Cos’è il sistema DROP SYSTEM ?
What’s the DROP SYSTEM ?
Il DS – DROP SYSTEM di Ready System è un nuovo sistema di pulizia e
sanificazione che si basa sull’impiego di mop pre-impregnati: l’operatore li
utilizza trattati e preparati prima dell’inizio del turno di lavoro, senza doverli poi
bagnare o strizzare, evitando in questo modo tempi morti e inutili sprechi.
Elemento fondamentale per la preparazione dei mop è il nuovo cassetto
estraibile completo di coperchio o dell’apposita griglia per un’uniforme
impregnazione dei ricambi.
The DS - DROP SYSTEM of Ready System is a new cleaning and sanitation
system based on the use of pre-impregnated mops: the operator uses them
treated and prepared before each shift, without having to wet or later wring
them, thus avoiding downtime and wastage.
Essential for the preparation of the mops is the new drawer complete of cover
or perforated lid for a uniform impregnation of the mop replacements.

impregnato dopo la pulizia di ogni stanza (circa 20-25 mq.) riducendo così
il rischio di contaminazione incrociata batterica.

all’uso pertanto, una volta impregnati i mop, non deve eseguire
nessun’altra operazione.

permette di ridurre al minimo i tempi di formazione.
- RISPARMIO PRODOTTO CHIMICO: il sistema di dosaggio e la corretta
distribuzione di detergente su panni e mop permettono un notevole
risparmio sul costo dei prodotti chimici.
- ECOLOGICO: il risparmio del prodotto chimico minimizza l’impatto ambientale.
- MAXIMUM HYGIENE: the DS system is based on replacing the mop after
cleaning each room (about 20-25 sqm.) thus reducing the risk of bacterial
cross-contamination.
- TIME SAVING: The operator uses mop replacements ready for use;
once the mops are impregnated he must not perform any other task.
- EASE OF USE: The easy and tested preparation method requires a
minimum training time;
- CHEMICAL SAVING: the dosing system and proper distribution of solution
on cleaning cloths and mops allows considerable savings on the cost
of chemicals.

La forma trapezoidale dell’attrezzo permette un’accurata pulizia anche in
punti difficili da raggiungere come angoli, fessure ecc.
L’aderenza del ricambio al telaio viene garantita da due listelli di velcro che
possono essere sostituiti in caso di usura.
La leggerezza dell’alluminio e la maneggevolezza dell’attrezzo lo rendono
ideale anche da un punto di vista ergonomico.

The trapezoidal shape of the tool allows a thorough cleaning in areas hard
to reach as corners, cracks, etc..
The adhesion of the frame to the mop is provided by two strips of velcro
that can be replaced when worn.
The lightness of the aluminium material and the handling of the tool make
it ideal even under an ergonomic point of view.

Il potere elettrostatico del poliestere contenuto nel filato della microfibra
cattura e trattiene lo sporco e i batteri.
La lavorazione del filato “ad anello chiuso”, favorisce la rimozione dello
sporco e l’intrappolamento dello stesso, garantendo una pulizia efficace
senza lasciare aloni o striature.

The specific electrostatic effect of the polyester contained in the microfiber
yarn catches and holds dirt and bacteria.
The "closed loop" processing of the yarn helps to remove and trap the dirt,
ensuring effective cleaning without leaving streaks or striations.

Telaio in polipropilene cm. 42x9 completo di snodo universale.
Il telaio NO TOUCH è così chiamato perché consente di inserire un ricambio
o di gettare un mop sporco senza che questo venga mai a contatto con le
mani dell’operatore, garantendo in questo modo la massima igiene.
Questo è possibile grazie all’apposita molla spingi tasca brevettata inserita
sulla parte superiore del telaio. NO TOUCH è realizzato in polipropilene,
materiale leggero e resistente agli urti e ai prodotti chimici.

The NO TOUCH frame is so called because it allows you to insert a clean
mop or to dispose of a dirty mop without it ever being in contact with the
operator's hands, thus ensuring maximum hygiene. This is possible thanks
to the special patented “pushing-pocket spring” on the upper part of the
frame. NO TOUCH is made of polypropylene, lightweight, shock and
chemical resistant material.

Questo ricambio è realizzato con la nuova rivoluzionaria microfibra ZEBRY
caratterizzata da una particolarissima struttura a “V” che, volutamente,
interrompe l’uniformità di contatto tra la microfibra e il pavimento stesso.
Gli spazi che si creano consentono al filamento di penetrare più a fondo nei
pori delle superfici o nelle fughe delle piastrelle e di effettuare una pulizia
più accurata e completa.

