklasse oder der gewählten Aufenthaltsorte wird Firma Eventi, eine alternative Lösung mit Kundeneinverständniß
zur Verfügung stellen.
