drilltec srl nasce nel 2012 per volontà dei suoi soci di mettere a frutto l’esperienza maturata nel campo delle perforazioni
e di porsi come un punto di riferimento per le imprese del

di attrezzature quali perforatrici idrauliche, motocompressori, impianti di iniezioni per noleggi a breve, medio e lungo
termine, corredato da un nutrito magazzino di accessori per
la perforazione, ingegneria civile, sondaggi e pozzi d’acqua.

La gamma MDT consta di 14 modelli di perforatrici idrauliche
per la piccola perforazione e gallerie e 6 modelli di rotary
idrauliche cingolate per il grande diametro.
The MDT range consists of 14 models of hydraulic drills for
drilling and small galleries and 6 models of rotary hydraulic
crawler for large diameter.

PERFORATRICI MULTIUSO “LINEA K”/ MULTI-USE DRILL RIGS “K LINE”
Le perforatrici multiuso “LINEA K” si caratterizzano per una
elevata versatilità. Dotate di ralla centrale, possono eseguire
perforazioni verticali, inclinate e orizzontali coprendo un arco
di oltre 180°, ideali per eseguire consolidamenti galleria anche
di piccole dimensioni. I modelli 40K e 40SK date le dimensioni
ridotte sono particolarmente indicate per interni e spazi ristretti

eseguire opere di consolidamento per la realizzazione di tunnel di medie e grandi dimensioni, diametro oltre 14mt, mediante esecuzione, prima dello scavo, di infilaggi al fronte ed
in corona esterna od iniezioni jet-grouting. Profondità di perforazione utile pari a 18 mt, come la corsa della rotary, che
può diventare 24 mt. tramite l’utilizzo di traliccio posteriore
fissato direttamente sul mast, abbinato a mandrino passante installato sulla stessa rotary. Mast dotato di dispositivo di
supporto e tensionamento dei tubi idraulici e di trasporto fluidi
di perforazione per evitare che gli stessi restino appoggiati a
terra, senza mai interferire con le operazioni di traslazione e
perforazione. Notevoli doti di elevata manovrabilità, affidabilità e produttività, anche in caso di utilizzo in condizioni estremamente gravose, il tutto grazie all’adozione di numerose soluzioni tecniche innovative e di un accurato dimensionamento
di tutte le parti strutturali. Dispositivi di protezione attivi e passivi garantiscono sempre condizioni di massima sicurezza per

Single mast forepoling drill rig MDT640GM is designed to perform consolidation operations for the creation of medium- and
large-sized tunnels through the execution, before excavation,
of the front and external perimetric forepoling or jet-grouting
injections. It is therefore possible to operate in sections of
tunnel with a diameter greater than 14 metres and with a treatment depth of up to 24 metres in conditions of maximum reliability, even in the case of extremely onerous uses, with very
high production rates, thanks to the adoption of numerous innovative technical solutions and to careful dimensioning of all
the structural parts. The mast is equipped with a very efficient
system for support and collection of the hydraulic piping and
drilling fluid transportation system which goes to the rotary in
order to prevent free piping which could interfere with the rest
of the machine or make transfer and drilling operations difficult.
Excellent qualities in terms of manoeuvrability, reliability and
productivity, even if used in extremely difficult conditions, all this thanks to the adoption of many innovative technical
solutions and precise dimensioning of all the elements of the
structure. Active and passive safety devices always guarantee the most safe working conditions to the operator and
other rig personnel.

La gamma Silver Clip della Montabert è stata studiata per essere utilizzata su terne ed escavatori compatti. Robustezza,

Clip. Il sistema di protezione contro i colpi a vuoto e corpo
martello senza tiranti di assemblaggio (sistemi brevettati),
assicurano una lunga durata del martello. Il dispositivo di recupero dell’energia trasmette l’energia del rimbalzo al colpo
successivo, aumentando la potenza del colpo stesso. Esente
da ricariche di azoto: l’azoto è contenuto in una membrana sigillata. Un sistema brevettato consente lo smontaggio rapido

The Montabert Silver Clip line, is designed to be used on all
types of carriers from micro, mini, midi excavators to backhoe
loaders. The system of protection against blank firing and
body hammer without ties assembly (patented systems) to
ensure a long service life of the hammer. The energy recovery device transmits the energy of rebound in the next shot,
increasing the power of the shot itself. Free refills of nitrogen:

recupero dell’energia consente di recuperare l’energia del rimbalzo per trasmetterla al colpo successivo, aumentando così

i colpi a vuoto protegge il martello e la macchina portante. E’
disponibile il kit di pressurizzazione per applicazioni in ambienti subacquei, o il kit tunnel (V32/V45/V55) per lavori di scavo

La gamma BLUE LINE di Montabert nasce con l’obbiettivo
di mantenere l’alta qualità a prezzi contenuti, grazie ad un design semplice e robusto. La gamma BLUE LINE, costruita

assemblata e testata negli stabilimenti Montabert. La distribuzione brevettata controlla il movimento del pistone per incrementare la potenza di battuta. Il sistema di recupero dell’energia aumenta la potenza di battuta recuperando l’enrgia di
rimbalzo e aggiungendola a quella del colpo successivo. Si
ottiene così una riserva automatica di potenza, necessaria per
demolire i materiali molto duri e compatti. La sovrapressione

idrauliche è le sollecitazioni sulle saldature. La sospensione

CPA E PERFORATORI IDRAULICI / CPA AND HYDRAULIC DRIFTERS
I perforatori idraulici serie HC, sono dotati di un pistone dal
disegno unico, che permette la trasmissione dell’onda d’urto
in modo progressivo. Sono disponibili nei modelli da 69 a 418
Kg e possono essere dotati di “reverse percussion” per un
rapido disincaglio delle aste.
Una perfetta combinazione tra perforatrici idrauliche e slitte
di perforazione agili e versatili è rappresentata dalle soluzioni
Montabert CPA. Esse permettono di sfruttare una macchina
portante, ad esempio un escavatore, per realizzare perforazioni anche profonde per demolizioni o consolidamenti.

