La macerazione a freddo delle uve e la fermentazione condotta a bassa temperatura consentono di
esprimere al meglio tutti gli aromi primari con uno spiccato sentore di pesca bianca. L’affinamento
sulle fecce fini, che precede la stabilizzazione del vino e la messa in bottiglia, lo rendono piacevolmente armonico, fresco ed avvolgente nel sapore. È particolarmente indicato per accompagnare
piatti a base di pesce e formaggi leggeri.

The cold maceration of the grapes and the low temperature fermentation let the best expression of
all the primary aromas come out with a strong scent of white peach. The refinement on the noble
dregs, which comes before the stabilization of the wine and the bottling, makes the taste of this wine
harmonic, fresh and fascinating. It suites very well with fish and light cheeses.
