La lunga consuetudine a fianco degli operatori ha suggerito a IPC Ready System, leader nella produzione di
sistemi di pulizia manuale delle superfici che si caratterizzano per l’adozione delle più avanzate tecnologie,
di approfondire ulteriormente la ricerca di materiali performanti, in grado di garantire la massima
qualità dei risultati nell’assoluto rispetto dell’ambiente, della necessità di abbattere tempi e costi di lavoro,
nonché di assicurare agli operatori minore fatica e maggiore confort.
Da questa ricerca è nata Zebry, la rivoluzionaria microfibra, coperta da brevetto esclusivo, che si distingue
da tutte quelle attualmente in commercio e segna un giro di boa nella pulizia manuale dei pavimenti.
A long tradition alongside the operators prompted IPC Ready System, a leader in the production
of manual cleaning systems for surfaces, well known for the adoption of the most advanced
technologies, to further intensify the research into high-performance materials capable of guaranteeing
maximum quality in the results with complete respect for the environment, of the need to lower times
and costs of labour, as well as ensuring less fatigue and more comfort for the operators.
This research resulted in the creation of the Zebry, a revolutionary microfibre
(protected by an exclusive patent) that stands out from all those products currently
on the market and which marks a turning point in the manual cleaning of floors.

interrompe l’uniformità di contatto tra la
microfibra e il pavimento stesso.
Gli spazi che si creano consentono al filamento di penetrare
più a fondo nei pori delle superfici o nelle fughe delle piastrelle
e di effettuare una pulizia più accurata e completa.
Zebry has a very special “V” structure that purposely interrupts the uniformity
of the contact between the microfibres and the floor itself. The spaces that are
created allow the strand to penetrate deeper into the pores of the surfaces or into the grouts of tiles
and to carry out a more careful and complete cleaning.

La frangia, inoltre, è confezionata “a strisce”, che costituiscono altrettanti punti di raccolta dello sporco,
moltiplicando per il loro numero l’efficacia pulente. Lo sporco, infatti, non si concentra solo sui bordi, ma ogni
striscia ne raccoglie una determinata quantità, in quanto ogni striscia esercita una propria pressione sulla
superficie ed esplica la propria forza di rimozione.
Furthermore, the mop is manufactured in strips that likewise constitute
collection points for dirt, multiplying the cleaning effectiveness by
their number. Dirt, in fact, does not only concentrate on the borders
but each strip collects a certain quantity, as each strip exerts its own
pressure on the surfaces and carries out its own forced removal.
La particolare struttura della frangia ne aumenta la scorrevolezza, rendendo
l’operazione di lavaggio del pavimento più veloce e agevole,
con maggior rendimento per l’operatore e minore fatica, tanto più che le
fasi di risciacquo e strizzatura sono drasticamente ridotte, determinando
un’autonomia e una resa del 35% in più rispetto ai mops attualmente in uso.
The unique structure of the mop increases the smoothness,
making floor washing operations even quicker and easier,
with greater efficiency for the operator and less fatigue,
all the more so that the stages of rinsing and wringing are drastically
reduced, bringing about a range and a result that is 35% higher
with respect to the mops currently in use.
