I nuovi modelli ad alta pressione della serie
COMPACT rappresentano un segmento molto
importante nella gamma delle schiumatrici
per poliuretani bi-componenti prodotti e
commercializzati dalla Europoliuretani.
Adatta all’uso della quasi totalità dei poliuretani,
siano essi rigidi, flessibili, integrali, elastomerici,
ecc., la serie COMPACT unisce compattezza e
versatilità alla facilità d’impiego. Mantenendo
inalterate le caratteristiche tecniche e funzionali
della sorella maggiore (HPE), il sistema
COMPACT è facilmente spostabile e gli ingombri
contenuti dello stesso ne rende agile l’utilizzo
anche su spazi ridotti. La particolare cura nella
progettazione, all’estetica e la scelta da parte
dei tecnici-progettisti di componenti e materiali
di primissima scelta e qualità fanno della
serie COMPACT una linea di macchine molto
affidabile. Viene prodotta in vari modelli, che
si differenziano tra loro per la configurazione
del software, per la portata e la tipologia di
pompe e serbatoi. La distinzione principale
riguarda la scelta della pompa che può essere
ad ingranaggi (G) o pistoni (P), in funzione
del materiale da miscelare, dalla quale poi si
determina la tipologia di serbatoio: in pressione
(con certificazione PED) o normale. I serbatoi
inoltre vengono forniti con una intercapedine per
il riscaldamento/raffreddamento e sono provvisti

The new high pressure models of COMPACT
series represent a very important segment in the
range of polyurethane dual component foam
injection machines produced and marketed by
Europoliuretani. Suitable for use with almost all
types of polyurethanes are they rigid, flexible,
integral, elastomeric, etc. COMPACT series
combines compactness and versatility with ease
of use. While maintaining the technical and
functional features of its bigger sister (HPE), the
COMPACT system is easy to move around and
the compact dimensions of the same makes its
use easy even on small spaces. The special care
in the planning stage together with the selection
of only the best quality components make
of series COMPACT a very reliable and long
lasting equipment. It is produced in many
models which differ in the software configuration,
capacity and type of pumps and tanks installed.
The main distinction concerns the choice of
the pump which can be a gear (G) or a piston
(P) pump with respect to the material to be
mixed. The type of tank, pressurized (with PED
certification) or normal depends on the type
of pump chosen. The tanks are located inside
other tanks and the space in between is flooded
with fluid which is used as a method to heat the
chemicals using an immersion electric heater or
cool it using two stainless steel heat exchangers
(optional) in which circulates cold water supplied
by a cooling unit (optional). The precision of
both the ratio in weight and the percentage of

che da un potente microprocessore PLC da
due contatori volumetrici (flow meter) ad alta

Il software inoltre può interagire con sistemi
automatizzati di processo o di controllo in base
alle esigenze dei nostri clienti. Anche su questo
modello è stata dedicata particolare attenzione
alla movimentazione. Viene montato di serie
un braccio snodato con movimento verticale
e laterale con possibilità di autobilanciamento
pneumatico (optional) in modo che il peso della
testa nella sua movimentazione risulti nullo.
Qualsiasi spostamento avviene con estrema
facilità e precisione.
Testa di miscelazione
La testa di miscelazione ad alta pressione della
serie EPL montata di serie è costruita con il noto
sistema “camera ad L”, garantisce qualità e
ripetibilità nella schiumatura. La testa può essere
montata in posizione verticale o orizzontale
in base alle esigenze e l’iniezione può essere
eseguita sia a stampo aperto che chiuso. La
taratura dei componenti avviene direttamente in
testa tramite regolazione degli ugelli.
La testa è dotata di due camere cilindriche: la
camera di miscelazione, all’interno della quale
due iniettori spruzzano i due componenti ad
alta velocità e li miscelano, e una camera di
deflusso attraverso la quale il poliuretano in fase
di reazione defluisce nello stampo.

process or control on the basis of the customers’
needs. Also for this model particular attention
has been paid to the movement of the mixing
head. An articulated arm with vertical and
lateral movement and possibility of pneumatic
self-balancing (optional) is fixed. In this way the
weight of the head during its movement is equal
to zero. Every movement is easy and precise.
Mixing head
The series HPE comes equipped with
the model EPL mixing head. This head
is manufactured using the well known “L
chamber” system which is proven to give
excellent repeatability and good quality of the
foam. This mixing head can be installed on
request either horizontally or vertically and the
injection can be done in an open or closed
mould. The final calibration of the head is done
on site by adjausting the diameter of the orifice
of the nozzles to match the actual density and
specific weight of the chemicals in use.
The mixing head has two cylindrical chambers
the first is to mix the two components coming
from the high pressure nozzles and the
other is to discharge the already expanding
polyurethane into the mould.

The new high pressure models of COMPACT
series represent a very important segment in the
range of polyurethane dual component foam
injection machines produced and marketed by
Europoliuretani. Suitable for use with almost all
types of polyurethanes are they rigid, flexible,
integral, elastomeric, etc. COMPACT series
combines compactness and versatility with ease
of use. While maintaining the technical and
functional features of its bigger sister (HPE), the
COMPACT system is easy to move around and
the compact dimensions of the same makes its
use easy even on small spaces. The special care
in the planning stage together with the selection
of only the best quality components make
of series COMPACT a very reliable and long
lasting equipment. It is produced in many
models which differ in the software configuration,
capacity and type of pumps and tanks installed.
The main distinction concerns the choice of
the pump which can be a gear (G) or a piston
(P) pump with respect to the material to be
mixed. The type of tank, pressurized (with PED
certification) or normal depends on the type
of pump chosen. The tanks are located inside
other tanks and the space in between is flooded
with fluid which is used as a method to heat the
chemicals using an immersion electric heater or
cool it using two stainless steel heat exchangers
(optional) in which circulates cold water supplied
by a cooling unit (optional). The precision of

dosaggi sia in termini di peso che di rapporto
tra i componenti viene garantita e gestita oltre
che da un potente microprocessore PLC da
due contatori volumetrici (flow meter) ad alta
precisione.
Il software inoltre può interagire con sistemi
automatizzati di processo o di controllo in base
alle esigenze dei nostri clienti. Anche su questo
modello è stata dedicata particolare attenzione
alla movimentazione. Viene montato di serie
un braccio snodato con movimento verticale
e laterale con possibilità di autobilanciamento
pneumatico (optional) in modo che il peso della
testa nella sua movimentazione risulti nullo.
Qualsiasi spostamento avviene con estrema
facilità e precisione.
Testa di miscelazione
La testa di miscelazione ad alta pressione della
serie EPL montata di serie è costruita con il noto
sistema “camera ad L”, garantisce qualità e
ripetibilità nella schiumatura. La testa può essere
montata in posizione verticale o orizzontale
in base alle esigenze e l’iniezione può essere
eseguita sia a stampo aperto che chiuso. La
taratura dei componenti avviene direttamente in
testa tramite regolazione degli ugelli.
La testa è dotata di due camere cilindriche: la
camera di miscelazione, all’interno della quale
due iniettori spruzzano i due componenti ad
alta velocità e li miscelano, e una camera di
deflusso attraverso la quale il poliuretano in fase
di reazione defluisce nello stampo.

not only by a powerful microprocessor PLC but
also by two high precision flow meters. The
software can interact with automated systems of
process or control on the basis of the customers’
needs. Also for this model particular attention
has been paid to the movement of the mixing
head. An articulated arm with vertical and
lateral movement and possibility of pneumatic
self-balancing (optional) is fixed. In this way the
weight of the head during its movement is equal
to zero. Every movement is easy and precise.
Mixing head
The series HPE comes equipped with
the model EPL mixing head. This head
is manufactured using the well known “L
chamber” system which is proven to give
excellent repeatability and good quality of the
foam. This mixing head can be installed on
request either horizontally or vertically and the
injection can be done in an open or closed
mould. The final calibration of the head is done
on site by adjausting the diameter of the orifice
of the nozzles to match the actual density and
specific weight of the chemicals in use.
The mixing head has two cylindrical chambers
the first is to mix the two components coming
from the high pressure nozzles and the
other is to discharge the already expanding
polyurethane into the mould.