This replacement is made of the revolutionary ZEBRY microfiber characterized
by a special "V" structure that deliberately interrupts the uniformity of contact
between the microfiber and the floor itself. The spaces that are created allow
the filament to penetrate deeper into the pores of surfaces or the drains of
the tiles and to clean in a more accurate and thorough way.

MICRO SILVER
Panno in microfibra antibatterica cm. 40x40.
MICRO SILVER è un panno in microfibra con trattamento antimicrobico
basato su nanotecnologie agli ioni d’argento. Questi ioni attivi hanno un
forte potere ossidante: distruggono batteri e funghi ossidandone la membrana
cellulare e inibiscono così lo sviluppo dei fattori patogeni limitando la
contaminazione incrociata batterica. L’efficacia antibatterica resiste anche
dopo 500 lavaggi ed è stata provata su 5 tipi di batterio e 2 funghi.

MICRO SILVER is a microfiber cloth with antimicrobial treatment based on silver
ion nanotechnology. These active ions have a strong oxidizing power: they
destroy bacteria and fungi oxidizing the cell membrane and thus inhibiting the
growth of pathogenic factors limiting the cross contamination of bacteria
between areas. The effectiveness of the antibacterial treatment resists even
after 500 washes and was tested on 5 types of bacteria and 2 fungi.

ANTABOX LINE
Elemento essenziale del nuovo DS-DROP SYSTEM è la linea di carrelli
chiamata ANTABOX che utilizza base, accessori e componenti della linea
di carrelli multiuso in polipropilene con montanti in alluminio ANTARES,
già presente nella nostra gamma da qualche anno.
Essential element of the new DS-DROP SYSTEM is the line of trolley called
ANTABOX which makes use of base, accessories and components of the
ANTARES line (polypropylene janitorial trolleys with aluminium lateral
supports) already in our range for some years.
Caratteristiche fondamentali:
- I cassetti sono removibili e possono essere dotati di coperchio o griglia
per l’impregnazione dei mop;
- I secchi 6 lt. sono identificati a seconda delle aree da pulire (codice colore);
- Gli angoli sono arrotondati per una migliore e completa pulizia;
- La configurazione dei carrelli è modulare grazie al sistema patentato ad
incastro degli accessori a coda di rondine;
- I carrelli sono equipaggiati con porta sacco doppio completo di rinforzo
laterale; il sacco blu è indicato per la raccolta dei rifiuti normali e quello
rosso per la raccolta di panni e mop in microfibra già utilizzati e destinati
alla lavanderia.
Main features:
- The removable drawers may be fitted with a lid or special grate for even
impregnation of the mops.
- The 6 lt. buckets are identified according to work area by means of a
colour code.
- The rounded corners of the structure make it easier to clean.
- The trolley configuration is modular thanks to the patented dovetail system
used to couple the accessories.
- The trolley is equipped with a double bag support complete of lateral
reinforcing bar: the blue bag is suitable to collect the rubbish and the red bag
to collect the mops and microfiber cloths used and to be sent to the laundry.

PREPARAZIONE MOP
MOPS PREPARATION
Premessa:
La fase di impregnazione avviene preventivamente all’avvio dell’attività. Una
volta valutate la quantità e la tipologia delle superfici da trattare, l’operatore
può procedere selezionando unicamente gli strumenti necessari: quantità e
tipologia panni e mop, detergenti e/o disinfettanti.
Introduction:
The impregnation phase occurs prior start-up. Having assessed the quantity
and type of surfaces to be cleaned, the operator can proceed by selecting only
the necessary tools: quantity and type of cloths and mops, detergents and/or
disinfectants.
Disporre nel cassetto, in senso verticale, i mop per la detersione o
disinfezione dei pavimenti.
Place in the tray, vertically, the mop for cleaning or disinfection of floors.
Il cassetto può contenere dai 20 ai 25 mop secondo la tipologia.
Nel caso i mop fossero in quantità inferiore a quella indicata è possibile
dividere il cassetto tramite l’apposito divisorio.
The drawer can contain 20 to 25 mops depending on the type.
If the mops were in amounts less than indicated, it is possible to divide
the drawer through the appropriate divider.
Preparare in un secchiello la soluzione con acqua e detergente/disinfettante
nella quantità e nella diluzione descritte nella tabella qui sotto.
Posizionare la griglia di impregnazione sul cassetto e versare la soluzione.
Lasciare assorbire la soluzione per 10 minuti.
Prepare the solution in a bucket with water and detergent/disinfectant in
quantity and dilution described in the table below.
Place the perforated lid on the drawer and pour the impregnation solution.
Allow the solution to be absorbed for 10 minutes.
Togliere la griglia e posizionare l’apposito coperchio sui mop appena
impregnati.
Remove the perforated lid and place the appropriate cover on the mops just
impregnated.