A completamento delle attrezzature per l’esecuzione dei cantieri di opere speciali, drilltec mette a

e iniezione, volti a soddisfare le esigenze dei
cantieri anche in situazioni gravose. I gruppi di iniezione e miscelazione sono dipsonibili inversione elettrica,

turbomiscelatore, un agitatore e un iniettore.

Costruite con acciai di altissima qualità e inserti in carburo di
tungsteno cementato, le punte fondo foro possono adattarsi a

ASTE DI PERFORAZIONE FRIZIONATE
Le aste di perforazione fornite da drilltec sono realizzate saldando per attrito (frizione) dei manicotti in 42CrMo4 bonificato
con nitrurazione su di un tubo in acciaio API 5 CT grado n80
di diverso spessore a seconda della destinazione (rotazione,
rotopercussione). Prima della fase di saldatura, le estremità
del tubo vengono forgiate per migliorare la resistenza della
saldatura.
Le aste frizionate vengono fornite a seconda delle esigenze
in diverse lunghezze e con diverse filettature, i manicotti sono
dotati di piani chiave per lo smontaggi manuale.

The drilling rods provided by drilltec are made by welding by
friction of the sleeves in 42CrMo4 quenched with nitriding, on
a steel pipe API 5 CT N80 of different thickness depending on
the destination (rotation, rotary percussion). Before the step of
welding, the pipe ends are shaped to improve the resistance
of the weld.
The frictioned rods are provided in different lengths and with
different threads, the sleeves are provided with chamfers for
the manual disassembly.

TUBI DI RIVESTIMENTO E SCARPE / CASING AND SHOES
In hard conditions of drilling, where soils tend to collapse and
it is not possible to drilling free, must to use the casing that
can be introduced into the hole with different systems, dependent on the morphology of the soil.
The casing provided by drilltec are constituted by an intermediate pipe steel grade n80 and sleeves 42 CrMo4 quenched with nitriding. The welding, performed in several passes,
between the two elements has made after to have appropriately and accurately forged tubes.
Nel caso di perforazioni in condizioni gravose, dove i terreni
tendono a collassare e non è possibile perforare a foro libero,
viene utilizzato il tubo di rivestimento che può essere introdotto nel foro con diversi sistemi, dipendenti dalla morfologia del
terreno.
I tubi di rivestimento forniti da drilltec sono costituiti da un tubo
intermedio in acciao di grado n80 e da manicotti in 42 CrMo4
bonificato con nitrurazione. La saldatura, eseguita in più passate, fra i due elementi avviene dopo aver opportunamente ed

Drilltec propone diversi sistemi di perforazione a seconda delle esigenze.
Trascinatore è un sistema applicato sotto la testa di rotazione che permette di far ruotare simultaneamente aste e rivestimenti grazie al sistema di innesto fra il trascinatore interno
posto sulla batteria di aste e il trascinatore esterno posto sulla
batteria dei rivestimenti. Sono disponibili tutti i diametri relativi
ai rivestimenti prodotti.

diametri 101 e 131 e il T1 S apribile nei diametri 101 e 127,
che consente di riporre il campione prelevato direttamente nella cassetta catalogatrice.
Environmental core barrel: permits to operate in accordance

alla rotazione delle aste, che potrebbero danneggiarlo, inoltre
il campione viene preservato anche dall’azione del fluido di
perforazione che circola tra tubo esterno e tubi interno. Il tagliente, avendo una superficie limitata, permette una velocità
di avanzamento elevata e una bassa usura. E’ disponibile nei
diametri: 76, 86, 101mm e nelle lunghezze 1500 e 3000mm.
DOUBLE CORE BARREL-T2: is a thin-walled double core barrel, the outer tube and stainless N80. E ‘recommended for
fast and safe drilling in stony soils. The inner non rotating tube
preserves the soil sample from torsional stress of the rods,
and prevents from washing out the core. It gives an high penetration in hard rocks because of the small cutting surface with
all the consequent benefits as high coring percentage, less
bending and wear on the equipment.

CAROTIERE DOPPIO DENISON: viene utilizzato qualora si
presenti la necessità di ottenere un campione perfettamente
asciutto e con un alto grado di protezione. La parte interna
non rotante che contiene un tubo in PVC, sporge al di sotto della corona e penetra a pressione nel terreno grazie alla scarpa
tagliente. il campione è trattenuto da un particolare estrattore
a cestello con lamelle sottili ed elastiche che chiudono sotto il
peso del campione che man mano entra.
E’ disponibile nei diametri: campionatore 101mm, lunghezza
fustella 1500, diametro fustella 75mm.
DOUBLE CORE BARREL DENISON: is used in soft soil, where
there is the need to obtain a sample perfectly dry and with a high
