Pressure transmitter
L'indicatore digitale da pannello MAN2 è stato realizzato per
essere impiegato come un indicatore di pressione economico
interfacciato a trasmettitori di pressione amplificati.
Ideale per essere utilizzato in sistemi per il monitoraggio e il
controllo, grazie alle 2 soglie di allarme con uscita a relè che
possono essere impiegate per segnalare livelli (minimo e
massimo) di serbatoi, silos ecc…
Internamente è stato realizzato in tecnologia mista (SMD e
tradizionale) per garantire una maggiore affidabilità elettrica e
meccanica anche in ambienti sottoposti a vibrazioni.
La catena di amplificatori e il convertitore da strumentazione
(4000 divisioni interne) sono idonei per gestire segnali analogici
provenienti da trasmettitori amplificati in tensione o corrente.
Le letture possono essere stabilizzate mediante un filtro
analogico regolabile dall'utente, che permette di mantenere più
stabile la misura visualizzata dal display, attenuando oscillazioni o
vibrazioni meccaniche dei circuiti idraulici, oleodinamici ecc…

Tutte le calibrazioni (fondo scala e zero del display) possono
essere effettuate dall'utente mediante appositi trimmers per le
regolazioni fini (±20%) accessibili asportando il pannello
anteriore.
Le impostazioni dei SET POINTS (attivi nel campo positivo) sono
facilmente accessibili dal pannello anteriore e regolabili mediante
trimmer.
MAN2 digital indicator for panels has been realised to be used as
an economical pressure indicator to be interfaced with amplified
pressure transmitter.
It is ideal to be employed in monitoring and controlling systems,
because of its 2 alarm thresholds with relay output that can be
used to indicate minimum and maximum levels of tanks, silos, etc...
It has been internally manufactured with a mixed (SMD and
traditional) tec hnology, to ensure a higher electrical and
mechanical reliability even in situations where vibrations are
involved .
The chain of amplifiers and the instrumental converter (4000
internal divisions) are suitable for managing analogue signals
from amplified pressure transducers, either in tension or in
current.
Readings can be filtered by an analogue filter, adjustable by the
operator, which enables to keep stable the measurement shown
by damping oscillations or mechanical vibrations of the structures.
On request, indicator can be provided with :

adjustable SET POINTS on negative scale (depression)
Amplified input signal: 0-5V, 0-10V, 0-20mA.
Power supply : 115Vac, 24Vdc, 12Vdc
Calibrations (full scale and zero of the display) can be performed
by the operator, with the use of a trimmer for fine regulations
(±20%), which is accessible by removing the front panel.
SET POINTS setting (active in positive field) are easily accessible
from front panel and adjustable via trimmer as well.