Istruzioni generali
1) Lavarsi accuratamente le mani.
2) Indossare guanti monouso sterili e sostituirli ad ogni stanza e
dopo la sanificazione dei sanitari.
3) Svuotare i cestini dei rifiuti nell’apposito sacco blu.
4) Qualora siano presenti detriti o sporco libero effettuarne la rimozione.
5) Sostituire i panni in microfibra ad ogni unità paziente.
6) Sostituire il mop ad ogni stanza.
7) Gettare i panni utilizzati nell’apposito sacco rosso di raccolta.
General instructions
1) Wash your hands thoroughly.
2) Wear disposable sterile gloves and dispose of them to every room
and after the sanitation of healthcare.
3) Empty the trash bag in the dedicated blue bag.
4) If debris or dirt are present on the floor then remove them.
5) Replace the microfiber cloths to each unit patient.
6) Replace the mop to every room.
7) Dispose of the used clothes/mops into the laundry dedicated red bag.
Riempire i secchielli lt. 6 con i relativi prodotti
chimici e abbinare i panni in microfibra al colore
corrispondente del secchiello. Prelevare il panno
dal secchiello corrispondente.
Fill the 6 lt. buckets with the related chemicals
and match microfiber cloth to the corresponding
color of the bucket.
Take the cloth from the matching bucket.
Iniziare l’operazione di sanificazione utilizzando
i panni (disponibili nei vari colori) sulle superfici
più alte.
The sanitation operation begins using the cloths
(available in different colors) on the higher surfaces.
Terminata l’operazione di pulizia, gettare il panno
nell’apposito sacco rosso per la raccolta panni e
mop già utilizzati.
When the operation is finished, dispose of the
cloth into the red bag collecting cloths and mops
already used.
1° SISTEMA - ATTREZZO VELCRO CON MICROFIBRA LOOP

Pulire il pavimento prima
lungo le pareti della
stanza, quindi iniziando
dall’angolo più lontano
rispetto all’uscita
indietreggiando con
movimento a “S” in modo
da non calpestare la
porzione di pavimento
già pulita.
Prelevare dal cassetto un mop pre-impregnato.
Take from the drawer a pre-impregnated mop.
Posizionare il ricambio sul pavimento ed far aderire
l’attrezzo velcro con una semplice pressione
dall’alto verso il basso del manico.
Place the mop replacement on the floor and match
the frame with velcro with a simple top-down
pressure of the handle.
Clean the floor by starting along the walls of the
room, then from the farthest edge walking
backwards with “S” movement so as not to
trample on the portion of the floor already clean.
Terminata l’operazione di sanificazione, staccare
il ricambio utilizzato dal telaio senza toccarlo,
aiutandosi con il piede.
When the operation is done, remove the mop from
the holder by stepping on it, without touching it.
Incrociare il ricambio con l’attrezzo e sollevarlo
per facilitare la rimozione del ricambio.
Cross the mop with the frame and lift it in order
to easily remove it.
Unire le estremità del ricambio e staccarlo con le
mani tirando verso il basso.
Join the ends of the mop replacement and
remove it from the frame with hands, by pulling
down.
Gettare il ricambio nell’apposito sacco rosso per
la raccolta panni e mop già utilizzati.
Dispose of the mop into the red bag collecting
cloths and mops already used.
2° SISTEMA - TELAIO NO TOUCH CON MICROFIBRA ZEBRY
2° SYSTEM - NO TOUCH FRAME AND ZEBRY MICROFIBER
Prelevare dal cassetto un mop pre-impregnato.
Take from the drawer a pre-impregnated mop.
Posizionare il ricambio sul pavimento ed inserire il
telaio in posizione aperta (agire sul pulsante di
sgancio con il piede) nelle tasche laterali.
Place the mop replacement on the floor and insert
the frame in the “open position” (acting on the
release button with the foot) into the side pockets.
Spingere il manico verso il basso fino ad avvenuto
aggancio del pulsante del telaio (posizione chiusa).
Push the handle down until the frame is coupled
and ready to use (closed position).
Terminata l’operazione di sanificazione, agire sul
pulsante del telaio con il piede per aprilo.
When the operation is done, push with the foot
on the button in order to release the frame.
Sollevare il telaio NO TOUCH e depositare il
ricambio nell’apposito sacco rosso per la raccolta
panni e mop già utilizzati.
Lift the NO TOUCH frame and let the mop slip
off into the red bag collecting cloths and mops
already used.
Pulire il pavimento prima

Clean the floor by starting along the walls of the

La metodologia illustrata (sistema 1 e 2) può essere utilizzata per le
seguenti operazioni di pulizia:
