1. TERMINI DI GARANZIA
1. WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GENTILIN SRL, qui di seguito indicata come “GENTILIN” o “Produttore”, garantisce nei confronti del cliente-utente finale i Prodotti: Compressori serie C/E e CS/ES per un periodo di 36 mesi.
GENTILIN si obbliga, pertanto, a richiesta dell’utente-cliente finale, a rimuovere i malfunzionamenti sui Prodotti per tutto il periodo di garanzia, mediante riparazione diretta o tramite un suo
rappresentante autorizzato. Per malfunzionamento del prodotto si intende un difetto che si sia manifestato nonostante siano
state rispettate le specifiche tecniche, le precauzioni per l’installazione / manutenzione e le normali condizioni di utilizzo definite dal manuale utente. La presente Garanzia del Produttore è
efficace dalla data di acquisto, quale risultante dal documento di
acquisto (scontrino fiscale / fattura) e scade alla stessa data del
terzo anno successivo.
GENTILIN SRL, hereinafter referred to as “GENTILIN” or “Manufacturer”, guarantees the end customer-user that the Products: Compressors series C/E and CS/ES for a period of 36 months.
GENTILIN undertakes, therefore, upon end customer-user request,
to remove the malfunctions of its Products for the entire duration
of warranty period, either by direct repairs or by means of an authorized service centre. A malfunction of the product is defined as
a flaw noticed, regardless of the fact that technical specifications,
installation/maintenance provisions and normal conditions of use
given in the user’s manual have been complied with. This Manufacturer Warranty becomes effective as of purchase date specified in
the purchase document (receipt or invoice) and lapses on the same
date of the third consecutive year.
2. CONDIZIONI GENERALI DELLA GARANZIA
2. GENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS
2.1 La presente garanzia del Produttore è destinata al clienteutente finale e si applica al Prodotto a condizione che lo stesso
sia stato acquistato dal cliente per proprio utilizzo e non per rivendita o locazione a terzi.
2.1 This Manufacturer warranty is intended to the end customer/
user and applies to the Product on the condition that the latter was
purchased by the customer for personal use and not to be resold or
handed over to third parties.
2.2 Il contenuto della garanzia è costituito esclusivamente
dall’obbligo per GENTILIN di riparare il prodotto direttamente
o tramite un suo rappresentante autorizzato.
2.2 Warranty content consists exclusively of GENTILIN obligation
to repair the product directly or to have it repaired by an authorized
service centre.
2.3 Sono pertanto escluse dalla garanzia richieste di natura e
contenuto diversi, quali, ad esempio:
- danni di qualsiasi tipo
- spese di trasporto per ritiro del prodotto difettoso e re-invio del prodotto riparato
2.3 Therefore, the warranty does not cover any other claim:
- damages of any kind
- transport expenses for collecting the faulty product and delivering
the repaired product
2.4 GENTILIN garantisce che il Prodotto oggetto di garanzia sia
privo di difetti di fabbricazione, a condizione che siano state pienamente rispettate le specifiche tecniche del prodotto, le precauzioni per l’installazione/manutenzione e le condizioni di utilizzo.
2.4 GENTILIN guarantees that the Product specified in this warranty is free of manufacturing flaws on the condition that all technical
specifications, installation/maintenance provisions and conditions
of use have been fully complied with.
2.5 La presente Garanzia non si applica alle parti soggette a
usura, ai consumabili e ai relativi elementi di sostituzione (come
riduttore di pressione, pressostato, ruote e componenti accessori) o
a qualsivoglia utilizzo non contemplato nella gamma delle specifiche come definita dal manuale utente.
2.5 This Warranty does not cover the parts subject to wear,
consumable goods and parts subject to replacement (such as
pressure reducer, pressure gauge, wheel and accessories) or
any use other than those mentioned in the specifications as defined
in the user’s manual.
2.6 L’installazione dei Kit di Manutenzione e la manutenzione
ordinaria del Prodotto secondo la tempistica prevista sono condizioni di efficacia della Garanzia.
2.6 The installation of Maintenance Kit and routine maintenance
of the Product according to the schedule provided are mandatory
Warranty conditions.
2.7 GENTILIN potrà provvedere a riparare o sostituire qualsiasi
parte che non soddisfi le specifiche del Prodotto stesso, in base
alle condizioni della presente Garanzia del Produttore, direttamente o tramite un suo rappresentante autorizzato.
La sostituzione avverrà con parti nuove o usate che siano equivalenti alle parti nuove in termini di funzioni e prestazioni.
Ad insindacabile giudizio di GENTILIN, in alternativa alla riparazione, il Prodotto potrà essere sostituito con uno equivalente
o avente caratteristiche e prestazioni superiori. Il Prodotto o la
parte sostituita diventerà di proprietà di GENTILIN.
2.7 GENTILIN is entitled to repair or replace any part that does not
meet the specifications of the Product in accordance with the conditions provided in Manufacturer warranty, either directly or by having it repaired by an authorized service centre.
The parts shall be replaced with new or used parts similar to the
new parts in terms of features and performance.
GENTILIN, is entitled to replace the product, instead of repairing it,
with a similar product or a product with better features and performance. The Product or the part replaced shall become the property
of GENTILIN.
2.8 Una riparazione o sostituzione in garanzia non interromperà
nè estenderà il periodo di garanzia stesso.
2.8 Any repair or replacement covered by warranty shall not void
nor extend the warranty period of the same.
2.9 I costi del materiale e della manodopera correlati all’intervento in garanzia, saranno sostenuti da GENTILIN.
In caso di intervento di riparazione in garanzia operato da terzi il
costo della manodopera necessaria per la riparazione verrà
sostenuto da GENTILIN e sarà così corrisposto:
- Costo orario: € 20,00
- Limite orario per singolo intervento: 2 ore
L’intervento tecnico sarà rimborsabile soltanto se effettuato da
un partner autorizzato da GENTILIN.
2.9 The expenses relating to material and labour covered by warranty shall be borne by GENTILIN.
In the event of repairs under warranty carried out by third parties,
the costs of labour required for repair shall be borne by GENTILIN
and consist of the following:
- Hourly rate: € 20.00
- Hourly limit per intervention: 2 hours
The costs relating to technical interventions shall be reimbursed only
if they have been performed by a GENTILIN authorized service centre.
2.10 L’utente finale è responsabile della disponibilità del prodotto al momento dell’intervento tecnico.
2.10 The end user shall have the product available at the moment
of the technical intervention.
2.11 È condizione indispensabile per aver accesso all’intervento
in garanzia fornire il Serial Number del Prodotto in tutte le comunicazioni dirette a GENTILIN.
Le richieste di assistenza effettuate senza fornire il Serial Number (numero di matricola) non potranno essere né accettate né processate.
2.11 In order to have the intervention done under warranty, it is
mandatory to provide the Serial Number of the Product in all the
communications sent to GENTILIN.
Support requests in which the Serial Number is not specified
shall not be accepted nor processed.
3. ESCLUSIONI DALLA GARANZIA
3. WARRANTY EXEMPTIONS
3.1 La presente Garanzia del Produttore non opera in caso di
difetti e/o problematiche risultanti da:
- Configurazione non corretta ( apparecchiatura, installazione, impiantistica)
- Installazione non corretta in quanto difforme dalle precauzioni di installazione del Prodotto
- Installazione non corretta di accessori sul Prodotto
- Manutenzione inappropriata e/o difforme dalle precauzioni di manutenzione
- Riparazioni e modifiche realizzate da terzi non autorizzati da GENTILIN
- Funzionamento del Prodotto in specifiche ambientali non
idonee per il normale funzionamento dello stesso (es: locali poco areati ove ci sia presenza di particolato metallico nell’aria)
- Errata installazione kit di manutenzione e o utilizzo di
componenti di ricambio non originali GENTILIN
- Danni derivati da urti, ribaltamento del Prodotto, o caduta di oggetti su di esso.
- Danni derivati dall’errata movimentazione del prodotto rispetto a quanto espressamente riportato nel manuale utente
- Problemi tecnici e qualitativi derivati da un utilizzo di materiali 3.1 This Manufacturer Warranty does not cover
flaws and/or problems due to:
- Incorrect configuration (equipment, installation etc.)
- Incorrect installation due to non compliance with the installation
provisions of the Product
- Incorrect installation of Product accessories
- Incorrect maintenance and/or non compliance with maintenance
provisions
- Repairs and modifications made by third parties not authorized
by GENTILIN
- Product use in environmental conditions that are not suitable for
the proper operation of the same (e.g. spaces with metal particles
that are insufficiently ventilated)
- Incorrect installation of maintenance kit and/or use of non
original spare parts
- Damages stemming from shocks, tipping-over or objects falling
on the Product
- Damages due to incorrect handling of the product with respect to
the specifications given in the user’s manual
- Technical and quality-related problems due to the use of materials
and/or accessories and/or parts that are incompatible or non original
e/o accessori e/o parti di ricambio compatibili e non originali GENTILIN
- Danni causati da incuria e/o errato utilizzo del Prodotto rispetto a quanto espressamente riportato nel manuale utente
- Malfunzionamenti e difetti che siano stati causati al Prodotto dall’utilizzo di qualunque consumabile che non sia originale GENTILIN
- Qualsiasi anomalia derivata dall’utilizzo del Prodotto in modalità
diverse da quelle specificamente riportate nel manuale utente
- Damages due to negligence and/or incorrect use of the Product
with respect the specifications given in the user’s manual
- Malfunctions and flaws of the Product due to the use of non original consumable materials GENTILIN
- Any anomaly stemming from the use of the Product different
from the uses specified in the user’s manual
4. REGISTRAZIONE DELLA GARANZIA
4. WARRANTY REGISTRATION
4.1 La Garanzia Standard fornita da GENTILIN ha durata di 36
mesi (1095 giorni).
4.2 Il cliente dovrà fornire la prova che dimostri che può beneficiare della garanzia GENTILIN, ovvero regolare prova di acquisto
(scontrino fiscale o fattura di vendita) nel quale sia riportata la
data d’acquisto e il numero di matricola del prodotto acquistato.
GENTILIN si riserva il diritto di rifiutare l’assistenza in garanzia se
le informazioni fornite al momento della registrazione non fossero complete e/o precise.
4.4 I dati personali saranno raccolti, processati ed utilizzati
esclusivamente a scopo di registrazione e saranno rigorosamente protetti da GENTILIN e strettamente impiegati nel rispetto
delle norme legislative in vigore riguardanti la protezione dei
dati (Decreto Legislativo 30 giugno 2003, n. 196).
5. FORO COMPETENTE
4.1 The period of Standard Warranty supplied by GENTILIN is of 36
months (1095 days).
4.2 The customer shall provide evidence that shows that he can
avail of GENTILIN warranty or a regular purchase document (receipt or invoice) in which are specified the purchase date and the
serial number of the product purchased.
GENTILIN reserves the right to refuse to provide technical support
under warranty if the information provided upon registration are
not complete and/or exact.
4.4 Personal data shall be collected, processed and used exclusively
for registration purposes and shall be strictly protected by GENTILIN and used in full compliance with the regulations in force regarding data privacy (Legislative Decree June 30 2003, n. 196).
5. COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION
Eventuali controversie che dovessero insorgere in relazione alla
validità, alla interpretazione, alla esecuzione o alla cessazione
delle presenti condizioni di Garanzia saranno di esclusiva competenza del Foro in cui ha sede legale GENTILIN.
Any disputes concerning the validity, the interpretation, the execution and the termination of these warranty conditions shall be
solved exclusively by the local court of the registered office of GENTILIN.
6. FORZA MAGGIORE
6. FORCE MAJEURE
GENTILIN non potrà essere ritenuta responsabile per qualsiasi
violazione dei propri obblighi risultanti dalle presenti condizioni
di Garanzia per causa di forza maggiore.

GENTILIN shall not be held liable for any violation of its own obligations deriving from these Warranty conditions due to force majeure.
